Baffles me how people buy a stock and hold it and hold it and the moment they are on the verge of a profit then they sell. 3.3 mil paid 0.058p Wed and sell for 0.0575p when 0.068 is being paid crazy
Triumph, so what do you think is a reasonable interest rate and what are they paying dyk?
Thanks triumph
Mind you it's never the great stocks that gets spiked so it can still go up and it's going up now again. 0.1p I'd love to see and I'll be out
Davey, I really don't think the fact that they haven't raised is a sign of strength! And I have no doubt that if you offered them 100k for 0.05p, you would have a bloodied stump for an arm on return, I.e. they will bite your hand off at that. You would be very foolish to do so though.
They don't make the conscious choice of not to raise, its simply because they can't! Who would conduct the placing with such deathly low volume and a very dubious amount of goodwill on the balance sheet? Risk to the buyer of the shares is completely off the scale as they simply can't offload and certainly can't short to hedge. It's untouchable even for tiny amounts. This company is so bad they can't even raise anymore, because trust me....if they could raise, they certainly would!
Their only option is very shady dealings re loans with high interest rates as rocka has pointed out. That's how they are staying alive. Not by the strength of their own back! How do you think the directors extract the cash from the business operations, leaving the SHs with zero? Easy...lend the money yourself through some shady companies, charge extortionate interest rates.... Nice little racket here.
Sadly enough, this is not a conspiracy theory. It's happening and rocka has clearly pointed this out with evidence.
I remember reading their results many years ago and they had similar. They seem to do really well to run a business with such small amount of cash and not keep coming back to the market for more cash, if I was a wealthy man I'd contact them and offer them £100k for shares at 0.05p see if they would take it think they would
Not mentioned a fundraiser?? Just pointing out their bank balance, its low for a reason, maybe you should look at the balance sheet and figure it out sometime? They borrow money at a high interest rates, so financial costs have increased. You need to look at where the loans come from and join the dots….
Rocka999 you make it out MDZ are doing fundraisings every few months why not check the RNS list they have not raised for ages and last 2 were small amounts, they are hardly in the league of the usual suspects like Vast Kefi etc etc. I'm happy with my purchase price and think I will get 50-100% profit from it at some point.
Good time to add here. Only small amounts of cash. But wait for the inevitable placing imo. A placing at 5 for a million or so could see take off sharply as the company would then be fully funded
The cash position? They only had £10k in the account, got more cash in my piggy bank!
As I recall last time they mentioned cash it was a decent explanation as to the future being OK on current spends etc. I think the recurring revenues here are being overlooked by the market as they are key to great valuations in many companies.
Do they pay you dividends Davey, if not when do you think they will start? Lets not even get started on their past performances, a leopard does not change it spots. Its the same old tired management team fleecing investors of their money and you suckers lap it up every time.
I think that is harsh, for years people have said placings and maybe they will place but the last placing was in 2020 so you are making out this is some kind of Vast resources with none stop placings. So whatever they do cash wise they do it prudent because they are still around and they still pay they Aim fees
Agreed Wakey, just another semi positive RNS to get more cash to pay Geoffs salary
Yeah I was happy to get some at 0.047p at the open, was going to get more but then mm's upped price to 0.058p which on that spread computer said no. I'll keep them unless it spikes which at that market cap it has every chance
Prelude to a cash raise I think. There have been project delays and the trading update today, while it reads very well, there is no mention of the cash position.
Great trading update - hopefully lifting sp.
It’s going to the moon Rocka!!

Must be a glitch in the matrix here today, up 11% !??? - No trades and no movement in the spread so it can't have moved up this morning
One thing for certain is that its heading down now towards its true value although there's still some way to go yet, but its getting there...
Its impressive how long Geoff has managed to string investors along on this one.
The company is never going to amount to anything. If there ever is any good news, it will spike and then get sold down by frustrated long termers.
Sell what you got left and buy some lottery tickets, at least then you have a chance of making something back
Haha becoming a lifestyle company? You mean is and has been for years.
Everything down....except surprise surprise administrative expenses, citing inflation. Nuff said.
Geoff knows the shareholders still here are diehards, so will believe him if he said a unicorn ate the cash.
How this dog can still continue to exist is beyond me.
I was waiting for all the rampers to turn up this morning but for some reason theyve not materialsed?
Could I have been telling the truth all along?
One intersting and repetitive note in the RNS this morning "Project delays", how many times have we heard this over the years.............
Mixed = good prospects and recovering from a poor first half. Becoming a lifestyle company.
What's the little flurry of buys in aid of....
Coming up on 31st March, another chance to grill the directors for you shareholders out there...!
