I get the message you sold half. Why did you not sell the lot? And buy back when it dipped.

Sold half of holdings
Today 12:57
always been positive about this share, and I still am. This should be 4p plus. Baffled by its performance. No idea why this even went to 1.7p - absolutely crazy. bit fed up. sold half of my holding because I had thrown the kitchen sink at it early in the year. sold half - no profit, no loss. atleast I can leave it in the bottom drawer and not worry about day to day movement. Still looking for 4p plus. will buy if <2p - atleast I have some cash to buy more. GLA

Don't sweat the 10ths of a penny imo - if you're right about the whole penny moves going the right way then yes, it doesn't really matter.

Added today.

jamminvh - hindsight bias is a wonderful thing. I'm sure everyone would love to be able to pick the exact bottom and top, but the reality is that nobody does.

Sprott will have bought in at 3p after having done extensive due diligence and only committed the large amount of cash because they were convinced that this has the potential to be a multi-bagger in time.

If it does turn out to be a multi-bagger then whether you buy at 1.7p or 2.55p will be pretty irrelevant. There will be huge gains to be had.

Of course if you're only gunning for a small move then accurate timing is more essential.

But the thing is that the biggest winners in the stockmarket are those who hold for a longer period. Sprott will most certainly be holding for a longer period and just now is a good opportunity to buy in much lower than they did.

Hi charley,

Its a question only you can answer. I think the new support is at 2.45p.

There is plenty of news to come and I personally don't see us being her for much longer. Hence the reason why I bought some today and yesterday.

Mod Assay expected next week

I’m wondering whether to wait for the 2.2 support to buy in?? As I think this could bounce around 2.2 - 2.8 before it breaks that vital pivotal point and break out?

Sure, but 2.55p is much more than you could have paid at any time over the last 6 months or so. On Monday the SP was at around 2.2p. A month ago it was at 2.7p. That was the time to buy.

I'd argue that buying today is chasing the move up and not buying the short term dip.

Nice dip buying opportunity

Although most PIs have a tendency to chase moves up, dips like these usually present an excellent opportunity to get on board.

At 2.55p to buy you can get in much cheaper than the 3p Sprott paid for £4.85 million worth of stock earlier in the year. Sprott is one of the leading experts in the resource investment field and they see the huge potential on offer here, hence the large committment. Rick Rule has had many a multi-bagger in his time. He knows a good investement when he sees one.

On top of that we have the recent announcement that Terry Grammer, an expert in his field, happy to convert his warrants and take on £480k worth of stock.

Assay results are due any day now and could be excellent and drive a significant price move. The RNS text certainly hints as much:

" Very excitingly, 50m wide zones of visible copper mineralisation have been logged in core from four holes drilled along strike from the current T3 Mineral Resource. We eagerly await the assay results from these holes, and other holes, which point to the potential for major strike and down-dip extensions to the current Resource."

The share price has been rising very strongly on good volume recently. Short term dips present a great opportunity to get on board the great story here.
