agree cureboy.very interesting update bunco. timely ahead of the results and webinars.
Thanks Bunco. You’re right and I expect those figures will grow as they focus on replicating the UK and Netherlands business success across France, Germany and the US. They don’t RNS new customer wins (unless strategically important) but we’ve seen a number of announcements on the website in recent months with regards to new business wins and partnerships which can only be positive. If they can replicate the business across those other territories, and no reason why they can’t now with their go to market, then I expect at least double the current revenue in the medium term.

Couple of interesting statements in the update... 'expects to see momentum build despite Covid-19 as it continues to roll out its new go-to-market strategy in the coming years.' and 'The company serves over 1,200 enterprise and mid-market clients and 2 million suppliers across 100+ countries.' Statement has always been 1,100 until now, so good to see that number increasing.
Why should ii's get the verbal before anyone else?
We all see the written release at the same time so why not the presentation, is the ii material more useful, more in depth?
agree very much with your post about the webcasts bunco. could be wrong of course but i don'tfeel they would schedule them for separate days if the news was negative.
Bought some more today at close, I expect the results to show that the core business is doing well with some strong new deals reported. The bepayd situation... who knows?! The guys who have left were focused on development, so perhaps no big surprise, but would be good to even know what the plan is for bepayd, it's been unclear since the outset. However, it's the progress of the core business that's important and I expect to see further signs of improvement. I don't think we would be getting analyst and retail webinars otherwise. I may be wrong, I had expected the share price to improve well before now.
If it's big in the non-profit sector others in that sector with less budget to research may follow along.
Not a small group and could becomecreally useful

encouraging!
RNS: New strategic contract win

Don't know but they need to get interest drummed up so that might be why. Its as dead a do-do.
not wishing to place too much significance on it, but i don't think they usually follow the results with a presentation for analysts and a subsequent one for retail. couldnt see this happened last year, but happy to be corrected if wrong.
I think they can only be getting the shares from themselves... If you know what I mean. They are well versed in using multiple companies to their benefit and in ways which seem to be legal. I reckon when the FSP was cancelled, many wanted out and I think dbay may have taken a fair chunk under many different companies which they are now transfering to a single entity... all just speculation but something has convinced the board that creating two spaces on the board is necessary at this point. I fully expect at least one to be filled by someone with dbay connections. Feels like we might be closing in on some significant changes, hopefully to the shareholders benefit. Would much prefer if dbay are just simply investing for value, would be much better for us all if that was the case.
Where are they getting the shares from and who is working for them? Amazing they can do this and the price hardly moves and what so special about lumps of 700K.
yep.15.25.just denoted as ordinary so not delayed or historical. assume a dbay buy, but just assuming.
Today?
ok that's pretty big. 702k shares ar 32p. £224.64k ?

Look how much they raised. Scary backing.

Whitehall Finance is looking for 350K crowd funding, Taulia is the bigger problem as it looks well run and connected.
thanks bunco for that.appreciated.would have been surprised if we were the only one, but good to see we are there in the mix. good sign imo.
Looks like there are two others which offer a similar service.

Well I search periodically for any bepayd news and tonight this came up in the search. So as far as I'm aware it's new, there is a lot of good info about the product and pricing etc.
Thanks. Be interested to know how many other companies on the GCloud are offering an early payment service.
