Anyone had their shares swapped over yet...???
Interesting to read the impressive result Maxim achieved at West Siberian resources LTD. Seems like it's the same team again. I think investors will latch on to their proven track record.
Matra have a new website. There is a link to the old one included. There is no issue of new news. However, the new site has a nice Swedish flag on it! Opening price to follow soon...
Thanks for the confirmation.
It's automatic
I am a little confused. An old MTA holder, I just found out about the recent happenings. My shares are held by MotleyFool. - Is the share swap automatic? Or Was I supposed to issue an instruction before the expired deadline of 28th January?
Thanks for your reply. Good luck to you and all of us long term share holders.
Yes. (subject to change) Feb 3rd in the effective date and shares to be credited within 14 days. Have a look on the website, it's all there. Hopefully, MTA will post some news on the website.
You sure??
Feb 3rd is when we find out what's left in the pot. GLA
That's great Dave thanks for your help I'll get in touch with Lloyds. It's been a hell of a wait let's hope we can get something back equivalent to our original investment or even better. Good luck anyway.
So your shares are held by Lloyds , therefore they will automatically transform these into the new Matra shares and also give you confirmation once they are either held in CDI form or weather you will need to open an overseas account with them. My brokers TDW have informed me that costs will be higher for trading and also may only take phone orders as opposed to on-line. I would suggest you send Lloyds an email making further enquiries as all broker charges are different , but dont worry your shares are safe albeit diluted , as mentioned you get a 5:1 new Matra share which will be credited to your account with Lloyds and then transformed into NewCo AB shares on a basis of 200:1. I am hoping the listing price will be above SEK40 as I think that would be the equivalent de-listing price of 1p or there abouts. Re future income/progression I await for an Ops update giving more details. His last Company he listed on the Swedish exchange done very well (West Siberian Res ) you can google there story , so here's hoping the play takes place. hope helps D
Having kind of wrote this one off a while ago I am just trying to get up to speed with the direction MATRA are looking to go. I note that they are looking to up production to 2,600boepd within the next 3years, assuming $45 per barrel that would mean approx $42.7mil income per annum would it not?... And their present value of future revenue after deductions is now in the region of $149.5mil, is it not?... Does anyone else out there concur with the above?.... And if the figures are right I am trying to decide if I should be getting excited or even opening up a trading account with a Swedish broker to buy some more?....
Hi Dave My shares are with Lloyds Share dealing direct. Cheers Jamie
The below notification was sent to me today by Halifax Share Dealing Account:- Amendment to Timetable for Scheme of Arrangement and Re-Domicile. 5 New Matra Petroleum AB shares for each Existing Matra Petroleum PLC share held. Important Information & Other Key Dates: Further to our communication of 30th December 2016, the Scheme received approval at a Court Meeting and shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting both held on 12th January 2017. I went to my broker and give him my paper shares so I can have them in my nominn i account
Hi all, the upcoming re-listing is hopefully great news for all of us shareholders who have been waiting sooooooo long! But I am a little concerned that my shares are in certificate form and not with a broker. I have sent emails to Matra and Mangold but no reply. I'm not sure if we will need to register our shares in New Matra or if they will automatically be converted and also how we can trade our shares if they are in paper form? Any information regarding this would be greatly appreciated. November
You wont lose any of them dont worry , first question is where do you hold them in certificate form or via a broker in demat form ?
I'm hoping someone can take pity on me and explain what if anything I should or could with my old delisted Matra shares. I have quite a large holding ( or did ) and I'm not sure what to do next and will I lose all of them if I don't act quickly. If anyone can explain all of this to me, I'd really appreciate it. Many thanks Jamie
what ?
Totally agree
Correct but this will then get diluted on a 200:1 basis and will convert to NewCo AB shares and listed on the Swedish Exchange. So expect your crest held shares to become CDI's or completely transformed to Swedish Equity only which I assume your broker can hold for you at an increased custody charge and also charge more for dealing. As I mentioned before I think listing price will be decided near the listing date as the price of oil will play a major part me thinks. Not sure there is any take up as I think all the shares are already accounted for. Lets hope for a good price and that the Company has got plans for expansion and increased production. I would expect an Ops update also with listing price announcement. IMO
My broker told me 5 CDIs for every 1 matra share held , issued around 20/2. He is unaware of value at present and felt it depending on listing price and take up
Dave is correct. It's been put back.
