Down again at this moment. Can AB get anything right?????
If someone can get the background info off Mr Bell I'll do it myself.
But following on from that still don't understand why Bell hasn't asked the SFO to investigate Glencore. They can get all th evidence together.
P.S. This applies also TO ALL LISTED CO'S ON THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE, especially large mega listed co's. If they get taken to the International Arbitration Tribunal [Treaty of Rome per Helpful ], then they have to disclose in their financial accounts as norm , being a potential liability esp. it will come to the notice of the London Stock Exchange once it is public via International Tribunal writ /application to initiate litigation. All in the public domain via RRR RNS, interviews, broker notes etc.
Targa123 - Exactly, I am pleased that someone knows the REGULATORY UK Law. That was part of all the SEC/SFO official investigations into all these dealing ie over licences etc over there. So, an established pathway that evidences this. On Twitter, someone reckons that NEGOTIATIONS/TALKS will be concluded now by Mr Bell in the DRC. I could NOT hear the interview very well as I was using tiny earplugs but from what I gather, the JV partner's Counsel is NOW NO LONGER A MINISTER and that his delays "FAILED" per Bell. Bell does not elucidate how but the word Arbitration came up.
How about Mr Bell accepts $6m, balance owed less backhanders, that would quadruple the share price, except his hands are tied.... Under a piece of legislation called the Bribery Act 2010 there is a liability for a business if it fails to prevent a person from bribing on its behalf in the interests of obtaining a commercial advantage for the business.
Resident prevaricates now on Thur, 14.3.24 vs before RRR AGM, 16.2.24 , Authority to Issue 1.5bn but STILL NOT ISSUED.
"Dukey will know?" [Per resident]. How? Is he the MM?
Announcing a share issue to fund an aquisition at this depressed level is at face value ridiculous.
I'm pretty sure the company knows what it is doing and you would like to think DRC is genuinely imminent.[ in the sense of weeks not years ]
I hope so
Just checked HL , Sell 0.07p, Buy 0.0713p.
4m at 0.0683. Dukey will know but record low ?
Folks seen the Creswick co RNS today. RRR is no different to this co , looking for gold in Victoria or even Aston Martin who issued a £1.5bn issue [£3.5bn mkt cap]? Not sure what the buzzing is about.
Despite two developments on FASO and POW the SP is stuck in a rut.
0.071 to sell 0.073 to buy is pretty close to all time lows.
Getting DRC proceeds first to avoid the dilution implicit in the POW deal is essential.
The price of the next placing over 200k is also implicit in the POW deal and is a make or break value.
Squeaky but time.

There were T W O 5 0 MILLION trades, reported late yesterday. On Twitter, a poster said it was BUYS and I tend to agree. So, 50m cost £39,000 and £40,000 from recall. This was dated 12.3.24 from recall [RRR Australia 13.3.24].
Not a lot to say today genuine investors, apart from the SP Manipulation continues on small volume, and that AB will be flying back tonight hopefully with good news to tell us, Fri / Mon, then wooooosh x10 possible, if the stars align
try not to engage with those that seek to do us harm in these delicate times, keep up the good work on anything gold / Battery Metal, with links and tweets, as you do.. to past the time while it's quiet, as arguing with trolls certainly don't help stability..

Comment: So RRR Australia's potential lies in the Berringa/Dereel & K I L M O R E , less than 5km from SUNDAY CREEK of Southern Cross Gold [A$175m mkt cap for 49% stake. Gross 100% =A$350m mkt cap]. Have gone through ALL the POW RNS for Australia. Now, trying to look for RRR Kilmore. Found nothing much from the NE 43-101. Still looking. NO DOUBT IN AN IPO, RRR AUSTRALIA WILL HAVE TO DO MORE EXPLORATION or reveal further results from POW on Kilmore if they have it. DYOR, NIA. News, Thur, 14 Mar 2024.

Extract from First Equity brokers report Jan 23
"Other royalties held within holding company Triple R Royalties Ltd for the gold
interests in Burkina Faso and Ivory Coast and also lithium in Zimbabwe are left
unvalued (TBD) for the moment until we know more about their resource and
production profile potential. We understand that other royalty assets will be added
to Triple R Royalties Ltd in the future. "
Not much progress to date but maybe soon
I missed this yesterday.

For those that said ALR should be doing what Prem was doing in Zim: this just goes to show you that seeking to operate a complex plant and get it to steady state production at volume is not easy.
IMHO ALR went down the right route initially just dig out the material and sell it. Unfortunately the Zim Govt changed the rules. The wet season is over now in Zim and the lithium prices are starting to recover.
Whether it be selling material as a trader or selling from stockpile or mining the way forward (except for one exception) is just sell the material.
Longer term there will be a need to move to Lithium Carbonate production.
Once DRC is boxed off, I expect that we will hear more about ALR.

In my experiance with the sole exception of yesterday POW RNS news gets out in advance of an RNS.
With a DRC visit in the offering interesting to see what happens to the SP ?

If there was ever any doubt Helpful was an insider who should not be posting on here the 22.23 post last night is it.
So to add to his holding the live CLNs stake in ALR and Elephant unidentified holdings in RRR , he now drafts CLNs and advises on RTO to the company.
Mr Bell if you read this board never mind telling holders to lawyer up install a sense of proper governance by asking Stephen Lundy to stop posting.
