No but you DO have to understand how much money the BoD of both RRR and RGM manage to spend available monies and see so much precious cash end up in Admin and Expenses.

JV with Legacy Hill
Today 18:14
New coal JV company, Mining Equity Trust. (MeT)

53% owned by Legacy Hill
47% owned by RGM

MeT funding in place, $3m cash on account.

MeT specifically set up to acquire US operating met coal assets, operated by Legacy Hill.

You don't have to like the RGM management, you don't have to like RGM's other assets.

An investment into RGM, is an investment (soon) into an operating coal mine and Legacy Hill's management.

Zu I really do still think you're not understanding the warrants in that RNS.

I feel sure that it's the EXERCISE PRICE that is determined as the Issue SP plus 20%.

Nobody genuinely thinks the fundamentals are good here. It is somebody having a laugh. The only truth is that shareholders are treated with contempt by the management. Why else would they have engineered it so that they are unaccountable to shareholders? This is a lifestyle company. Put your hard earned into your own lifestyle, not somebody elses. Caveat emptor.

Anyone who thinks the fundamentals are good here seriously needs to re-look.

What exactly is good about anything in this company? You have a lying toe rag as a CEO a certain Mr Bell End, you have investment in non producing coal field that will never produce. You have white car hire nonsense - you just could not make this cr ap up!

Yet people still buy into it? Get a grip guys!!! Sell out now even if at a loss, I did and made they money back in a few months.

booboo, in regards to the warrants i think i caused the confusion with my earlier posts. I clearly understand now. Fridays RNS said: "£500,000 of warrants into Red Rock shares at a price 20% above their average closing price on the three trading days prior to issue"
...
So if the Kenyan licenses are reissued or renewed then RRR would give Kansai £500,000 in warrants 20% above market price. So a then 0.90p RRR price would mean the warrants would be 20% above that at 1.08p. Then in future if the RRR share price was healthfully above 1.08p then Kansai may pay RRR £500k to convert those £500,000 RRR warrants into RRR shares.

In completely misread the warrant part of the RNS when it first came out. So sorry about causing the confusement.

From RRR board

Reply to 2004: if Kansai want to exercise warrants they would presumably have to wait until the price had risen over 20% from the price of shares at the time of issuance, and then pay the exercise price (ie for all of them £500k)

i find that very hard to believe as the matter wouldn't have been left so hazy in the RNS otherwise and strongly suspect he is almost certainly lying, thats just my personal opinion the person making that post may of course not be who he says he is as the RRR chairman has had may impersonators over the years, either that or has posted under many different ID's which again is puzzling as to why he hasn't been able to post over the years under just one name instead of multiple .

Anyway my question is ,why do you wrestle so much with honestly ?
