In addition, as outlined in Note 18(b) the Group is required to meet minimum exploration commitments on its Block XX Production Sharing Contract (PSC) of approximately $6.0 million.
This could also put some pressure to raise i n time next to the fact dilution will be bigger if market really is going to price this scenario in. All imho dyor
Fundraise?Today 14:01
Are we going to get a fundraise? Some facts
Cash balance june 2023: 8.4 mln
Yearly spending without renewables: 3 mln
Lets be generous: 6 mln left.
Same as end 2022 when we got a raise not much after.
Add in they have said they also need funding for renewables......
Lets see what they say at AGM
Mr Wos always VERY optimistic... logical if you are sneaky trader... then you do not care everything you say has been wrong .
But i should thank you again as i see your signs. Made me loads of money in gcm. Thanks!
Mr Professional - Lying has become habit fir you. Start with IP address claims & carry on!
I am VERY positive about Operational RNS coming up!

Has MB really hit the wall that often?
If so, then it is clear why he lost his mind and raved about the constant and great support to the PM from the Mongolian government. I wonder if he is being treated? I hope so, since he has recently stopped talking about such support.
And just to add... good to see you agree with the numbers...bye bye
Mr Wos good to hear you think next update will not be positive for sp. Otherwise they need to RNS: simple.
Difficult getting timing correct without inside info from UK Ambassador or lieing about it? ;) be happy sir
Last point about Herder Compensation for Mr (un) Professional - still want to know if you did Lie about habing everyines IP addresses Lol! π
π¦
Valid point Mr Roxy.
Herder compensation part of agreement for signature so transfer need to be satisfy first!
Did not get RNS because did not need to RNS it - point I make at time and in same way I make point about physical document not needing RNS if Agreement already reach.
Acceot or not but was RIGHT before and am sure Right NOW!
132 Tonnes fuel transfer 23 March - Protestor visit to Mata Sum office 22 March - Plan A Agreement late Feb
BB unresearch speculation - NOW! Lol
π¦
Wos I agree totally but even if you take the view as some here are saying that you need a physical RNS document than a future RNS will only confirm what has already been said for further clarity. I don't see any problem with this.
My feeling is this is moving and will move fast north once we have an official announcement.
I disagree with some who say this is sinking and will fall flat on its back.
Haha wos..
Hearder Compensation did not need RNS as useless without signature... simple....
Signature would need RNS
No RNS therefore means no signature....
But maybe SOON. Is possible yup like every day last few years. Mb told us oil in 2022....zzzz
Anybody knows if MB is in Mongolia or Singapore?
Plan A - Agreement reach end of Feb
- Do not need to RNS physical document imo just as did NOT need to RNS cash transfer in case of Herder compensation (even though BB posters INSIST it is material and need to be RNS
*Mata Sum very small and no big beauracracy!
Plan B (Special Certification) - signature of provincial governor needed but do not have.
Plan A does NOT need Plan B for actual OPERATIONS!
Not as complicated as some BB poster want it to be.
Ones who make big fuss now are probably same who getting ready to Buy as days count down (they have history of this) π

How many times have we heard the word "soon" days ago weeks ago months ago years ago. Always soon but soon never arrives . Oh well we have 8 working days for a ground breaking operational update . Why do I know . ? Because WoS says so

@Doc
I grant you that the matter is not resolved. But that doesn't mean that its not going to be resolved very soon.
If the matter is not resolved and no mention in the the AGM and RNS of how the board are going to resolve this than you would expect this SP to sink wouldn't you??
Lets see. I am taking the view as most here do that this is going to go north and we will see a big Improvement .
Hope I am wrong. Lets wait and see.
GLA
You trying to convince us or yourself cyber??π€
Cyber - if it's all been approved, why do we need to wait for the signature to start producing oil?
The land use agreement is just that an agreement on rules and law on how we behave and use it, it's all approved nothing needs approving any further, when it land it lands and maybe already done and dusted and needs Mike buck to sign it and his probably delaying this until his back in Mongolia again for the AGM,
Main things are once buck knows it's done he will start the operation on getting everything sorted amd people on site, so wait till AGM hopefully by then it's all done or we wait longer if there is teething issues around this agreement where they need to have the say so or legal teams look over it, but it's getting done just needs time
Jimithebrush - spot on.
These shares I have are parked up, and having been in here for a number of years with numerous false dawns, I wouldnβt be surprised if we are still waiting for oil to flow come 2025. The Mongolian wheels of industry turn at an extremely slow rotation - but I would love to have them probe me wrong - and for the person they asks what Mi j Buck - itβs simple, he continuously bangs his head against the wall with pure unadulterated frustration π‘
Header says all.
Another thing to consider. Looking at the activists' videos, the weather is clearly a lot warmer. In fact, it looks 'drill ready', and yet we have no news updates. Mike Buck may like to put out a large single RNS, but the company is obliged to RNS anything that may have a material affect on the share price.
That said, things could change any minute.
Yet we know itβs been a hard winter and the activist got mad when learning of hhe $200k compensation to ten herders .
Plus donation of 130 tons of fuel
"And whilst maybe, technically, the company doesn't have to RNS that the aforementioned agreement has been formally signed, its a pretty important step and considering the extended delays that long term shareholders have had to endure, it would be extremely inconsiderate if the company to not to do so at the earliest opportunity.
Therefore, my view is that currently, as of this moment, the matter is not resolved."
Agree with all of this ^^^
