"BUT, there is not need for the constant cut and paste rubbish and the regurgitation of old news. He or she is one sad lonely individual to spend so much time on constant negative comment.
Sadly I do agree that the company have constantly over promised and under-delivered. A sorry state of affairs compounded by a lowlife scum poster, who likes nothing better than to gloat and say I told you so."

RB, unfortunately for shareholders (of RTHM) you are 100% correct. Up to this point RTHM has been a bad investment....but tomorrow is another day...perhaps!!!
"You fail miserably in achieving the poor standards that you set yourself as a result of allowing stt1 close to 25,000 posts of non constructive nonsense , being disruptive , the potential for defamatory and libellous behaviour towards this company"
I think I can agree with the sentiments of this statement!. Dont think anything will EVER be done though

Hiding behind industry articles that have no relevance to Taptica.
You remove a little trivial post from me , well done you.
Oilovlam, you are correct in the performance of blinky rthmn1 tap etc etc is not stt1s fault. BUT, there is not need for the constant cut and paste rubbish and the regurgitation of old news. He or she is one sad lonely individual to spend so much time on constant negative comment.
Sadly I do agree that the company have constantly over promised and under-delivered. A sorry state of affairs compounded by a lowlife scum poster, who likes nothing better than to gloat and say I told you so.
To be brutally fair, if say a year ago (or perhaps 2 years) a new investor had taken notice of what Stt1 wrote and steered clear of RTHM then looking at the SP right now they would be quite relieved.
This is nothing to do with Stt1 being correct (or some sort of guru) but more a sad reflection on the countless broken promises by RTHM....there is always a jam tomorrow. Indeed by now (based on forecasts & hints at inflection points) RTHM should be safely in profit (real profits and NOT EBITDA) and have single digit P/E.
I have said this before that the problem is not Stt1 but the inability of RTHM (and perhaps!! TAP) to deliver the jam.
Perky My view is that he/she had a personal grudge against RTHM and is carrying it on to TAP. They may also have a short position, but that does not excuse the literally thousands of negative posts on this and other boards, in an effort to bring the company down. I am amazed that admin allow it. Regards
curlykev- I take his "investment decision" to mean that he is either shorting or is a representative of party interested in lowering the share price...
Yes guys- also other forces are at play here re the SP such as the recent clarity around the positive TAP NET cash situation combined with the significant annualized synergies of $20m. I hope what we are witnessing now is a planned drip drip announcements of GOOD news.
Momentum is everything in my opinion lets see what else they will say and do over the next weeks.
Eddie
375,000 shares bought back on 14/6. That’s more like it.
Volume now increased substantially.which means that the company making the most of the current SP weakness....surely a good indication for further recovery ahead.
“Currently my investment decision has proven right” Stt you don’t have an investment position. Your sole aim on this board is to talk TAP down and before that RTHM. You are lowlife scum, who has posted literally thousands of negative posts about this company and for some reason are allowed to by admin. This world would be a much better place without you.
'Currently, my investment decision has been proven right so conclusively by events, hasn't it?'
As fictional as the films shown at the Cannes film festival. The events that have depressed the price recently have not been caused by industry reasons which you perpetuate (endlessly) but by unique isolated unforeseen events. Hagai selling off (fyi he sold a large chunk just before Taptica grew to over 400p so hardly an indicator), the Uber complaint...what of these have you predicted? R1 revenues...possibly... but we hardly have any clarity there. I agree with you, especially in hindsight, that R1 management were poor; I mention hindsight because I look at it relative to the Taptica management (which I questioned for a period given the vague RNSs but have since been reassured by the clear responses at the AGM).
Well Well- I am honoured stt, that you replied. I thought you said you will have me on ignore….have I touched a nerve there you think ?
Isn’t it a bit rich coming from YOU to say that I AM planting a view in posters mind here! When YOU yourself have been trying to saw seeds of doubt and negativity under the disguise of News Flow via thousands upon thousands of your posts to date.
Not one of those thousands and thousands of posts mentioning even ONE positive point about either R1 and now TAP, isn’t that rather strange?
One thing is for sure, most investors here value balanced views and are not afraid of criticism, But you and your questionable agenda here has long been apparent for all to see.
You may fool some unsuspecting newbie readers here stt but I think quite a few of us longer trerm investors have had a good measure of you for some time..
I think I have wasted enough time on this now.
Have a nice evening
Eddie
Cannes festival starts this week...
What will be talking points this year?
Possible talking points:
I suspect Uber will be one of the talking points
the continuing Industry Challenges, Apple's ITP, CCPA, cookies, 1st priced auctions..
How GDPR has affected the Industry..
Amazon(following their buying of Sizmek assets)
anyone think of any other possible talking points?
Eddie,
"But stt there has been many other posters who also questioned R1 and still do."
Please feel free to name these 'MANY' other posters who have been CONSISTENT in questioning rthm, pre-TAP merger, and still do, post TAP merger...
"It’s your Agenda/Motivation and relentless one sidedness that people have a problem with."
How do you know what other posters think or are you trying to plant a view in poster's minds? Can you tell me what my agenda/motivation is as all all I've done is post company/industry stats/newsflow and formed an opinion based on them?
Currently, my investment decision has been proven right so conclusively by events, hasn't it?.
What's stopping you or anyone else sticking to TAP/industry stats/newsflow, posting about TAP and discussing TAP without the personal attacks? What's your agenda/motivation?
So please stick to posting about TAP or the Industry. I'm sure other posters would very much welcome that.
From STT :
“I've been questioning 'rthm's bullish comments but then failing to back them up when it comes to results' or years...
anyone can read my posts... so the current situation is as expected.. “
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
But stt there has been many other posters who also questioned R1 and still do. Nothing wraong in that.
However, their stance and questioning has ONE BIG difference with YOUR past and present comments! AGENDA and MOTIVATION behind the posts.
It’s your Agenda/Motivation and relentless one sidedness that people have a problem with.
Eddie
I've been questioning 'rthm's bullish comments but then failing to back them up when it comes to results' or years...
anyone can read my posts... so the current situation is as expected..
This was my post from 15th Feb, questioning publishing rthm's fy2019 (Mar 2019) result...
My 15th Feb post:
RTHMRE: Profit forecast15 Feb '19
There's been bullish notes for years, yet rthm have failed to deliver..
Why not publish fy results and the Annual Report before proceeding?... Remember the rthm/Yume takeover GM was before they published their H1 2018 TU... and look what happened after that takeover..
They won't have to issue fy results or the Annual Report because of the takeover...and it'll be a year before anyone knows if the merger has worked...
Still would like to see what companies they merged into the new RhythmOne and which were closed, causing the huge writeoff in 2016...
Since you mentioned the companies, can you please list them, 1gw?
Of course fundpanda that would be true if they haven’t spent and cash on deal costs, exceptionals etc. They seemed reasonably confident of $100m+ by year end, less the $10m by back announced.
Tardis,
"If the figures really are that good - and I only exercise caution because of the years of bullsh*t that R1 management fed us - then the current market cap of this company makes no sense at all."
The recent events at rthm/TAP raise questions about TAP...
These are only since Dec...
Dec 2018 - TAPs CEO, HT, resigns after being liable for lying at a previous company..he resigns....
TAP announce revenues fall short of expectations...
Finncap say they don't anticipate HT selling his 14m TAP shares..
TAP sp crashes from 300p to 200p
Rthm results seem 'good'
Feb - rthm CFO (2nd one) resigns after just 5 months..
Apr - rthm merger completes..
Finncap say rthm's fy2019 expectations lowered from $470m to $250m..
TAP announce there will be a placing of HT's shares after all...
TAP sp crashes..
Placing doesn't complete on day 1..
2nd day of placing ... TAP announce they bought back circa 40% of the placing shares.. in effect bought out their ex-CEO...
Placing at 140p..
TAP sp crashes..
June
rthm's fy2019 (Mar 2019) still not made public.
rns about Uber.
SP crashes.
Kong1, the problem with your figures is that they don't include the net cash from RTHM. RTHM had $22 million net cash in October, so combined TAP and RTHM had $76 million in December, which is now $70 million after a $15 million buyback, meaning profit of $9 million in the first half of the year, $350k per week.
i agree,,there must be many fund managers looking at this
Nice post King.
If the figures really are that good - and I only exercise caution because of the years of bullsh*t that R1 management fed us - then the current market cap of this company makes no sense at all. Look at SFOR for goodness sake - valued at £600 million!
Entirely agree, only way should be up from here. I may top up (again...) on Monday.
Enjoy the weekend all.
Let's hope that by vigorous/aggressive they mean to counter-sue. As much as you'd want them to use the cash to improve shareholder value, they need to put their money where their mouth is and go on the offensive with Uber - for reputations sake. Even to expedite the whole legal process by pushing Uber to drop it because (without being a legal expert) I'd be worried it'd be a long drawn out process given the number of defendants. Their revenue exposure to Uber is immaterial, so perhaps they'll just defend.
stt1's analysis has always been questionable, to say the least and he hasn't provided any clarity.
A shame he can't find an outlet that provides more satisfaction ;)
