They never give much information away to help their small shareholders make sense of whats actually happening and more importantly what the value will be post sale of Team Internet.
Reading the news today it does actually look like a low ball offer, and fundamentally at a high discount.
Suspect offer near/ probably lower than the figure of the previously failed bid,the plus cash in addition to the sale of the entire share capital of TI would actually reinforce my belief here.
Be interesting to know who the big players are here,as someone(s) likely to make a huge profit on this deal.
Unfortunately for the small pi doesnt look like immediate riches.
The main thing for everyone is that it is not going bust.
No movement in Tel Aviv
I wonder just how the market will read this in the morning
Back to 2p or up to 8p. As always. No one has a clue how to value a business on AIM. Little helped by news that gives half a story. However, the people doing the negotiating hold large amounts of shares in the company so one would conclude a deal worth in excess of debt. Hold for me.
What's to say another doesn't company come in with a better offer even though i got no problem with this one.
baz, the $12m cash balance figure is incorrect, because it includes the cash balance of Team Internet which is being sold. The cash balance of Matomy excluding Team Internet was $5.4m in June (projected to be $3.9m at the end of September). These figures are from the interim report.

Positive let the bashers bash always 2 ways to see things.
Personally dont like that RNS, lacks any solids and the comment stating the cash in bank as an addition to sale price will settle outstanding bonds suggests TI is being sold below debt and this will become a zero balance shell.
Many thanks for the RNS detail
No figures from what I can see so could still be £££

Holding this the MM are
Sells all listed as buys at 3.93, buys going for the full 4.25. All looking great for the news to follow!
MMs holding this firmly..
Back from a cloudy day in London. Plodding on nicely. Have a good weekend all.
With Tel Aviv opening Sunday this is certainly not one to be out off over the weekend,
Imagine the scramble trying to get in here Monday morning Should news land there Sunday
This will blow into orbit when they expose the deal news to us
With all the recent buying over the last few months, surely there can’t be many shares in free-float and with the spread deterring buyers, this is likely to move very quickly once details of any deal are announced.
