Well done on the acquisition forecast. You will recall 365 is the company sold by Smith for £3m in October following his review of Ide. MXCP provided debt funding to facilitate its purchase by members of Ide management team. There will be something in that arrangement for MXCP I should think. There is no reaction from the market. This may change on published comment, with Investors Chronicle following up the November buy recommendation.
Not just one then, we have two :)
It appears (my head now on the block) that there is a further acquisition imminent now further funding is in place, it can only be a matter of time, especially as we're now one year on from the last !!
Patience is starting to prove rewarding, with investors slowly seeing the potential once the company makes its moves and starts spending its cash - presumably on building MXLG by adding suitably to SICL.
I believe this would signify some significant borrowings from the bank, watch this space !
Good spot Rocka999.
I see two charges have been registered today by Natwest the "Security agent" and MXLG as the "chargor"
Could soon see some action at long last imo
Somethings tickling the SP along.....................
A quick refresh on last year's news on Ravenscroft involvement with MXC. https://www.investmentweek.co.uk/investment-week/news/3036176/lansdown-backed-ravenscroft-takes-25-stake-in-tech-firm And a more recent article regarding Ravenscroft. https://www.professionaladviser.com/professional-adviser/analysis/3069704/the-best-of-trends As well as that all ears on MXC / Liberty Global joint venture.
There is no doubt it has historically been a poor investment for many. I doubt you are alone in your sentiments.
LSE showing last four of today’s trades totalling 207k shares as sells. Surely, these should be buys at 73p. Whatever the case, after suffering for almost 3 years are we seeing lights at the end of the tunnel? Now priced 1.48p pre consolidation. Can’t wait to get out once 80 is crossed.
Large or smaller transactions, increasing investor interest is evident.
Need to rephrase that last post. The volume increased substantialy! Nice buys....
Nice to see a bit of blue on such low volume.
Someones building a position by the look of it.
But no Holdings RNS.
Another £290k buy.
Large buy just printed at £289k.
Over half this companies mkt cap is held in cash right now...hard cash!!
It is about to kick off!!
Got notification they moved offices today, looks a bit more upmarket than the last place !
Some forward planning I assume leasing a larger property....................... ?

Cash to follow shortly.
After such a lonnnnnng........ wait, the actions about to start here real soon. And with the recently appointed Simon Freer (Liberty Global) to the board (who when researching the guy is a big hitter in the tech biz) and with all that cash from the sale of Tax Systems it's acquisition time again imo. Chart indicatoins are pointing to the upside as we enter a long awaited news rich period imo. SP been on the floor for the last 2 years time to move up. Ramp over lol! Be well worth the wait though imo.
Further indication of positions being taken in what must be anticipation.
And more delayed trades from yesterday totaling £300k.
