Thanks Botham
Should be all complete by Easter. 15 working days
When do we expect to get updates again
Thanks for the headup on the grv interview. Getting interesting imho as they're expecting permissions back for the seismic in April and plan to get on straight away so they can drill the best location asap.

Been a long wait here for the helium play. HE1 2?
I’ve been wondering the same thing bout Fitz. Why would you constantly run the company down if you are a shareholder………
Are you paid to post this daily fud, Fit?
Be nice to think that but its just not happening and its looking unlikely for the 31/3 deadline. Its back in bear country now and potential buyers are now just seeing the same old mosman jam tomorrow and financial uncertainty
Well I have a different take.
We could have waited for approvals (the timing of which have no control) to get on with securing the lead items, and thereby threaten our ability to fulfil permit obligations this year, but instead we have decided to commit to those items now because we have "high confidence" that the Farm in will complete. My own view is that our confidence wont just be coming from GRV, but from direct contact with the DITT in the NT, and in any event committing to items now does not mean having to pay for them, at least in full, now.
And in terms of GRV radio silence, their CEO only did an interview a couple of weeks ago talking about all their projects, including this one, during which he seemed completely relaxed and unconcerned.
Unexpected expenses and a problem with JV approval was perhaps telegraphed yesterday. Greenvale totally silent on all projects for over month very much out of character for them as they have previously been a very news rich company. Mosman will be coming for funds sooner rather than later seems a fair assessment can they muster another pump into the placing? Or will it be a quick £250k at 0.01? With heavy forward selling commencing soon?
For anyone interested, I think these are the two forms GRV will have submitted to the NT authorities iro the transfer. Nothing unusual or onerous, particularly given that GRV already hold licences in the territory. Naturally they need to evidence that they have technical capacity and resources to fulfil the exploration permit obligations.

Apologies if this stuff has already been posted.
They also have to raise £250k per quarter and thats without unforeseen ongoing expenses for ep145. I wonder whether NT government is questioning how GRV intend to fund their commitments they are not much more than a minnow themselves £20m ish market cap? First rule of the micro caps delayed news is likely to be bad news watch for forward selling in the very short term.
It is good we have a revenue coming in, i would like to know if Cinnabar has improved.
You know they get circa $300,000 per quarter in oil revenue right?
Imminent certainty is degenerating to ambiguity and confusion about finance
Silly question I am sure, but presumably a commitment to acquire a long lead item requires payment in full at point of delivery, and not at the point of commitment?
Company updates are not “pointless.” Committing to long lead items is extremely bullish—in fact, I’m glad the confidence and positive tone of the RNS finally matches those of Greenvale and reflects the potential here. NT approval will drop any day now—if not later today. Exciting times for Mosman.
GLA DYOR
Why? Because he’s a daily fudder. Ignore.
Why?
If an extension to end of April is required they should have enough cash?
Confetti canon is about to go bang. I thought mid April but looks like it will be much earlier but at what price? Has to be a 50% discount and as for the imminent JV approval there is obviously a problem or mosman wouldn’t need this RNS and an extension of funding commitments
Agreed! We raised to cover costs associated with EP145 (alongside other things) but didn’t commit to funding these long lead items then. Makes me wonder if something has happened in the approval process to give the degree of confidence we want to do so.
Indeed. Trust me, as long it’s not a placing or an outright negative I’m holding into hope !
GLA
Well yes, but it gives me greater confidence that the farm out will complete.
That RNS is borderline pointless. The wait continues
Whats everyone's share price prediction for May?
EP145 is bigger then EP155.
Still any positive news should bring attention.
