..had a particularly dire driving experience up half the length of England, I am positive we need this stuff pretty urgently. Today, took the plunge after thinking about it for nearly as long as the Japanese.

Apple purchased an eye tracking company last year

https://techcrunch.com/2017/06/26/apple-acquires-smi-eye-tracking-company/

What they won't necessarily have is the data around distracted driving and fatigue events

More evidence of an Apple Car. Both Apple and Waymo likely to need eye-gaze tracking for different reasons. Fortunately there’s two leading DMS suppliers @SmartEyeAB and @seeingmachine

The Miton MicroCap fund, was showing Seeing Machines in their top 10 holdings in Julys report, previously one of the smaller holdings, so the price increase of the SEE share would suggest they have re balanced their holding, at a profit too.....

Think we still have a good chance of having/almost having Toyota in the bag.

The Japanese are not known for their rapid movement. There are probably a bunch of men in suits sitting around slowly committing to a decision that they all already agree on...

Toyota and Autoliv
Today 11:57
Just went over my old notes, old news from Feb-18 but hopefully winning Toyota not completely off the table

https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/autoliv-wins-toyota-global-contribution-award-300603883.html

Autoliv, Inc., the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems, has been honored with the prestigious Global Contribution Award, Toyota's highest award for suppliers.

This is the fifth time Autoliv receives the prestigious Global Contribution Award. The award is given in recognition of companies that for the past year has performed outstandingly in terms of superior quality, delivery, technology, innovation and cost improvement performance.

"We are both proud and humble to have been recognized by Toyota as a winner of the prestigious Global Contribution Award for the fifth time," said Autoliv's Chairman, President and CEO, Jan Carlson, when accepting the prize at Toyota's annual Global Supplier Convention on February 23, 2018, in Nagoya Japan.

Is there ever a summer when there isn’t a seller?

Hopefully Miton was just a portfolio rebalance due to the recent price increase and nothing more.

They had 8.17% as of 04/05/18, so they sold 78m shares recently which indeed must explain the SP decrease. Lets hope we see some recovery

I misread the RNS but 2.25% reduction in there holdings is quite substantial so probably explains the seller in the market of late.

Miton did NOT sell their 4.3% holding in the company. That statement by ra757 is completely misleading. What happened is that Miton Group did sell some shares and are now below the 5% reporting threshold (4.8%), which is why they had to report they've sold some shares. They're probably just rebalancing their portfolio after the nice gains they've enjoyed that have drastically increased their overall exposure to the name.

This is a great development for long-term investors, because a large holder who came in very cheap (Miton) has now partially been replaced by investors who were willing to pay a higher price.

RNS:
"Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines", the "Group"), the advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety was informed that on 14 August 2018, Miton Group PLC sold ordinary shares in the Group resulting in a holding of 105,939,298 ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.73 percent of the Group's total voting rights."

It says they sold some but retained 4.73% i think, So when L&G added there was no RNS but when they sold we got an RNS. Now the same with Miton..... and some people are still saying that see is not appearing to want to keep the price in a zone? Imagine if the RNS from Nick mentioning an additional OEM win was not a mistake and SEE had actually won another OEM but not said....wow that would make you think about elephants again.....park that one

Must be a reason they sold. Shame we can't be told why. Have they lost faith, does it no longer fit their criteria or something else?

Does this explain what they were doing in London? Maybe trying to persuade them not to sell or buttering up a new investor to take them.

Well Jono, have you chosen not to read the whole post kindly uploaded for your benefit?
Let me help you

If SM need more cash they can borrow it based on announced DWs to date. OEMs like Daimler and BMW are probably reliable payers and the banks will know this.

Ok I get it, SM have built the office

The running of the office is £X
The tenants pay £Y
SM have £Z. In bank

Y does not cover X so Z is going down very quick, so what happens when Z runs out.

Will SM need more money before end of year and if so where will it come from.
