I have been told for certain that we are going to get loads of news and RNS next week. By end of June this should be up to 0.65p a share!!!
Sorry, just realised I was dreaming.
Was there a positive? I must have missed that!
So we opened up on a positive now look like no one is interested. So we have bricks that DC is creaming a wage off. Was hoping for another concert that might have sorted this mess out. Frankfurt part 2
Looks that way Hugh. DC at his best still doing sweet FA.
And so it keeps on going down. Can anyone see these potential cornerstone investors investing in a company at more than 0.45p a share? I do not think so. DC managed to con investors at 1p a share, he really is a good con merchant in my opinion and employs the rampers like Knco AKA Tintin200 to do his dirty work for him. Just my opinion.
No cornerstone investor is going to want to invest in such a company.
LVCG - the shower that keeps dribbling.
Incredible KNCO, but somebody dumped 250,000 of these golden tickets for 0.45p. How can the possibly not see the riches you see?
Maybe they could borrow your specs or take whatever your taking? Keep buying them though, you'll be a billionaire at this rate.
Most like myself would be grateful to see them get back to 1p let alone anything higher. as I see the last trade was at 0.45 but my loss to date is around 50% having bought at under 0.90 plus fees, as I was hoping these cornerstone folks would come up trumps. Even though my loss is under a thousand it pains me, what old holders must feel is anger.
Knco, you stated that the price would reach 10p by summer, which is not far off. You also predicted 30p by Christmas. Regarding cornerstone investors, we were informed that the process has advanced to the next stage of mutual due diligence, with further updates to be provided as progress is made with the investors. To date, no updates have been shared, leading to the assumption that due diligence is ongoing without any certainty of a resulting transaction. In the absence of a definitive agreement, it is crucial to explore other options, yet the lack of information on alternative revenue streams suggests their non-existence. The General Meeting would have been an ideal opportunity to discuss these matters and communicate details to the broader market through an RNS. Was there not a commitment from the company to enhance communication and provide greater transparency?
He just talks out of his backside.
Knco you claimed I was one of those filtered lol
Thought we had seen the last of Knco AKA Tintin200. Filtered
Yep, i have them all on filter too, managed to double my holding here at these prices.
Been buying more over the last few weeks, feel this is the bottom, to the trolls who think 10p plus is pie in the sky, the cornerstone , i believe will come in much higher. You are just thinking how can it go up 2000% well because of news flow, right now it is at rock bottom and undervalued. It’ll take months but it’ll get there imo. You can buy for a fraction of that price
"LVCG announces that the General Meeting ("GM") took place on Tuesday 16th April 2024 at 12 at the Eccleston Square Hotel, 37 Eccleston Square, Pimlico, London SW1V 1PB. All the resolutions were passed."
Well, for an RNS that was short and sweet. i assume the only people there were themselves and nothing other than the votes were discussed..
The 500k trades look like a Bed & ISA (or Bed & SIPP (I cant recall which is done at the Bid) rather than offloading.
He only posts here.
He always posts negative.
Filtered.
Btw most is the buy trades the last week have been mine - so some of us have plenty of carrots :-)
And it appears the offloading continues, although this time carrots are in short supply.
Well, the GM takes place in less than 20 minutes I wonder if anybody turns up from this merry band and if they do if they will report proceedings here. So far since relisting sweet FA has taken place to bolster the share price or indeed suggest the company is doing anything at all.
Margins will definitely be reduced through the outsourcing model, their pay bill will have gone down but they will be paying a lot to get the models cleaned serviced and shipped. Obviously, there will be no new models. Any income from brick live will be used to service debts and cover administrative costs, I just can’t see where there will be any growth.
It is me or is that not a bonkers situation? BrickLive is the only valuable thing on the balance sheet. That business has fundamentally changed, with this new outsourcing arrangement with previous employees, and SHs are none the wiser as to what these changes are. Why is it not RNS worthy?
They RNS'd Japan KPOP and naff all happened. They RNS'd some of these StartART fairs, which brought in pennies in revenue with probably zero £ to the bottom line and yet no RNS for the BrickLive changes. What am I missing here?
You may pose that question at the general meeting, but it's unlikely you'll receive an answer. Given the current level of communication, receiving an answer to any inquiry seems doubtful.
So consolidation will have to be part of any cornerstone deal?
Forgive me if this info is already out there, but have they outlined what the arrangement is now with BrickLive? What are the margins now? What are the numbers under this new outsourced model?
Absolute dead zone this share - then oops somebody else dumps a wad of their 1p confetti at a ha'penny.
Death by a thousand sells.
Given the nominal value is 1p Ludo is correct, this company can no longer raise funds without a consolidation.
If ranjit keeps selling then yes it will fall further. Has anyone considered that DC is ranjits puppet? Seems odd he always benefited but did sweet FA
Just an AGM
