Ariel, click on the technical chart, it adjusts for the consolidation for equivalent value to get a real picture.

Slight correction there NG the share reached 18.5p (post consolidation equivalent) last year on the NT-2 drill results the next drill C-1 is looking at appraising the 763 BCF 2C from Nt-1 and Nt-2 drills and has a further 1,3 TCF GIIP deeper Jurassic target.

20 to 1 consolidation Ariel. The only decent rise was in 2014 for a few hours reaching the equivalent of 20p. Very gradual but consistent downhill journey all the way from there on. NR was doing the same thing with CERP (LGO) in parallel but got the boot when the banks were going to pull out on LGO.

Can anyone tell me if the sharp rise that is shown on the 2 yearly chart was simply " a sharp rise, or consolidation? Thanks.

The director Jon F bought £590,000 worth @3.5p As an experienced deal maker in O&G he clearly considered the assets cheap at that level....

If directors own 10% of the company and bought £250 k @ 2.25, I would have thought they had good reason to make a difference, this last purge down was done on low volume, and is typical of any aim share when news flow is scarce,
Good luck with your penny entry price though.

"Unbelievable"???? What??? Inevitable more like and with a way to drop yet.

... And drop it will. Those who can make a difference have no reason to do so and plenty to not do so. Delusional? LOOK at the sp and ask who is delusional. I may take a punt here at about a penny because then there might be a quick 20% to be made when you "sell" all those juicy assets whether you like it or not. However I may actually be drifting into the ramping worldly saying this. The assets are worthless until OTHER people do things or allow things and in the mean time costs and nervousness forces the sp down - repeat and repeat and repeat until bought out for a song. It has been happening years already everyone is happy except the shareholders.

Same old story, long term holders seldom make money on aim shares, most comps dwindle down, timing is critical, if you get it right it can be unbelievably profitable, often times get it wrong,

RE: Helium 1
Fri 21:48
Worst case steve according to Helium 1 's numbers is Estimated production $150 million per year once in production at some point in 2020.

Assuming solo only retain 5% of the 13% they hold post IPO then solo's earnings would be $7.5 million gross

Best case @ only 5% holding would be $30 million PA Gross prior to tax.

What this share takes in pi's money, it gives in entertainment. Some of the most delusional people I have come across. Apparently we have a couple of fanatics running this company. I have sent their names to the 1922 committee to sort to UK out. I am not Kej, our bds1....I am spartacus, an apathetic investor. Napoleon syndrome I think they call it.

SOlo is showing all the signs of recovery,IMO
As a long term genuine holder,I have seen all here.
I saw £130 K profit & also saw the losses.
I have seen SOlo investors happy & sad.
I have seen traders come & go with multiple identities to influence the share depending on their position.
I mean literally, there was a poster here by the name of ‘oily scum’,scumbags!
Year 2019 will ‘The SOlo Year’!
Looking forward to it.:)

Plenty of Newsflow in pipe
Fri 12:19
Expecting a general update from Helium-one before the new year, timelines of their drilling and IPO dates/plans as well as their updated CPR which is currently being worked on.

Kiliwani North remediation news, get this back online and it is significant as SOLO being lean would be cashflow positive (gross).

Personally hoping for UKOG shares sale confirmation and confirmation of the updated cash balance which should be in the order of £7m by my calculations.

Ruvuma licence could land any time and this will really put a rocket up the SP. Currently Ruvuma isnt priced here at all, neither is Kiliwani.. Indeed Ruvuma farmout could also land here, if on similar terms to AEX would be multiple of current SP

An old article but may be of interest to some. Should be noted our JV partners are now looking to drill early 2019. So just a bit of back ground info.

Hello burningdown1side. What I am on is an excellent investment imo. This company is so close to production now. Yes it has taken Solo and it's partners years and many millions of investment. This is so close to goal now ar Ruvuma.
Helium one has the mining licences required. They are about to drill. Mostlly Helium and Nitrogen that makes our cost cheaper. Although there is no shortage of Helium as such enough left for over 100 years supply, AT 10 % as appossed to 0.5%-1.5% at rukwa we will be able to produce at very low cost relatively speaking. If you want some of what I am on I would suggest you go to your broker and get some. It is called "Solo oil." It will blow your mind ! LOL.
I wish I could get some more at this so called SP.

Great to see Keljolo and Burningdown posting again (both the same person) I feel so safe knowing 2 good Samaritans, who are not and have never been invested in this company have taken their time out of their busy schedules to provide potential investors with free advice just out of the goodness of their hearts. I think a might start offering advice on random stocks, I think it could be my vocation in life. Hang on just had a thought, no it can’t be right. I think I am being silly. Was just thinking maybe they have their own agenda, maybe working for the broker, eeeeeeeee I’ve got to stop having these daft thoughts.

Morning Caddy, well I don't think they should be buying any shares and trading on the profit they have already made, in any case the just picked up another 18 million UKOG shares at 1.44p so they have more than enough to sell in the meantime.

Wonder what the bod know about ukog? Did they know it would bomb like it has and were wise to sell some of their shares. That certainly would do no good for confidence in UKOG. Should they now buy back with the profit they have made and get 20% more shares or is UKOG going to fall more. Just don't like seeing money in the bank doing nothing.

Same old "Jam tomorrow". It NEVER ends......

When the sp gets to a penny or below then kiss your assets goodbye. Your directors know there is more than one way to skin a cat. Want me to give details? Too late! Every time I explain myself someone gets my posts removed! Go figure!
