I did take literally - understood!!
Garth, Fevertree have risen from 5 quid to 35 quid , not much different to SXX 6p to 36p.
Not sure what you meant except it looks though my Strong Sell opinion has been taken literally?
The strong sell was my post on the verge of ramping - hard (strong) selling the company rather than the shares :O)
Perfectly entitled to your view Brad but that’s comparing apples and pears. On that basis Fevertree would have been lacking ambition for just starting small. Regardless it’s all about the gas in the ground and getting into the grid. If they get 10MW this turns from a pre revenue company into one with circa $10 million of income and a shed load of potential more. That is what I find most attractive from an investment perspective although clearly this isn’t without risk
Compared to SXX's progress TLOU's progress is extremely quick.
TLOU gave SXX many years start but still look likely to be in production before them.
SXX have risen by over 500% for the many who bought in at today's TLOU price ..... does that makes grim reading for TLOU followers?
TLOU are hoping to be contracted for 10Mw short term - this could be Virgin bidding to run 3 trains a day on a brand new train route with a vision to run 30 trains a day in the future. Once the line is a proven success with those 3 the extra 27 become a formality!
And that is how the TLOU plans look to me. A strong sell for sure :O)
Sounds okay spudding new wells Mid September tender proposal What’s not to like at 6p
Tidd - directed to you and Buzz as you have been active posters on this forum for last 12 months.
Just had a listen to the podcast, good to hear Solomon confirm the story and very strong investment case. JTD we have covered the 10mw proposal a number of times and I stand by the point that reserves are what is the key to the valuation of this company. A PPA of any size be it 1-10-100MW shows a direct route to sale of gas via electrictity and realistically will have very little opposition on expansion once the initial route has been opened. With such a huge acreage position and a country that is keen to progress the gas industry and realise their own ability to satisfy a cleaner and cheaper fuel for energy it still remains to be an open ended growth prospect. Not sure what your reasoning is on directing the question at myself and buzz? Interesting..
Chin up BTS, most of us here been shafted here. Count urself lucky that ur probably in for sub 10p....think of the poor investors who got in at 14p odd. Getting 10 Mw will only nudge the SP IMO, and most will just sell after news anywAy. No sign of a PPA....bn 6 months they have talked about it but nothing. Any chance someone from the board can clarify whats goin on there?? Preferably Solomon as at least he was refreshingly open on today’s podcast. 10p by Xmas is my prediction here....at least il be in prOfit if it reaches that and the way this year has gone I’d take that. Longer term this is a hold until at least 2022...lots goin on but all happening rather slowly. Too slowly for most. This time last year we had many posters predicting valuations, talking takeovers etc etc. Anyone care to predict a longer term value now?? Tidd, Buzz?? Come on guys what do u think 10 MW will do to the short term SP?? Where do u guys see us by Xmas?? BTS - anymore raises and then we rly are diluted to high hell. Don’t think that will happen personally....but what do I knw....every time I think we have turned a corner and then bang smacked right in the face. Just hold till 2022 if u can...we will all be ok by then
The Wisdom of Solomon was good to hear.
He was consistent with our beliefs why we are going for 10Mw initially (with higher prices to come in future) and was polite about Sekaname without saying how much competition they are likely to be.
Personally, I'll be surprised if we don't end up with all 100Mw eventually and that will only be the start.
His reasons to invest in a fully funded company with the most advanced CBM facility in Botswana (and beyond) and in a region with growing demand for gas and energy sounded compelling.
Confirmation that we can supply electricity to several other countries outside Botswana gave a fairly complete story.
The next 5 or 6 months sound exciting.
This is another share for me which I am well under after being in a long time and after listening to the interview I cant see me getting my head above water anytime soon.Infact I can see another money raise in 6 months time. This is not a deramp just IMHO someone who is sick of getting shafted everywhere I invest.
An excellent of the 10mw approach by Solomon Rowland..makes sense https://audioboom.com/posts/6971313-united-oil-gas-uog-tlou-energy-tlou-and-ananda-developments-ana Cheers Buzz
