You can see the new directors ,You also can see they have £78.4M of share holder equity but a net worth of £5M
Can you explain what or where you checked to learn that 2 new directors have been appointed? Would appreciate it. Hondo
Whilst there is still a straw to cling on to, I'm holding on to it.
. They have probably gone under. Bunch of greedy incompetents.
not much on net, just checked out on co's house again accounts still over due but 2 new directors have been appointed so looks liek they are still doing something
There seems to be a news blackout on Max and Samek as far as the internet is concerned. I can't find anything on Google!
Samek International, the Max operating subsidiary, was threatened with bankruptcy last October. Has anyone heard the result of the court proceedings in that matter.? Does anyone have connections in Almaty who might know the result of such proceedings? I'm assuming that the bankruptcy went through and that Max is finished but does anyone have info? Hondo
The new address is the same address as Alaya Trust, run by Kanet Assabayev. FWIW Hondo
Same phone number?
Registered office address changed from 4th Floor, Ergon House Dean Bradley Street London SW1P 2AL to 28 Eccleston Square London SW1V 1NZ on 3 May 2016
I would presume they would know there whereabouts. They were the company that they did a deal with.
What you need is roger cook ,not sure he is around any more ,or the guy of rouge trades Matt All wight would be a good choice ,they are legalised RAT CATCHERS vermin control that could catch up with these RATS .
Yea thats where I went. They don't exist at that address anymore
Is this the place? Contacts: Ergon House, 4th floor, Dean Bradley Street, London SW1P2AL, United Kingdom;
They have delist education m8. Best going to there website for any contact numbers. Not that anyone will answer.....
I called Capita as they were registrar for MXP. Apparently not anymore. Capita are not providing them any services since February. I then went to Max Office in Pimlico in London last week. Apparently they moved out of their offices in February too. No forwarding address. I emailed them. No response. Anyone know what is happening?
Next 12 months may be a little soon, but if POO get to $50 a barrel and stays there, maybe we'll see a re-birth in the next two years? Who knows? All speculation and hope, but gives us something to cling on to :)
Well its still above $45 per barrel are we making money then? who's up for relisting within the next 12months
We may even get a brucie bonus .let hope it's not larry Grayson .
No harm in dreaming :) Nice to see you, to see you.......nice.
Huge profits now ,I think they will resist then go straight to the FTSE 100 ,ok just kidding ,COGGY come on down was that Leslie crother ? Les Denis ? Or Michael all right at the back Barrymore ,good game !
Now almost $45 a barrel. I'm sure one of Max's RNS's late 2014, early 2015 said they had streamlined the business to be profitable at $40 a barrel, but I can't find it. Assuming further streamlining has taken place since we were de-listed, then surely we must now be making a profit? Come on down, everyone's a winner...............lol
It's not over until the fat lady sings ,
Is there an aim listed company that has a board inhabited by persons with integrity, honour and a little intelligence...
Been here from early concept to sad ending over many years and just an ordinary Joe type investor, bought in big time when I thought NUR 1 was on the cards, but knew the risk. £20k of my kidz inheritance went into this fella about 4-5 years ago, written off already but would somehow be nice to see this lost cause rekindled, like a rising Phoenix but I somehow doubt it.
