HElpful"Just imagine if you had invested in Superdry yesterday 😳 But there again "Sure you're OK here 👌 (How many placing shares did you take?l
Of course, given we, holders now realise that its best that shareholders communicate with shareholders.
Why? As I said, the RRR DRC Award Arbitration of US$10m and potential US$430m will mean that it doesnt take a genius to know that this will depend on the co surviving well until the outcome.
That said, it is also obvious that RRR shareholders share a COMMON GROUND to wait the time of news updates. Meanwhile, Help has been here long enough to fill us in if we holders have missed some of the pertinent and vital background. Otherwise, lots of missed info creates a VACUUM. To those, here DAY & NIGHT from the history, whatever the motivation is, is not important as that is something no one knows why. SUFFICE TO SAY, IT IS THOSE WITH RRR and those against RRR.
As said, if one is no longer confident, happy , holders are always free to leave, it just takes pressing a button on one's stock brokering a/c to exit any stock. With that it is now clear. It is not morally right that if one no longer has shares but continually posts REPEATS and one sees on some or many forums, that is the style of downers or uppy types.
Interesting that one of the main posters here now wants to meet Helpful? Why? Interesting isnt it? Today, things have become clearer relating to RRR DRC, RRR Australia and Bilbale. With thanks to all who have provided us holders the info and insight. Thur, 18.4.24.
The love in between Help Maid and News is something to behold.
Help as they affectionately refer to him has found some disciples.

That we get a drop on 33k sells, but 1.4m buys was ignored ? perhaps MM was PI--ssed of they never got any of that 500m issue today ? FK KNOWS... see if we get anything on slippery Friday, one of our luckiest day for RNS
I heard that Glencore punctured the tyres on the truck carrying the lithium!
TDT
Wasn't he also in Zim waving off the first consignment of lithium?

----------------RRR shareholders--------
In light of the finer detail on RRR DRC Draft Award $10m & $430m [51% to RRR], it is NOT in RRR shareholders interests not to see RRR SURVIVE to potentially collect. That is standard to all litigation in general and in particular. Is it not? Thur, 18.4.24.
Helpful how secure will our operations be bearing in mind the behavior in Congo and the fact we could have lots of gold. I am sure you will have discussed this with AB.
-------------------David vs Goliath ------------RRR DRC [$10m Draft Award and potentially $430m [50.1% RRR] int. arbit]..
So, very clear now, folks.
One person has asked A.B, Chairman of RRR on Twitter.
I think the title is apt with thanks to Help. Thur, 18 Apr 2024.
"Just back from a one day trip to Kenya and already planning for a longer trip to Burkina Faso. And I so love the English Spring and I keep missing it ..."
He has said he has to be there for the start of operations: he effectively has said that operations are about to start.

Tactically, RRR should only approach Big G after all proceedings in DRC have finished.
Once they have been finished and all doubt or arguments about the assets being JV assets has been removed that is when RRR should start the process.
It will also take a little while and some cost to put everything together. It is step by step.
DYOR
Yes, I agree with the position of RRR and its establishment of its rights in the DRC commercial court.
Ah, that is now the answer that is very enlightening. I was NOT here at the time of the VUP litigation and that it was NOT only vs Gecamines but the Big G as well. I was a bit puzzled as to how Big G is not budging thus far?
NO, for the avoidance of doubt, I was aware that RRR's rights to Musoni was established in the DRC earlier award vs VUP in the $5m case. Thank you. THIS NEW ASPECT OF THE DEFENDENTS [PLURAL] WAS NOT KNOWN TO MANY OF US AT THIS TIME GIVEN MANY OF US WERE NOT HERE ON THIS FORUM THEN RE: VUP VS G. & BIG G. THANK YOU.
I will put it in another way. Be it whatever the situation, it is clear from the DRC arbitration award earlier of the $5m relating to the VUP, it has established the RRR rights as per the latest RRR RNS/s.
That said, it is the defendant/s that will then matter in the next stage to come. If so, then the state para company seems to be the most obvious first defendant but it was not clear in the Clear Capital Broker note on RRR. Any ideas? Thanks.
I think this is something that has to be enlightened upon as we wait [holders].
News, you need to be crystal clear on your thought process. This all would have been examined as part of the court case RRR joined in with.
VUP was jointly suing Gecamines and Glencore for non-payment of the $15mil, having already already received $5mil. RRR joined in when the case became public. If there was any doubt about ownership, how and why did RRR manage to get a substantive judgement in its favour plus a judgement for costs and compensation. This was in the Lumbumbashi Commercial Court.
This all would also have been examined in the Arbitration Court and was by a senior judge. If there was any doubt about ownership it would have been revealed by now.
It is a non-issue, it is a dead parrot.

Bell tweet, 2 comments so far.

Right.
So, further to the situation of RRR/DRC, it then goes to follow if there was/ is a mining register, RRR's name would be on it for Musoni or rather the JV Congo co. This is further to your earlier post on RRR/DRC vs Mr Poster on this forum who said this and that which contradicts Clear Capital broker note.
It would now appear that RRR would have to have been on the Cadastres or the JV co. This is the burning question that has been missed info and one to which RRR stated RNS/position is clear. Thanks.
Call me whatever you want Delboy 🤡 🤣
Doggie, you don't even know what time period is relevant. Perhaps we should call you sheepie?
News, it is how long is a piece of string. It will be down to the board or new board in due course. Likely over at Kilmore we have lithium and rare earths as well but who knows if they are commercial.
They have to balance having enough cash to list for max value with dilution caused by the pre-IPO round.

Helpful 'The loss of shareholder value is down to Glencore's behaviour.'
I think we should blame Glencore for all previous losses before that period too :)
News, they are called a Cadastre; Burkina Faso, CDI and DRC each have one. I have been all over the CDI one to check out who is operating near to us. Like at Lake Kossou we have Koulou Corp to the North and Kobo Resources to the South.
The Cadastres are online.

Thanks
LoL. I saw that. It came onto my feed on Twitter. Think it was an interview with the CEO.
