I struggle to share your enthusiasm. If the company ever re-lists, what price would you expect the shares to be?
so if we do get out of this mess and re-list and begin the procvess of sorting things out or selling the assett then i wonder if we could head towards that 40p speculative buy rating???
Great news, and almost-certainly a re-listing b4 deadline.
may still be a chance of re-listing they are trting to get their house back in order!
Job done..... :-)
ARX Gold OTC:DUCP Http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/DUCP/quote
ouch!!! and hello Millennium? Http://www.securitieslawyer101.com/arx/
Just wanted to point out in this article that ARX Gold was listed at the beginning of the article.... Http://seekingalpha.com/article/2065913-gray-fox-petroleum-a-promoted-stock-at-risk-for-a-trading-halt Irving Aronson (Ivory Mint Holdings) holds/did 33.2% of ARX and David E Price is their secretary. Of course Aronson is the president and a director of Millennium Energy and again David Price is the scretary.
not sure - my gut feel was that if it was going to happen it would be announced today when s the clock up?is it thursday
Now this is interesting...... Http://ocdimage.emnrd.state.nm.us/Imaging/FileStore/SantaFeAdmin/HO/63948/R-12940_1_HO.pdf Did they sort it? Did they promise they were going to sort it? Are they still in CKG Energys name because the deal never completed? Http://www.emnrd.state.nm.us/ocd/documents/OCT18OCDHEARING.pdf
Some very good questions RuudDawg....... Will it all be ignored and just hope it will just go away?
True....but does it mean that they can automatically ask to undo transactions that they and Allenby wouldn't have permitted had they been asked? Will they want everyone involved in the fiasco replaced or is the MacDonald resignation sufficient? (assuming it's at their request rather than result of adverse publicity!) Do they or Allenby have an obligation to refer Millenium issue to Stock Exchange? Does anybody have power to rescind deal under threat of legal action should £ not be returned? Or will they simply ignore previous shenanigans, save for 1 resignation prev mentioned, and start with a 'clean' sheet?
Every NOMAD is suppose to do "Due Diligence" of any new company it takes under its wing .... But everyone here already knows that.....
Your point being?
"Due Diligence"....?
Mav2, based on what you've heard, will Millenium transaction be allowed to stand?
They're certainly updating the web site re recent departures so still hope, as you suggest. As a 'spotlight' has recently been shone on Co., thanks to recent shenanigans, does it mean a greater chance of undoing of Millenium deal, possibly at request of a new nomad? Might we get back the £400K just as we got back the £260K, esp if possibility of an investigation? Does anyone have power to get back the £400k if Aronson refuses? Any precedents here?
southern cape corridor power?
"In all cases, helium requires a carrier gas (nitrogen) so it will flow and ultimately collect in a gas reservoir. Helium is always found with nitrogen and as helium concentrations rise, so too does the nitrogen concentration." Now I believe the following plant was never built but as you can see helium and nitrogen go hand in hand....We know what happened to CKG Energy but what ever happened to Kendall Energy out of Houston and their processing plant? Did they ever hit commercial levels of gas at the T-4 Cattle Pool? "That plant will remove the impurities — chiefly nitrogen — from the gas before sending it on its way to consumers." "The plant will also allow for another company to add on to recover the helium found in the Tucumcari Basin and piping natural gas byproducts to a fractionalization plant in Hobbs." That's strange.....I must admit that I thought Bonnar was appointed just b4 1st July, this being date I 1st became aware of him becoming a director :- http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=SNRP&ArticleCode=g897gyd3&ArticleHeadline=Update It's surprising we're only now being told that it was effective 14th May - good spot BTW Substp. ( I'm not discounting fact that I've missed something else re the above too!) I'm still glad we've got a non-Target man on board (literally) even if he perhaps has acted naively, as you suggest.
the he'll need sending off to the glue factory! really would be amazing if we saw our money back on this one
Hope he's not a Trojan Horse..... :-))
"The Company entered into the Millennium Share purchase agreement on May 19, 2014, following board approval." " are pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Gavin Bonnar as a director of the Company effective as of 14 May 2014." Naive? Went with the flow?
While we've got Gavin Bonnar there's still hope IMHO - unlike everyone else involved, he's got a sizeable holding in SNRP, and therefore vested interest, and he's not responsible for where we are now.
