Thanks Elmwood. The date would be between us not to zim. The bod will then just have to explore other options

Thanks Smile, in respect of RHA we appear to be close to receiving the money so I would just question the need to set a date for conclusion. Following on from that if the said timescale was missed what would we intend doing ?

Dear Prem BOD,

Thank you again for your continued support with this process. We also welcome your openness to ask us for our opinions. As we stated in previous emails, these communications have created very healthy discussion on the LSE bulletin board and that is only good for the company. The latest discussion has actually brought all shareholders together forming a consensus on the below points.

After much debate and consideration - solely focused on SP improvement and asset value creation - these are our genuine thoughts:

1) Asset purchase

Please can we not consider this as an option. Even a profitable asset will cause major dilution. Shareholders would like to focus on the core assets and this will become clearer below.

2) RHA

We feel that we should give the zim government it's time but set a date at which we cannot wait any longer. We understand there are frustrations from us and you all but it's such an important element that we do not want to risk losing it.

3) Zulu

This is the area most discussed due to the fact that funding is key. We believe this is our best asset and must be progressed ASAP.

The agreed option:

- Sell ARCM shares immediately. Pay KME from this and then KME sell their shares paying for initial drilling.

The rational:

- Zulu has taken far too long to be progressed
- The KME transaction not being agreed previously
- The KME drilling contract not being agreed and costs now going up so this will break the deadlock and start drilling immediately with an upfront payment.
- The continued falling SP
- Placing being the only other option to start drilling immediately.

The great news this would bring

- Zulu funded for initial drilling
- RHA fully funded to production come zim money
- Stability to the SP
- A rise to the SP

Many thanks,

Premier African Shareholders
