Plans going forward - with Newco - streamline the company and process and gives folk who have eagerly wanted it, the chance to remove GR from the equation.

NAPOM I’m confused why you are still defending this company. It’s a shambles. Roach will never change

Very much the philosopher Noel, anyone would think you work for the company!

Keep up the fantastic work though, between the PIs that hold a 15% holding and GR and Co your doing a great job, mean just look at the SP and the direction your leading us in. Bravo Sir

If rha equity is sorted then it’s time for a placing. George won’t be having a Christmas dinner without one.

Eddie....there are guys who sits on the sidelines supporting their team when they are winning and berates them when they are losing (Michael aka Charlie)...these so called armchair supporters much like the people who posts on here...they are the ones that shouts the loudest and gets heard the least. Then there are people who go to matches and demonstrate their support or disapproval on the stands. Let us do all the work while you guys just sit behind your keyboards.

Noel, Noel, Noel, got to laugh do you believe PIs would be posting the way they are if GR was delivering and earning his wages.
Still see no action has been take no progress has been made the only thing making anything from PREM is GR and Co
Why you may support this BS I don’t, I have invested my money and until GR delivers I will continue to have my opinion on the current shambles.
Do I feel he adds value for money - No
Do I think he should have been replaced - Yes
Has he made a catalog of errors - Yes
Has he delivered any shareholder value - No
In fact has he delivered anything - No

It’s not de-ramping it’s not trolling as you put it it’s stating facts, you and the action group want to fix it remove GR he is the problem not the posters on this board.
Difference is some invested here cannt see the wood for the trees.
Your leading your group up the garden path under the guidance of GR playing his flute like the pied piper still spinning jam tomorrow from his flute.
I will keep quiet until the 20th December that will give the company two days to deliver the company changing news the PIs have been promised since January.
Let’s see !

The board of Newco is voted on by shareholders, so there is ample opportunity shortly to ensure he no longer presides over the realising of those key assets. The issue of removing GR is about to be redundant in my view (excuse the pun).

Yeah fair enough. Will refrain from further posting as Its pointless. Maybe they should consider a change of name though as action group is wholly inappropriate.

Not sure whats worse though waiting on Circum or Mr roach to deliver.

The pain goes on.

Just out of interest would you guys ever move to remove him?

Once we get the RHA equity sign off it opens up big doors for prem. Newco is one route but is not the only route. New offtake agreements with advanced payments being discussed for RHA which could provide funding without dilution. This has been discussed by GR in the past but has been put on the back burner waiting for govt decision. Bigger slice of Zulu approx. 3.5x times of current claim is being negotiated.

Can i just say that i have a large holding here, and yes i am incredibly frustrated/worried with regards to the way that prem has been run, but i would never berate a person or group for taking some sort of stance. If they do very little that very little is a hell of alot more than just coming on here moaning and insulting everyone. Instead of expecting miracles from any action group maybe you should thank them for giving a shit and doing something, regardless of how much or how little it may be...

Holders have a right to be negative given where the SP is right now...option to liquidate will not be heard in the courts till Jan..patience is an over used word when it comes to PREM but clearly the ministry has stated that RHA ownership issue will be resolved sometime next week...company has no choice but to wait.

So what your saying is instead of asking him and the board to take a pay cut you asked him to give himself another pay rise. He must love you guys lol.

No coincidence the price has been driven down whilst he is taking shares.

The group asked the board to take a pay cut, salary reduced and half of it taken in shares while we wait for finalization to RHA ownership. The company has responded. Loan converted to shares and ARCM investment not sold and the company has responded. Wtf have you lot done?

So NaPoM, you are passing judgement on Charlie for being pi***d off at the lack of progress in 2018 when you yourself started the action group and have achieved f**k all... pure comedy.

Hey Charlie, I usually don't give any time replying to your bs as im too busy at work. This troll-wanna-be persona that your taking on these days has potential but require a bit more training but not from the likes of Valhalla and ChinaBlue as these trolls are proven amatures at best.

Wile.E.Coyote, I appreciate your thoughtful repsonse.

This has rolled on for ages, seemingly never ending.

I agree that RHA sign off has been prolongued because we probably haven't been high enough on the agenda. But we now have a Dec 18th meeting, I am told, with the Minister of Industry and his team. No one can say for sure what will emerge out of this but Ministers do not meet with just any body. So at the very least, whatever result emerges, we're high enough up the pecking order to be able to 'force' a meeting with them directly. The mention of 'pressure from above' is useful to know and was intimated as perhaps a reason why this meeting is going ahead (I'm sure we have persuaded the Minister of Mines and Minerals to wade in and put some pressure on too - though only a guess from me).

Good luck to you Wile.E.Coyote and all other genuine folk!
