I sold my holdings at 94 pence mite get back in if it drops to the 50s with all the trouble with Russia
All my shares are being smashed.
I'm not in a position to add, but neither needing to sell. They'll recover in time. If they keep falling, well, it means we've got bigger things to worry about.
But still nothing compared to the worries of many others.
As I mentioned in NEX site… Not sure why people are selling at a loss…. This blip isn’t going to last as long as covid (if it does then it will prob mean we have bigger issues to face), public transport will be more important than ever, NEX and Stagecoach will be in a better position than competition - particularly with investment in new electric vehicles etc, the combined company holds international positions, children still need to get to school…. I could go on….. I’m def keep buying stock in both…. Stock has always bounced back during every war…. Might go a tad lower - but this will be your last time to get in at this price….
Added more @ 76p
Added some more today at 80p
gla
Apologies, meant added to my position here..
Just taken a position here, doesn't seem to have much to do with Russia!
More tube strikes coming up next week, guess everyone will have to use the bus - KERCHING
dyor etc
EeyoreWaysIs whoever could you mean. Lol
Oh no. does this drop mean that old friends are coming back with tales of how they foresaw the new world order ?
I added today as well on optimism about the EU; but yes, I think at least high 70s is on the cards.
Bit worried about this one today after buying in, anyone think we will now head back to 70s...?
I presume it’s Russia causing the drop off at the end of the week?
Bus fares in London being raised 10p or almost 6.5pct - as me old Dad used to say to me there is never an ill wind that doesn't blow some good, and the inflation wind is blowing hard my friends - kerching
dyor etc
It hit 100 a few times for sell price. Good hold yesterday
So glad I held onto these. I almost got out at 90p.
Any ideas what has caused the price to hit 100p and one point today?
Thanks
Mpeterson has hit the nail on the head.
if you go back a page or 2 CHRI55 starts pumping rotala. since then its down 8% and SGC is up 8%.
anyway great to see some value being restored at SGC NEX
Pure fantasy
haha relax
TUESDAY AT 08:22 YOU WAS WAITING FOR THE DROP AND SGC WAS UP 5%
LAST MESSAGES YOU WASNT IN, SO HOW DID YOU SELL? SMELLS LIKE CR*P TO ME
Got that wrong sold my last lot yesterday at 97 oh well still got nex
When's CHRI5 buying back in?? On the next drop??!!!! Lol
WHOOPS!!!!!
99.8p paid. nearly back to 100 all. good hold for all LTHs here
Clearly I sold too many in the 80s but still hold a few. I vaguely recall Comfortdelgro, Metroline in London ,offering to buy SGC on a name their price basis. a few years back and with the CMA involvement now over the coaches, could that be affecting the price and the NEX deal? CMA are bound to ensure the merger doesn't block competition and if Comfortdelgro, big and successful , are interested....???
