I'll leave it there and let you go and do some basic reading. Good night.
No no no
You are getting too technical, We all know what MC is.
The fact is that the debt exceeds the equity and for a pre-revenue company, that is financial stress. If Shard called its debt in tomorrow, the liquidators would move in the day afterwards. That is stress.
Pointing out facts?? So you think like Taxibabe that market cap Includes assets and debts? Mmmmm...,.
My point is that you were objecting to Taxibabe pointing out the facts, even if the context was not quite right. 90% of AIM companies go to the wall eventually, because it's a VC market..
Think that would probably apply to 90% of Aim companies. So what's your point?
You have in one Timbo when you say : "Not in the market capitalisation but shareholder funds. You don't seem to have a grasp of this at all.".................
Grasp this. The shareholder funds at 31 December 18 were -£2 million and the outstanding debt was -£4 million. The company would be insolvent if it were not for the acquiescence of RMRI and Shard Capital ( who have security over GHS). The company is effectively worthless on its balance sheet, and so the MC of £3 million represents shareholder hope against experience. It is valued on shareholder hope to turn the situation around, not on any fundamentals.
The only business going is half of MFD GTW which is a project management job. The Managing Director of MfDevCo has recently stated " We are not an integrated oil and gas company, we are an overseer". How much does a project overseer make? 5%?
Will MfDevCo offer to pay off the NUOG debt? That is the £4 million question. You can phone a friend.
Bit stressed there Marbur? 9 exclamation marks in 1 post lol. By the way this "tool" had a great weekend and wouldn't dream of wasting his sense of humour on an even bigger tool such as yourself. I'd take a chill pill if I were you.
Borrowed some sarcasm from NowtNu hey. By the way you said it had been closed not 'blocked' ..... make your mind up hey before you make yourself look more of a clown than you already are. NowtNu there lol
"I also heard Nuogs twitter account has been closed for lack of activity" ......what a load of bull
Nuog and Mfdevco have tweeted separately 15 times over the last month - hardly a lack of activity! There was nearly a month between Feb and March where there were no tweets. Your just making it up as you go along ....."I heard this I heard that" LOL.
Plus you HOPE that it drops another 10-20% next week as that would suit your agenda perfectly which is probably closer to the truth.
As the number of offshore windfarm project's in the UK using Siemens Gamesa turbines continue to be built so does the scope for GTW to be linked to the increasing infrastructure to generate electricity - especially given that.......“Due to the intermittence of wind, annual use of the associated power infrastructure is typically 40%. This spare capacity presents an alternative route for electricity generated offshore from gas fields or even from undeveloped discoveries and stranded gas resources,” said the Oil and Gas Authority (OGA)."

Operations start on Hornsea One, the world’s largest offshore wind farm
02.06.2019 10:23
"The huge scale of the project means that operations are beginning before construction is complete. To date, over 50 of the 174 Siemens Gamesa 7MW turbines are operational, and turbine installation is expected to continue until late summer."
Had a great weekend away and wasn't at all surprised at the level of lunacy and desperation floating around on here.
This post on advfn pretty much sums up the targeted campaign going on with both bb's and the level of childishness that continues to exist.....

"Hi Roy ya doing a great job on lse ! Any NUwS ha ha haaaaaa"
And yes Timbo you are indeed correct re the calculation of the Mcap of each company in terms of the current value of that company regardless of it's current debt levels. I could think of numerous companies where that is the case. Vast currently have total debt levels on paper of over £30m yet their Mcap currently sits at £8.9M with no cash flow as yet and almost 8B shares!
Anyone that takes notice of anybody's posts and either buys or sells on the back of them without dyor deserves to lose money. Investor's have seen how both the ramping and de-ramping tactics over the past 12 months have resulted in numerous losses for those who bought in too high and subsequently sold out for a loss.
For those that are here with a position and genuinely interested in seeing this company start to deliver on GTW then I wish you all the best. I do believe we are seriously close to delivering on at least one of the project's for reasons I have already stated. Yes there are risks in getting a binding deal signed on the dotted line but given the level of participation and willingness of all parties to make GTW happen I personally think there is an 80% chance of delivering and just a 20% chance of it not. Just keeping it real, no rampiness or BS required unlike some on here.
