£1 coming with a couple more contracts next year David is very much on the cards here imho
According to the guardian article just recently out, The North Sea has just under 300 active oil and gasfields, but more than half of them will have ended production by 2030. This leaves plexus in a position to develop the P&A pipeline and grow this area of revenue.
Along with this The Government is taking further steps to support the UK’s transition to net zero by confirming new licensing opportunities in the North Sea with 27 licenses granted this month. Legislation will be set out later this week in the King’s Speech which will require the North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA) to invite applications for new production license on an annual basis. Each annual licensing round will only take place if key tests are met that support the transition to net zero. The first test is that the UK must be projected to import more oil and gas from other countries than it produces at home.
The second is that the carbon emissions associated with the production of UK gas are lower than the equivalent emissions from imported liquefied natural gas.
This is an excellent opportunity.

Ive been watching for a while now and after doing a little research and listening to Paul Scott i bought in yesterday . Good luck to all.
Following Paul Scott's gushing praise and a little research I've taken a small punt here.
I've also done a review of the history (over the past decade) and note that the heady price of 250p was reached in 2013 when there were 85m shares in issue and revenue had increased yoy by 25% to 25m and PaT of around 3m ... so a p/e ratio around 70 ! Even a few years later in Oct '16 the sp was still 150p+ and MC around 150m on Rev of 28.5m and PaT of 5.5m so a rather more sane p/e of 30. Then the oil price collapsed from $120+ to
Expect more good news but this share only "rips" because it is illiquid. Not many shares in circulation so good news = double digit % changes. Do not sell if you enjoy this kind of ride as the market makers struggle to fill buy orders.
Great RNS, glad to be in pure profit here.
I have two nice RNS Today this and CBX .....POS should push past 20.00 on today news
Good news and great start
HL has the sp up 15% ish on the news.
Another order, modest in value but the news trend is key here imo.
The SP jumped a lot even in this bear market so consolidation is very much expected
Listen to Paul Scotts current Podcast from 19mins for some opinions on that...
I'm happy for people to take profits after a strong run and we clear out weaker holders.
Any body Know why the big drop over the last week.
Traders have turned this stock into a cash cow for their exclusive benefit.
Dirty tricks by market makers & brokers?
Great RNS today, this share is a dark horse it will be worth a lot more when more contracts come in and be back where it should be.
Exactly. The new SLB deal kicks in on November 1st and is worldwide and could be worth many millions to POS over the next 6 years. That’s why we could be over 50p a share soon….
Good luck, Brighty
""The contract is also an excellent example of the continued collaboration between SLB and Plexus where we believe that SLB recognises Plexus capabilities in Adjustable Wellhead and Mudline projects. We are confident that further opportunities for similar work will arise in the future."
A very modest order for £100k just popped up but I would not be surprised if they win more follow on contracts.
Very poss here on next contracts imho
No need to sell Treasury otherwise there is imho a specific reason for this
Awaiting next news on sales and services which I believe will push the sp a deal higher.
The Oil & Gas industry not dead merely sleeping.....deeply!
BidOffer spread showing as 15% here, which is ridiculous. however when I just placed a dummy trade I got 19.9 to sell and 21.64 to buy ... a slightly more credible 8% spread
Good move to gain £500k+
RNS answers the question. Sale of treasury shares.
