I don't agree Nicely. The open was particularly obvious as is the decline. Yes it is sells from RF shares being trickled through on a forward selling basis I would bet. My point is why open at 38p? I am sure you know as well as I do
Its not manipulating, look at all the sells, people are taking profit.
It seems that this morning is another prime example of manipulation with the sp being opened at an unrealistic and unsustainable price of around 38p - leaving a significant gap between last nights close and this mornings open. As a result, the MMs have been able to present a declining sp this morning. I suspect they are also forward selling RF shares on a trickle basis. Whatever the case those shares will disappear and the sp will rebound.
We reached 28p before dropping back courtesy of RF and looks like the pattern is repeating itself. Less shares though. Still all good here and we are not that far underwater from last nights close.
I just hope we stay above 30p and it forms our new trading range.
See all you people who complain when you say thing they interpret as negative, they don't admit when your right, see opened on a spike then re-traced to around 30p.
That would be very nice.
I need to see £3.00 + to get back in profit
Like many lths I have every faith in the science. The 'noise' of the movements is irrelevant unless youre trading and most of us are just accumulating. I have done a small B&B to max out this years allowance and topped up in main share dealing account too. Where it goes from here will be proven in time but without the shared knowledge of those in this BB I would have bailed at a huge loss months ago; so thank you to all the credible posters in here for the effort you put in. Best wishes. Mr B x
Well the SP was pretty stable from Aug through Jan before the 3rd drawdown so makes no sense, but either way they are gone now still don't think it was the worst option at least we were funded for P1b and weren't diluted further....
Not volume as such. You cannot use the drawdown facility at more than 1 million debt balance. The amount owing with drawdown cannot be greater than 10% of market cap.
Manipulated to create financial chaos.
I should think they looked at the detail in the small print am sure even Stevie Wonder could have found it.

Pot not defending the Bod and they should of raised on previous highs for P1a / P1b but possible it was the only option available at the time, didn't the RF deal fail because of low volume which was just market sentiment....
I think SOG should be appointed to the BOD without delay in order to represent shareholders interests! :-) That way these financial co*ck up's should not happen again!
If any deal was being done, l don't believe a company round touch us with a barge pole whilst involved in RF funding.
Most likely a reason why we have cleared early!
Sareum have 3 advisors.
Broker 1 - Hybridan - They do our reports, broker notes etc. I think we oat them £60k a year.
Broker 2 - Peel Hunt - if we are to believe the board, PH were engaged to market Sareum to institution investors. To do that, the company needs to be stable, investable and a, safe ish pair of hands. IMO, PH will have recommended the consolidation, because over 3 billions shares in issue make you look like a penny stock. Ironically, that where Sareum find themselves again.
Nomad - Strand Hanson are the Nominated and Financial Advisors. They would have looked at this RF and advised on it but at the end of the day, the buck stops at Parker and the board. It looks like zero due diligence was done. 10 minutes on Google and lse chats boards would have told them RF were bad news.
I dont want a witch hunt but I also dont get why we give the board a free ride here. Their decisions nearly finished the company.
It's done now but we, the shareholders must never let it happen again.
Yes, the fact that the Psoriasis market is worth $60 billion annually highlights just how big this opportunity is for SDC-1801. As you say an approach to Sareum soon about licencing SDC-1801 looks a real possibility.
I did actually
Exactly and it is worth noting there were 108 licencing deals alone in Q4 in our sector, according to JP Morgan, worth a cumulative $8.2 billion in total in upfront cash and equity....
Good luck, Brighty
''We deserve to be informed by the BOD who it was who suggested RF and who knew their form''.
We certainly do fearg (and my money's on Parker and 'Real C**t' in that order, but all in my own opinion of course!) but whether we will though is a different matter!?!
Still news is due soon (hopefully good) and the sp certainly appears to be moving in the right direction (for now!).
Ignore nicely,
That's a bait post to expand the 'Seller' subject as people reply to him. Try using this one. Should have bought when you had the chance.
LOl, clueless and filtered.
Sellers seem to have offloaded to get their 10% should go back blue
Every thread has a Walter Mitty, this one has two , nicely and Gregorio.
I agree Nicely, would have saved us all the risk of death from boredom.
Nicely, why don't you keep quiet until it goes back up to 4 pound 70?
Soot on Rebster408.
Nice pertinent post to Aber
