Just for some clarity:
The article about the notes was not something critical? Why? The auditors had signed off the last a/c which mentioned 12 months. Also, the note was not so excessive large?
As said, a raise is the normal course? Seemed obvious?
On Twit, from recall, someone said that shorts made a killing?
So, it is possible that it has attracted short thesis?
Its quite easy to write a short thesis. However, the short thesis may not give a balanced view.
Why? The raison d*tre is not to give a balanced view in a short thesis.
So, as investors, one should produce a balanced view.
So, this is the reason why a review or letter to shareholders would be helpful? If there was no short note, then it might not be as necessary?
News.

Typo: Should be chose. I am short-sighted. LOL.
I had some reservation about San Luis as it was not the traditional brine project. I think it was just a stop-gap in retrospect. I checked the peer and nothing much was happening.
Teabiscuit has asked on KDNC what is going to lift the co. Its just expressed in a different way.
REM was formed from a shell and Sonora was THE project. The takeover did not take place of BCN [Sonora] and the co was back to square 1. No surprise what happened thereafter given Efficient Mkt Theory kicked in.
In recent days, an article was written [paywall] but the gist on the forum was that KDNC could not sell EMH since it was a large stake at 19%+.
Anyone would have known that a funding event was the most obvious. I didnt voice this on the forum as this is a sensitive subject. However, now that it has taken place ie raise of £1.3m @0.15p, one can mention it.
Is KDNC going to follow the same REM path? The Founder choose Sonora as the project. This is a large and world class project which Mi das said could produce 10% of global demand then.
So, is the Management by Objective the same now?
That is not price sensitive but a reveal of "Strategy."
Same for Hastings - it has Yangibana which could produce 6% of world demand for rare earths and 2nd TO LYNAS, now the subject of a hostile takeover at $1b.
Same for Greenland Minerals [GGG] - the world class Kvanjfeld rare earth project could become globally significant and for some time to come.
Accordingly, their MKT CAP REFLECTS it.
So, what about KDNC?
Did Mr Allan Green*s mention of "deal" and a small co overnight could have a "transformational" project in general? If so, it means that KDNC could be lifted from the current day.
This is what everyone wants to know. If it cannot be told, then one would need to find out.
Why? One has to make decisions based on value or potential value or potential project that in turn could turn into value.
Just to clarify. So, even if there is a map we could see, it would help.

I have to keep reminding myself that I am allowed to get excited about Picasso. I keep putting the brakes on because of the disappointment over the San Luis licences - months of waiting, years now! But we have the licence already for Picasso - so news could roll in any time! ;-)
I saw a more detailed map of Bald Hill but in essence, it will suffice.
In the REM days, Phalen was the one that said that the size of Sonora was very big. He also went on CONTINGUOUS from the Ventana map.
Same way, deposits are usually continguous as in Arden from recall of the post in this thread.
It is usually continguous and ALONG STRIKE , otherwise no point getting the licence.
Maybe Kiran will be kind enough to provide us the Oz Geo Dept map of PICASSO.

Thanks for the link. The correct link is:

and the slide is page 5 not 4 ;-)
If you remember Sonora Obs, our Founder did a walk-about and said BEFORE even 1 drill had been done that it was world class from recall.
I am sure someone had a walk-about on the Picasso licence, near Bald Hill otherwise, they might not have just taken on something blind.
If, we know early, like Sonora when REM was 0.04p, its might or could be useful to gauge some idea?
If the Founder was still around,oh my, I am sure he would be singing away?
CADENCE PICASSO - W.Australia
As mentioned on KDNC.PL, how big is the acreage and by extension how large is the potential mineralisation of pegmatites?
Observer842 said on KDNC.PL that KDNC via exploration efforts may give us an idea before the AGM.
I have got the info ie answer via an indirect way.
This is via the high profile Bald Hill which is near Picasso.
FROM Alliance Minerals [ASX:A40] Presentation [Latest Mar 2019] who owns Bald Hill.
Link: www.allianceminerals.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/02088109.pdf
The Alliance map shows on page 4, all the MAJOR players:
1)PLS*s Pilgangoora, near Port Hedland + Altura + Albermarle [CLUSTER in the area]
2)Greenbushes on the far left - Albermarle & Tianqi
3)Mt Catlin - Galaxy, nearer the bottom.
4)Mt Holland - Kidman Resources & SQM
5)MT MARION - Neometals, Minerals Resources & GANFENG.
This is CLOSEST TO BALD HILL [ALLIANCE]
LEFT MAP: SHOWS THE GEO MAP & THE G R E E N STAR INDICATES SPOD OCCURANCE.
Looks CONTINGUOUS AND ALONG STRIKE FROM THE GREEN STARS.
So, KDNC*s Picasso will be nearby.

Thanks for sharing this.
I would like to chip in, but it would be like interrupting a conversation between Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger chatting about football.
I have been in this share since 2013 and believe it could go places, with the great investments they have made. In the last 6 months though, like many I'm sure, I wonder if they can keep the lights on before any deals can be done or revenue be collected.
Seeing the research laid out below has helped me a great deal. So thanks again for your hard work.

MACARTHUR MINERALS
dsfar on the KDNC forum today asked if Cadence*s lithium projects were near Pilbara Minerals PILGANGOORA famous lithium deposits?
CADENCE website on Macarthur:
"Macarthur Minerals Pilbara applications cover SIMILAR geological settings to the PILGANGOORA pegmatite deposits which HOST the PILBARA MINERALS [ASX: PLS] and ALTURA MINING LTD [ASX;AJM]."
"ASSAY RESULTS from the initial heliborne reconn sampling of pegmatites WITHIN 3 OF THE CO*s exploration licence applications are e n c o u r aging."
"In essence, the initial reconn only assessed the lithium potential of A FRACTION of the co*s acreage package."

Comment:
So, it is Macarthur Minerals [Canadian listed MMS] that holds licences NEAR THE FAMOUS PILGANGOORA lithium mines of PLS and Althura.
Shortly the Founder of REM joined the board of Macarthur, they mooted via an ann that they wanted to float their AUSTRALIAN PROJECTS on the Australian stock exchange ie Iron Ore and Lithium project.
KDNC owns 10.1% of Macarthur Minerals.
PLS*s share price is A80.5c and MKT CAP A$1.466 BILLION.
Althura*s share price is A14c and Mkt Cap A$297.87m.

Comment:
It is obvious Picasso & Litchfield is what they term, NEAROLOGY plays.
As in? Havieron is East to the massive Telfer mine in W.Australia.
The Founder quickly took the licence NEAR Havieron and just managed to get it within hrs ahead of Rio.
Needs to have ears to the ground and 24/7 kinda of listening on media as results come out from the co*s.
So, as for Alcoota, looks like its also nearology.
As for Finnis, they appear to be starting with what they can manage ie capex etc?
The data is quite stunning and no wonder why they are in the NT. From Darwin Port, it goes to Asia direct.
So, PICASSO is NEAR the ranked Bald Hill.
Litchfield is NEAR Finnish lithium project, Core Lithium, Australia.
Alcoota may be prospective?
The reason why the co wants 3 projects is quite normal - if 1 gets JV, part sold etc, then they have 2 more projects to fall back on and the co does not suddenly become one that has NO project, thus technically triggering....?
Also, when the area becomes more prospective, it is not easy to get ground then.
In the boom lithium era, I cant think anyone with the above esp near Bald Hill would have sold it unless they got big wonga? Only times are more...akin to Sonora days and so they need someone to keep up the wor

The basis of this strategic review is to gauge "value" or potential "value" via value metrics.
It is the tomorrow*s value that is critical. Today*s MKT CAP is either under-valued or over-valued for any co, hence the need for analysts and sharp accounting pencils.
That is the primary basis of the stock market.
