Thanks lockedin, great post and your sentiments reflect my own. I would add We cannot totally blame George roach for the environment he is operating in. Mining in Africa is not for the faint hearted and must part of every investors risk calculation - the rewards are immense though for a successful operation since the resources are present in stupid abundancy. certain posters seem to have forgotten this it seems

Lockedin, very good and fair summary but the blinkered ones in here will still attack you.

Interesting point about Zulu costs to DFS being halved. Also interesting about 'reliance' on RHA. Only a matter of time before even the blinkered realise that RHA is a smokescreen

All IMHO

I thought that was a fair summary too Lockedin. Not sure why jessell was so critical of it?

Much appreciated Lockedin.

I'm hoping for a change in sentiment this week. The fundamental issue with GR is that nothing he has touched has ever come to fruition. If we see something concrete around funding for RHA from the Zim gov't then that would be the best news that PREM has had since I first invested almost 2 years ago. The Zulu EPO would be fantastic news as well.

By the law of averages, GR is due something going his way. I'm sure that we would all be much more relaxed if we saw the sp re-rate before the gold mine acquisition - I think GR will need that to get approval for the purchase.

I added more this morning - I reckon that we're going to see that significant news this week! AIMHO!!

For any non-delusional types who want to hear it how it is and not how it might be:

GR meeting with MoM today/tomorrow to try and finalise Zulu EPO. No guarantees but if secured, x50 land size @ Zulu.

GR meeting with MoI on Tuesday to address RHA situation. Everything still on the table at this point, no guarantee of funding and/or equity change but best case scenario RHA is funded by the Zim Gov and you're looking at 4-5 months for all optimizations etc to complete. Personally, I think it'd be a miracle if GR walks out the door with a $6mil cheque tomorrow but in saying that at least he has a confirmed face to face.

Circum struggled to raise the finance required prior to optimising DFS. Debt part ($750m) is now covered, several options for equity part ($350m). Looking at timescales of months as opposed to weeks for any liquidity event.

KME deal should slash costs at both RHA and Zulu, GR quoting 50% less for Zulu DFS alone.

HBR acquisition is intended to diversify away from reliance on RHA. Dilution involved at current prices is astronomical, which GR seemed to acknowledge and addressed lowly SP. Seems to be hoping for some upwards movement between now and shareholder vote/deal completion. Over to PREM for that one. Looking at 9 months from deal completion to cashflow.

Company in need of finance, lack of finance has delayed Zulu by 13 months and it is well known/obvious the company have to raise. Reluctant to do so at these levels but 0.2/0.3p GR should revert to form and raise. HBR deal would be slightly less crippling in terms of dilution at these levels.

GR admitted lack of expertise and missing skillsets on current BoD. KME/HBR deals would alter this. GR would still be involved in some capacity (chairman?).

May have more in my notes but this was the gist of it...

RE: Look

have you thought what the zim government need /want ? and at what they would invest/pay for.
Could a requirement be more jobs? more income?
could negotiations revolve around benefits for zim how many jobs? taxable income perhaps gold fits the bill and a cost of investing is a gold mine?
prem then gets investment rha kme zulu drilled and a jorc gold mine?

George in the past has told /pro used much and I have to say I bought in on that promise. He comes across really well generally although he was under a lot if pressure last year as The Zimbabweans failed to meet with prem to either help fund the mine or allow!Prem to increase its shareholding and for that matter option we would negotiate on the money they owe Prem From memory$20M?
Now he has bought another asset. Sorry but that just seems bizarre.Ok KME will help us move ZULU on AND CIRCUM apparently has a growing NPV.GREAT!!! SO I guess that kind of limits the downside BUT when you are running on fumes do you buy petrol or not? We need to bolster our cash flow IMO.OK George states that he thinks the PREM so will 're rate. Well maybe it has done that.
Will Z govt come up trumps with £6M well anything is possible but it is a large IF!!! Seriously ....
1 Hope the share is 're rated and George pulls off a miracle.
2 Hope that Circum announce an IPO in the next 6 months
3 Hope we see the colour of the the Zimbabwean Govts money
4 Hope to see some progress on ZULU

Lets see GLAHs

Lastly 0.4 by Friday I HOPE SO!!!!

this week could be a gamechanger, however there are points to discuss and we have been let down in the past.
I do find it strange that so called genuine holders are posting there spite and bile
A without even seeing the webinar
B without knowing the outcome of the meetings GR has confirmed are to take place
some could conclude some posters who are posting more than ever both here and advn dont have the same interest of genuine holders?

Well it finally looks like things are on the move. If GR can pull this out of the bag I will take back all the negatives I said. I still feel more information could have been provided at times, but im happy with the way things are going.

i totally agree more buying of assets which cause us issues .... same view as me money should only be raised for ZULU to get to DFS .... bring one asset online and providing revenue the magpie needs to stop .............. plain and simple
