If you look at the dilution since last september and the trading patterns since then it gives an rough indication of the overhang, and no value triggers have been forthcoming. They may come but the clocks ticking this stock is in a bad place right now. The markets rarely make mistakes and place no value on the “assets”

to be fair destitute ,,, you've invented an overhang of 100million,,, unless you would like to prove otherwise,, and you say no value triggers are forthcoming,, which anyone who follows the co. know is a pile of rubbish..
like i said before , you add no value, your riding a loss currently,,and try to take that out on anyone positive about PXOG,, do you try so hard to cause upset around the ones closest to you in real life???
your a sad case...

Need that hundred million+ overhang to clear and that need shareholder value triggers and they are not forthcoming.

we have seen great volume, with loads of sellers unloading their shares. now we are seeing volume slowing down, still share price trading sideways. this is a ticking timebomb waiting for explosion. volumes are significant, where in you see a sentiment behind them.

When the Rns drop in this will leave those on the sidelines far behind. Imho this will move fast and rerate to a corresponding mcap In-line with booked reserves and Spanish potential including Romanian revenue. Massively undervalued but aimho and dyor. 2.2p from Broker I think this should be somewhere close eventually Gla

The purpose of the market is to raise capital to advance the business. The placings undertaken have resulted in the acquisitions of the 2 commercially successful drills in Romania and Italy and the potentially game changing monster of Tesorillo worth £0.5b if successful.

I’d take that as value accretive and a hugely successful strategy in light of the drilling success, with the value gap that exists here with asub £5MCAP it highlights the huge potential on offer.....📈

Catalysts ahead....
Thu 10:36
Such a lot of nonsense regarding the BOD needing to get their act together, 2 successful commercial drills have taken place over 2 assets acquired in the last 12 months.. Production is a near term reality for both and imminent in Romania which is awaiting the final permitting consent. Both commercial finds are near existing infra structure and benefit from savings in time and CAPEX. The reality is the last 12months have been extremely successful operationally for the BOD after the set back in Poland.

The final acquisition in Spain with upside of 2TCF and the option to take up to 49% ownership is game changing, work is underway with the AMT survey due to start...

“In addition, technical discussions with potential drilling and completion contractors are at an advanced stage as part of the ongoing well permitting and approvals process initiated at Ministry level.” Rns 13/7

Italy and Selva also have a news rich period ahead with a reserves upgrade due and permits being submitted and reviewed...

“Under the first phase of the development plan for the Well, PVE plan to install a fully automated gas plant at the existing Selva/Podere Maiar-1d well site at a cost of EUR2.4m and run a 1km long pipeline to connect with the nearby Italian National Grid connection.

Application will be considered for preliminary award at the next Italian Ministry Hydrocarbon Commission meeting, which is expected in July 2018”. RNS 29/5

.....”significant further upside remains and in the second phase of the development plan (contingent on 3D seismic results), PVE intend to drill additional wells with a view to significantly increasing the size of the Selva natural gas resource. Wells will be drilled in the field's highly prospective Selva East, Selva South Flank, and Riccardina prospects, all of which fall within the production concession application area. 3D seismic will be acquired (subject to JV approval) across these areas in the second half of 2018 and early 2019.” Rns 29/5

So much news flow to come and the company will not raise any more for Tesorillo until the AMT survey is complete in late 2018 subject to success. The company reported a “strong cash position of £0.85m at year end” RNS 8/6

The sp might be languishing but the BOD have turned this company around and the catalysts ahead at some point will see the sp rerate and explosively....📈

I happen to be very confident, the Romania delays are out of our hands and being resolved. Certainly not worried here. Permit will drop soon and we will be back on our way.

Spot one trustatrade. Exactly the reasons I bailed out some while back. Glad I did or my loss would have been even more than it was. Still watching and if the bod get their act together I might come back in. Just had a £100k windfall so need to spend it somewhere! Lol

To me it's a simple case of trust or lack of! This is based on previous ill timed discounted placings. Some think history will repeat. We need a solid statement from the BOD giving an update and killing rumours of a placing. Then put more skin in the game. The SP would fly and PIs would trust the company a little more. They must read these comments so let's see if they take action if they do indeed have good intentions for investors. They haven't honoured statements released in their own RNS's! High value trigger points, well where??!
