Afternoon bros.
Any idea when the new auction for the Telegraph will be happening...?
Barclay bros empire looking like is in the freefall. HSBC giving them the latest kicking.
War in Europe creeping ever closer. Only one talking sense at the moment in my eyes is Colonel Douglas Macgregor. Everyone else is marching us towards the guns...

"The increases in dividend really look good, shame there's no share price projections?"
But there are also projections for EPS, excess capital distributions, net profit etc from which to draw your own conclusion's as to what the share price may achieve.
If you want share price predictions for Lloyds check this one out........there will be plenty happy bunnies here if these are anywhere near close!

quite honestly, as a bloke, i would be thoroughly fkn ashamed if my kids had to get food from a food bank. i don't care if i was separated, divorced or dead, my kids would never have to get food from a food bank. i sympathise with some women who've really been left in the lurch but they're a minority and where's the old man? why ain't he being chased down and forced to pay for his kids?
as for nurses on a minimum £35k a year having to go to food banks, ffs what a load of ******, they're either eating too much or they need to get their s hit together with a calculator.

I'm posting "news reports" of current events.
You should direct your insults to the correct source.
Mick B. What on earth are you trying to achieve posting your nonsense ? It's all so performative isn't it?
Same as the other plonker StickyToffeeTwt.
I believe they call it 'communal narcissism', those who consider themselves the most caring person in his or her social surroundings and they use left wing activism to satisfy their grandiose needs.
Apparently ' communal narcissists place a lot of value in presenting themselves in a positive light, but rarely, if ever, live up to their lofty ideals away from the public eye. A virtuous image is important to them, even if this image is built on nothing but a foundation of sand.'
Lol.
"I want to poke some brexiteers in the eye!
That didn't take long did it!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Lloyds made additional investments in the year of £1.3 Billion and an additional
£250 million into the pension scheme, so no good simply looking at net profits minus
shareholder returns thinking that the difference could be paid out with a 'special' dividend
I want to poke some brexiteers in the eye!
Lunchtime Libation shortly. Play nicely you lot. Laters 🤣
Who rattled your cage MV?
Latest poverty stats from the DWP are horrendous4.3 million children in relative poverty - the highest ever
3.6 million children in absolute poverty - up 300k
This is a direct consequence of the government introducing the two child limit and benefits cap.
43% of children in one parent households with three or more children are "food insecure".
A policy choice.
2.2 million children living in "food insecure" households
820k children living in households that use foodbanks
Brixton.
500 all our are peaceful souls on their way here to convert to Christianty and buy shares in Lloyds .
According to the BBC the only violence on the planet is in Gaza, they omit the other wars and massacres being done daily, and in practically ever incidence it is the Muslims either killing other Muslims or none Muslims .
There is an article in todays Telegraph telling us how Syrians in Turkey do not feel safer and want to get to Europe.
Muslims never feel safe in two places 1. their own countries . 2.In another Muslim country.
Any amongst us whom do not like seeing the blood shed in Gaza, turn your TV over or off.

Started this fantasy portfolio in 2016 to challenge various poster's perception that lloy is 'the worst share ever', 'better else where' or a 'dire share',
8th Oct 2016 I invited wl/newchurch to choose an alternative ftse 100 company, so I could run a comparison, since 2016 others have been added
~~~ On 8th Oct 2016 - - 1000 quid bought 206 BP. shares & 1905 lloy shares
Today's value, BP. 206@499 =£1028 v lloy 1905@52 =£991
~~~ In April 2017 invest4life suggested I add glencore - - on 22-4-17 - 1000 quid bought 335 glen shares & 1553 lloy shares

~~~ This week's observation - Uppy week for bank(but new gaps), Russia/Ukraine/Israel/Hamas hostilities rattle on - cost of living continues to bite, strikes strikes strikes, same old same old lol
A very basic comparison that does not include divi yield, IMO those still suggesting lloy is 'the worst share ever' or a 'dire share' should maybe consider premium bonds?
Hopefully Sadiq Khan gets absolutely roasted in Elections. ULEZ overturned will be another great event, hopefully. Maybe Tommy R will consider joining Reform Party soon?
What’s the date STP stops posting, LLOY BB will be reasonably pleasant to visit again then.
I’ll even smile when reading LTI’s 🐶 💩 when that happens.
The case for Special divi's
Thanks to the buyback program, Share in circulation has dropped below 63.5bn
2023 final 1.84 + 2024 interim 0.92 = total 2.76p x ~63.5bn = ~£1.75bn
2024 = Buyback £2bn
£1.75bn divis + £2bn buybacks = ~£3.75bn
Lloy 2023 Post Tax Profit ~£5.5bn
The increases in dividend really look good, shame there's no share price projections? as if the share price increases by the same amounts and as a percentage of the share price it will be a very profitable few years.
Funny, I never saw fish with a pair of ba115, but I guess they have them tucked away somewhere.
There are a few on here, that go a bit funny in the spring also, and others quite simply peculiar all year round.
Twas Teasing.
Bob turns into a Rapist in the spring, & he ain't fussy. He won't feed when his B@lls are full.
