Good timing to list with oil price up should make a better listing price and more positive outlook for these to move forward , pure genius Mr Barski. Exciting times to hopefully get some cash back.
I can only see positives here as why would the Company re-list if it had no furture , MB is a top man , look at his record and has kept to his word about bringing this back to market. Of course we do not know the the restructuring yet so our holdings may well be reduced below de-listing value. Over a period of time I expect this Company to do well , ? how long ? dont know , but a lot more positive than before.
They hope to up and running sometime in January , I would think we may get an update on progress in December and details of share allocation/restructure and dealing facilities. I would guess current brokers will be able to settle trades via CDI 's in Crest. We will have to wait and see. GLA lets hope its a good priced listing , he did well with previous Company on Swedish Exchange.
Cheers for the reply guys. I'd kind of written them off so it's all good.
Your broker will be able to do something called cross-bordering which will allow you to trade the stock on a foreign exchange, exciting times ahead, a return to liquidity for shareholders and the start of a new chapter for the company. Lets not forget the company had to de-list in order to carry out a business decision which the rules of AIM prevented. Good to see a return of this stock (albeit on a foreign exchange).
Forgive my ignorance but if this floats on a different exchange can we still trade in the normal manner

since this lot took our money and put it into a nice private little earner. Salaries and expenses must have drained away anything worth while. If you try to contact them you get the stone wall. They say nothing and whatever they do or don't do is under wraps and unseen by any legitimate shareholders. They are despicable to say the least of it imho of course.
Does the fact this page exist indicate anything??
Hope so too, although I have tried to contact Maxim Barskiy a few times recently by phone and e-mail hoping for an update as a shareholder. Unfortunately he has not replied. He does have a large number of shares in the company himself and I still remain hopeful that eventually it will be re-listed.
Still waiting for this to happen and fingers crossed it will soon.
I also have Desire shares showing on this and they no longer exist, must be AIM site problem
Did anyone manage to sell their mat shares and if so can you tell me how you did it after they delisted Thanks Sani
It's not showing on my hallifax account either..But I live in hope..
RNS IN THE MORNING? ULTRAPUNCH WILL BE HERE IN THE MORNING, EVEN THOUGH HE IS NOT INVESTED (BUT HIS SON IN LAW IS?)... OR JUST A COCK UP?
Did you get your money back?
Gone just gone
That does not read well, not sure why they have appeared again. It looks like as they have been delisted from JP Jenkins for u listed companies, they have appeared on the listing again.
are these re-listed, do we get our shares back from de-listing last year ?
Spiritfinder
Like Brigadoon, they reappear once every hundred years
I hope it is, an RNS with some info would be good
like we are back from a long coma
back lol
