I get enough back for a Chinese, will be happy!! Not planning on it though... Ah well, cheerio Max. Wonder what old Oily-man makes of it... :)
As bought my shares that's nice of them...
to Peak South Trading Ltd for $1,000,000. These are a Hong Kong outfit. So is that it then?
Is out. A pre-pack seems to have been done. Don't really understand it all. Had a brief skip through and we don't seem to be in too much debt, not enough to wind a Company up.
Administrators proposal is out this soon it suggests to me there is some sort of pre pack.
Anxiously waiting to see how shareholders have been screwed. Honso
is due out next week. (From Companies House web site).
They could find MXP is a "going concern" and has a future
Not sure if it's sung yet ?
The only good thing I got out of MXP is I heard about ROXI on one of the the boards and invested there. Hopefully I make up for this nightmare.
If they do a pre-pack, they will mostly likely, sell all the assets to AGR or some entity that involves AGR and the directors, with Scherbank being paid in part and staying in as a creditor. All others, including all other creditors and shareholders, will get fresh air. Be sure that the present directors will take part of the deal if it goes to a pre-pack. Don't bottom fish. There aren't too many tasty tidbit on the bottom. Hondo
I thought the original money AGR put in they did by buying the common. They can't keep that common without us keeping ours. If they put in more money they might dilute us into just a few percent of NewCo. So perhaps having a night watch by the bell at our grave side might be advisable.
shes gone pal, it was a fun one, im still a bottom feeder though
Its not over till its over ............... just trying find another straw to clutch at ......... that pigs flown away with it, damm
Legalised theft use shareholders money for infrastructure then take the assets..
Looks like the Fat Lady is about to sing.
Its defo gonna be a prepack, AGR wont **** away the money have have put in and forget about it.
I get a feeling that this is going to be a pre-pack deal with AGR and Scherbank, and Jeffs and Holland, and that the present shareholders are going to get shafted. We will see; but with these directors, what else can you expect? Hondo
Could be goodbye on the 8th Jun
of Administrator can only mean one thing. Its over boys, it was fun while it lasted. Good luck for the future everyone, including Oily Rag.
Take a look at Companies House re possible appointment of an administrator. If it means what it appears to mean, it looks like bad news. Hondo
Reached $50 a bbl for the first time this year. More profit for Max. Let's get them debts paid and re-list.
May be something is going on in the background but looking at the figures if it re lists there will be massive dilution /conciladation ,
Thanks for the connection. I note that Robert Holland is back as a director. He wasn't much help when he last served and was not re-elected by shareholders. Maybe the Assaubayev deal is still on the table but who knows at what cost to shareholders. But then we don;t have much to lose a this point. It would be a miracle equal to Lazarus rising from the dead if this company survives with any benefit to its present shareholders. Thanks again for the reference. Hondo
