I think Maidit308's calculator is broken ? Maybe that's why there's no TR1 ? Just a thought.............
TR1, a bid perhaps? who knows?? but someone
just taken 12% out of the blue in a CO that nothing much happen
on a daily bases,
move ment
For you guys that are heavily invested here I really hope that's the case. The current business model hasn't and won't lead to any future shareholder value as its unsustainable, either the management changes or they look at a reverse takeover, I can't see any other way forward
Someone knows something.
It can only be Gooooood news.
Deal must be done by now Tuesday morning reverse takeover rns
Oh dear oh dear more mugs wasting their money
Still within the spread so whoever bought first thing still hasn’t made a profit yet
Oh dear oh dear indeed.
Oh dear, Rocka999 cacking his pants at having missed the boat (again)!!
I think Happydays is making a comeback ?
some good trades going through is something about to happen?
They've already basically admitted that the current business model is not viable hence the announcement regards an acquisition although where the funds are coming from god only knows ?
As previously posted the goodwill at £2.8M reported on the accounts balances the books so effectively worthless on paper
Expect anther fundraiser soon to bolster the cash position or to complete another unfinished project to get it over the line!
I never actually believed that happydays actually believed what he was writing because it was so outrageous and illogical, and always thought he was just another ramper trying to sucker more in to get out. But now I actually think he did believe what he said, and thats even more scary. He's clearly too embarrassed to show his face around these parts anymore hence the dissapearing act.
Some very lucrative notes there for the beneficiaries. No prizes for guessing who they could be haha. You know payment of these will be prioritised over the shareholders and the company ten times out of ten no matter what. Its mugs like happydays & Co that makes these notes so lucrative for dogs like this.
And to top it all off, you can guarantee an issue of equity to pay down notes when they become due. The perfect perpetual cashpoint. MDZ is a proverbial money tree for some.....
Published accounts are now available at companies house
Interesting notes on the shareholders loans which attract 7%, 10% and even 15% interest !!
Down 13% today and its not even registered on here..................
Maidt is still a fan, he'll be round for a few years yet he reckons, you'd have better luck waiting to board for Titanic's second voyage.......
Still waiting for an update from happydays....if happydays has gone, then its over for MDZ lol
Business as normal - Nothing to see here !
Just checking the EP&F Capital accounts this morning regards their valuation of MDZ to re-iterate what I've already posted
EP&F are listed as a major shareholder with a 1.89% holding of the company equating to 26.5 Million shares, this investment is rated value wise in their last set of reported account y/e Dec 2020 at the staggering sum of £3724.00 which was down over 16% on the previous years valuation. This rates the company share price at 0.014p per share which is 80% less than the current SP listed today. These are NOT my figures, these are reported in the EP& F company accounts are are readily accessible if anyone cares to check.
Small flurry of buys this morning which immediately pushed the spread out to an eye watering 33.33% !
To sell and just to get your money back now to cover fees etc may require an increase in the SP of somewhere between 35-40% minimum.
Me thinks reverse takeover is on the cards and consolidation of shares. Just hold on for a bit and double your money.
A friend of mine was looking for a stock to invest in. His investment criteria are:
- must have more buys than sells
- must be an imminent multibag
- must be huge acquisition news coming
- future must be bright
- all news must be transformational
Before I send him here, I was wondering if the resident pumpers could provide an update? Thanks
They have no capital to invest other than doing a further fundraiser which isn't going to happen or they go out and borrow again, they could re-invest the profit but they've never made one, any money coming in goes out in salaries and exorbitant interest payments to the offshore account, this is what they've been doing for years.
Shares are in a few peoples hands and could easily double triple quadruple your money.
Absolute bargain.
They're not running out of shares Chadster, its a market between buyers and sellers
MDZ is an illiquid stock, the current spread confirms this, its over 30% now
Mdz running out of shares.
Can't buy more than 5m.
News regarding acquisition and share price will be flying, got to be close to acquisition update
Happydays, earth to Happydays "Come in" ?
Absolutely nothing going on nor will there be as they are devoid of capital
Salaries to the management and the trickle in interest payments to the offshore bank accounts in the Channel Islands, the refusal to believe in the reality of the situation no matter how many times you say it is unreal
