far so good!!!!! seems to be keeping his word, more patience required but looking good!!!!!!!!
They are curently worthless .but "in time " they won't be- .anything up to two years time . However that is not what was promised on the the packet when I bought lot more at the MB vlad supermarket Checkout counter . As to your question - around double delisting price . Now you say to me that that is a contradiction considering what I have been spouting . Yes but no . What's true is that if this was not delisted and with RTO completed and the extra $10m this would be in the region of 3p plus maybe even 4p.
Have you attempted to sell your now worthless shares in Matra? If your planning to, how much are you willing to drop to too get rid of?
What makes you think that .tell me you are not in contact with Beckett folk . I wouldn't be taken in by any of Godots rubbish .

I think there is a good chance of an update in the next 48hours.
Did you notice the intentional mistake with the word fee. A double pun if I may say so . Pas mal
They can now do what they want when they want how they want . They - MB and Tricon - can even not trade their holdings during the lockin period if they so wish . The exact reason why they delisted . It's all one big legitimate con and Vladimir and MB have taken us all for a ride - but of course they have done nothing wrong according to the strict letter of the law .They must be laughing their heads off as they periodically jet off to Texas on business- no doubt first class - all expenses paid by who else but Matra -namely out of our holdings . Of course they will pay like service to the lapdogs who believe in their nonsense giving them scraps to fee their hopes on . This of course is all IMHO folks . Feel free to disagree
Ask your mate vlad whom for some bizarre reason you still believe in what happened to the announcement for the completion of Texas RTO . Surely they should have released some thing now as deadline has passed . Oh I remember now that it is no long listed they can do what they want . They can even not sell their holding during lockin period which apparently was the reason for the original delisting !! Have more confidence in existence of Loch Ness monster than in Matra now
ask ur mate
really?? .. cant believe that ;)
He has no twin just the rear half of his pantomine outfit, I might add, the better half :)
Around 130k @ 0.7. It will be interesting to see if price can be maintained as time goes on . Also would anyone pay these kind of prices for large trades as in 1m . Read on advfn that today was day when Texas RTO should have been completed . But no announcement on Matra site as of yet .
My notification off halifax states they will be held by them until matra relists or i transfer them to another broker. Im leaving them as i reckon a year to 18 months and matra will relist.
They charged me £25 to issue the Certificate which they will send me. Wonder why they are charging you £35? I have no reason to sell them just yet as I think MB is good at his job and 'in theory' (the operative words), know's what he's doing, so I very much doubt he will let us down unless he's craftier than a Wagon load of Monkeys.......which covers most Oil CEO's. Peter Landau (RRL is one of 'em). We are being well and truly screwed by all his Placings over the last few years and the SP for them has dwindled from 25p way down to around ha'penny :(
Mine was supposed to also say relisted but iPad changed to delisted, is it worth me swapping my shares I don't know I have already wrote mine off more or less so will probably just leave them with Halifax and see if MB relists in the states or like a cowboy rides off into the sunset with all our money!
Guys never had any trouble with Barclays Stockbrokers, they have given me the correct info from the start now in my a/c at nil value!!!
Oops... Hold on that one just spoken to Halifax as I have a notification on my account from them saying they don't use JP Jenkins and I can get a share certificate for £35 to swap to another trader, asked them what would happen if they delisted and they said they don't know? SoFooked if I know either lol
Halifax are my broker and they have told me that they will just sit in my account showing as nil value, they will hold the shares until they either go tits up or relist somewhere else, seems whoever your talking to isn't quite sure what's happening.
Thanks. Halifax told me they will no longer handle the shares and so I needed a certificate to hand to another broker for trading when Matra signs on to the US Market. After that, the share price will fluctuate in the normal way. All I will do is Lodge the Certificate with a broker of my choice until I choose to sell. It appears that Halifax haven't quite 'played the game' correctly as they didn't give me the option to keep them lodged there. However, I may be better off in couple of years if Matra is trading in the US. Broker fees may be more depending who I use unless some can suggest anyone, but may be wise to deal with a local broker, although best not to go through a rip-off bank.
Thanks fella re CHA. I was just protecting my profit and it could of easily gone down yesterday even more which was why I did sell up, but I was always going to buy back in once it had bottomed. But I still stand by selling though, ok it cost me 87k shares from selling to buying back in, and that's only because I couldn't wake up in time or the loss would of been much smaller. But it was a good day yesterday with the price moving back into the 1p range and making me more profit, and that's what it's all about. I don't know if you've seen today, but it's only 10-30am and there up 18% already on yesterday's close, so well chuffed with that and it's almost at a year high which was hit on Monday or Tuesday this week. I hear what your saying re the hot tuna days, but it's all a different ball game to what it was. New board, different venture and most important they've got cash now, and in someways it's gone the same as MTA when the 2 Chuckle brothers owned Matra. I've been harping on long enough about getting into CHA and would like to know If anybody actually took a punt on them. If anybody did, then I know your in profit whatever price you bought in it. Moving on to MTA and the meeting Stav, let me know if your going and I will make the effort myself to get there, hopefully on time this time around ! Have a great weekend peeps and may the JPJ be with you......
They will show as nil value on your a/c i think you would be better off to leave it that way, defo cheaper in the long run,as i feel sure tha Max is straight on this one, and fully expect news on second RTO very very soon !!
For your assistance, I will talk to the Halifax Share team when they open and see what goes. Cheers, Photo.
You can't just pass them over to JP Jenkins you have to go through a broker.
