We are now worth about 8 million pounds.

Over 20 million pounds invested since 2010.

Need more be said.

Not a very happy long term shareholder.

Not good. The only positive is a brilliant opportunity to topup and average down again IMO - if you can find some cash and you're feeling brave, Mulling it over.

They will probably sell it for £1. Seems to be the going rate nowadays.

Costs incurred about a million pounds I think.

Selling off our assets for a very small profit.

No income.

Last 7 years wasted as far as I am concerned.

Same old story. “We’re making progress” & “We’re looking at new opportunities”. No news on KN1. No income. No licence. No CH1 spud date. Same old rampers “topping up” while the SP is another 5% down

Bottom draw (again)

What happened to " no more purchases until we had cashed in on Tanzania"??

We should be getting RNS's regarding updates on the well head in Tanzania and the possible disposal of Ruvama.... That's what the board should be working on - Not new projects.

What is actually happening out there? 2 years to fix a valve and analyse data, and years to progress a farm out/sale????? and we don't even get updates?

This situation is getting worse day by day and we are supposed to be happy about it because we have a new bod? Seems to me they are doing the exact same thing as NR - instead of cashing in our 'Jewel Asset' they are looking at other ways to spend our money!!!! While getting paid for it via selling off smaller assets. Joke

"To me this strikes as going back to some of the highly successful transactions by the team in former lives, Non-Executive Director Jon Fitzpatrick was instrumental in the early deals transacted by RockRose, and if this is so the Solo shareholders are in for a pleasant surprise."

"To read the announcement it looks like a lot of deals have already been looked at and whilst a fair few frogs may have been kissed none have yet turned into princes, having said that I wouldn’t put it past this team to have something very nearly oven ready…"

As a newbie here that is the attraction, if I am not mistaken that is before the huge appraisal drill and the massive increase in resources and hence my interest.

It only takes a few minutes research to understand how much 25% of billions of Cubic feet of gas is worth in the Tanzanian market and the value that can be delivered as a result here, it is roughly worth around $600,000,000 over the lifetime of the wells (10 years) That figure is only based on the two wells drilled so far and is recoverable resources not gross or in place numbers but gas that is recoverable over the almost 2 Trillion cubic feet Gross.

The market will get it eventually, it always does.

all the best.

back in 2014 - that was before the consolidation. Just shows how much market value destruction the board have achieved. Every event is always next month, next quarter, this year etc - its never yesterday!

Look out for a red dot every morning with expectancy but also in fear as whatever our BOD seem to produce has a negative effect on the market. All they have to do is make a statement saying We have achieved something and the whole atmosphere would change. But what have they achieved? Ever? Nothing as far as I can see and there lies the problem, always making progress but never achieving anything.

I think the panic sellers will regret that, reminds me of when people were panic bailing BIDS at below 5p.. now look at it!

£7m cash, 13% Helium one, 25% Ruvuma, 8% KN1, further divestments of non core assets that arent listed. For example SOLO have a stake in Corallian energy people probably not aware.
Tiny cash burn, Gneiss energy moved in to source new acquisition

£8m cap

Thats one interpretation Frank, do nothing for 3 years and then magically produce 5000 barrels of oil per day, or maybe do you think they will do that a step at a time, for example the EPS at Ruvuma would provide 1875 of those barrels per day to solo with the initial 40 million scuffs?

Helium One
Today 10:54
StoneFold. Reading through your response H1 you fail to tell us why James Abraham was on the BBC this week purporting to be the CEO of Helium One Limited 09523349 is the sole director this company with assets filed of £100 pounds and last filed accounts and company statement as dormant.

The last Dormant Accounts filed were Accounts for a dormant company made up to 31 December 2017 filed 13th September 2018 but Solo Oil purchased £2.25 million in Helium One in March 2017 so why is this not on any H1 balance sheet filed in the UK?

I am still waiting a response from Solo and will be taking further steps if I do not hear anything back by close of play today. I am happy to lose investments but I will not have my leg lifted.

NR
Today 10:26
I know I deliberately took my eye off Solo as it was dragging me down into a spiral of stress but only just seen that NR has retired as I said he would with his pension and 10 years back pay intact. Gravy Train should be described in the Oxford Dictionary as Neil Ritson of Solo Oil. Take his share purchases out, even though bought with money he received by paying himself at Solo he did very very well didn't he. This just about says it all about this company.

And no, no response whatsoever from Solo yet on my H1 enquiry.
