Scott mcgregor the con artist, if there is money to be made it will be lining his pockets not shareholders as history has shown, or the former chairman’s, can’t forget that scum bag.

Surprised the Schroders etc haven’t yet worked out how they’ve been stitched up, looks like the former CEO and chairman have got away with robbery, although Scott still claims to be ceo on twitter, maybe he’s making future sales for when she bags this company for £1.

Looking beyond the £10m raise

It'd help justify any potential future for the business if they could be more certain about their pipeline and future profitability. Right now I expect my investment here to be completely wiped out as there's no significant order book to speak of.

Success
Tue 10:25
There is only one way this will be a success, if the Directors buy into a placing. If they raise the 10m they need then that should be the bottom and the only way is up.
Vanadium prices are normalising, flow technology has been proven and is getting close to being cost effective in comparison.

If the above happens then I will buy in but otherwise this is in the hands of the MMs and they will be milking it for all it's worth!

To see those figures written down, highlights the total scandal of it.
Totally mismanaged by that idiot Scott.
The incompetence of growing the company so rapidly on the back of Little to Zero sales.
The newly appointed Chairman sounds a right fruitcake also. Who could ever say they are optimistic about a company in this situation.
Why oh why is MacTurd still involved with this company?. What value add can he be?.
I can’t imagine the long institutional investors are happy with his continued involvement.

Think about how much the directors have made and rejoice for them.

In 2017 the total director remuneration was £539K
In 2018 the total director remuneration was £777K.
Jointly they awarded themselves 44% more last year.

The begging fund raise in March raised £3.2m and 24% of that went to pay the directors’ remuneration of £777K.

If that isn't a class money grab I don't know what it. Hats off to them. They did it without wearing a striped shirt or carrying a swag bag. Genius.

It is more than 3 months since the fund raise and we have heard precisely nothing about the ‘Strategic Review’. Now we are told the company need £10m in November. Who is going to fund that? Anyone in the March 2019 OO is more than 50% down and know diddly squat about the future. Buying into this would be financial suicide.

Let’s face it. It is over.

2021 before this dog becomes CFP.
Directors gravy train runs out in Nov-19.
But seriously if they have failed to get a serious investment partner after all these years, what are the chances in the next 4 months?.
I have lost some serious money on this company and have now written it off.
Its got management buyout written all over it.
Nov it will go into receivership and be bought by management for tuppence, current investors will be losers.
I expect this to tank below a penny today.

Lots of positives but they only have enough cash to last till Nov, Strategic Review continuing but will need c10m to support the business on the scale of its aspirations with projections to be cash generative by H2 2021.

I think this may be the site for the “pathfinder” scheme for Anglian Water, will need to have it confirmed so a day trip is on during this summer!

https://wwtonline.co.uk/news/anglian-gets-permission-for-solar-installation-at-grafham-water

Let’s hope for good news from the Results ( but as these will be for ....up to year end 2018 ) may hopefully come in the follow up notes!!

Scottish Power batteries!

Shame we haven’t had a look in here.......Whitelee wind farm.

A string of similar projects will follow across at least six of Scottish Power's other renewable energy sites.

However, in the future we may find there are issues with these very large lithium batteries ( half the size of a football pitch).

It’s possible that as batteries become more commonplace, it will be the safety critical element comes to the attention on the population and enables a route in for RedT’s non flammable systems to take centre stage!

Hi 13th

Having worked in sales for a Fortune 500 company many years ago, not surprised we haven’t released anything from pipeline......yet!

There was always competition wanting to infiltrate the deals!

So.... for RedT let’s wait and see if we can get these “known” deals over the line...then progress towards expansion globally, as we always envisaged this would become!

So much potential.....but now urgently need some positive response from the BOD

13thmonkey......

Bushveld Energy...A part of the Bushveld Minerals group seem to gaining a very
healthy foothold in the USA.
Have a read of the RNS that BMN released this morning and you may get
an idea of where they are heading and their future potential.
