HBR was a non goer from the start if sp remained at the low levels.

Your right steward. Private email messages I receive from the company should remain private. You should get in touch with the company yourself.

No NAPOM. I'm not being part of this secret club. I post on here for all to see. I will also never join the group.

I care about everyone your group included. Your group would be more powerful with us all. I would make sure of that as would every genuine holder here.

If you are genuinely interested in helping everyone then share the circum info you have. Negative or positive!!

No NAPOM there is a "your data is you own to do as you please" my data will be known to you and I don't know you. That comes into other elements of data and GDPR. How do you keep data safe that you have? All those smile addresses, names, holdings?

The HBR deal is one example napom that was a collective fight and we won. I'm not going to go into who has a bigger one on this. No one knows what happened. What I do know is we all worked together.

This is the very time to do the same but you are resisting.

Circum meeting update shared to your group was it?

That's not listing to shareholders that's private Comms. Listening to us now will give us open Comms. It's what we will continue to fight for.

Hey Napom, I'm not sure that I have your email address but, even if I did, I wouldn't want to be party to some secret info that is only passed around by a few.

Napom is there a way of getting Comms to your group and to shareholders to. If you truly want to help and want to make PREM great like I do good PR and Comms is a must.

I have give GR a genuine option and genuine feedback. He may not listen that's his choice. It will be another shame but then we will have to explore other ways of finding common or even non common ground to get Comms open.

Smilemore - sending a suggestion to the company and them actioning it...actually listening to shareholders is not market sensitive. This is where your getting confused.

GDPR guidelines are for companies only btw.

No NAPOM. Don't just email info out. It's wrong on so many levels. Steward is one of the most genuine posters on here and he deserves info but why doesn't anyone else. I wouldn't also disclose my email address to anyone either.

Thank you NAPOM. This is all I wanted open debate. As you can see I care a great deal about this company and my family.

We have provided GR feedback from shareholders and we will see what the result is. Listen or not that is the companies choice not ours.

No NAPOM it should not be emails or bits of info shared to a closed group especially when market sensitive in nature. The post you posted would have caused many to sell due to the mishandling of Zulu. People may not have the time to email nor should they have to email or prove anything to get information that should be delivered to the whole market.

Napom you work hard for Shareholders but I just want it to be for ALL Shareholders. Some find it hard to give over their data and with new GDPR guidelines I would actually never do it. That's why I can and never will prove my holding. I also don't need to as I know my holding is genuine and that's all that matters.

Napom unfortunately you have built a divide and if GR doesn't listen to our feedback as you put it then we will have to see from there. Open Comms up simple.

Listen to all and communicate to all.

No need for the lol silly bits in posts this is serious about our investments and how to best serve them. We do not have to join private groups to get info that's not normal market conditions. Nor does everyone get a reply to emails.

A weekly Q&A answering questions sent in by shareholders would be a great step and maybe this meets both requirements of yours and ours. Will you ask for that?

The Chairman and CEO are contactable via email. Their email address can be obtained at either the Company’s registered office or by requesting them at the below address. To continually improve transparency, the Board would be delighted to receive feedback from shareholders. Communications should be directed to info@premierafricanminerals.com. The CEO has been appointed to manage the relationship between the Company and its shareholders and will review and report to the Board on any communications received.

Example of Comms....
20 May '19
Podcast posted 9th may 2019 informing investors about Zulu.
RNS 15th may about Zulu not being drilled.

8 days earlier!

NAPOM's post 7th may

Think the intention is to further Zulu dev using funds from the Circum investment. Initial drilling for Zulu is already paid for at opex of circa $75 per meter. Ive been told that rigs are being mobilised but dont think they can start drilling until funds is received for RHA

So who told napom that rigs were mobilised? Can't start drilling? Didn't know that until the RNS was clear about the KME cash. If I had the above info I may have sold and bought back in. This is my point. This is one piece of market sensor info finding its way out. It's not research it's Comms that should be released.

Circum investment to fund Zulu yet we hear nothing about Circum meeting.

Something is not right.
