Am I wrong to do so?
This was a company with so much hope, what is the prognosis for the future and turning my £23 holding back to the £1500 I paid?
again, if you own shares in this, you own part if IEH's patent portfolio / IP valued at, about 2 years ago, $US1. 1 BILLION.
"An individual shall not be denied enjoyment of heir possessions"
If you own shares in IEH, you own part of their IP. If and when that IP is monetized, you supposedly get your cut. The IP was valued at over $1 billion. It's worth what you can get for it of course but there would need to be huge dilution of this to offset the value of the IP. This is why I never sold my shares. IEH was not on AIM so, in theory, shareholders have more protection. I've seen doom and gloom RNS from IEH before .... I\m not suggesting a company would ever want to de-ramp its own shares to flush out investors .... but I think it may have happened .... If I ran a company and wanted to buy back shares in my own company, I might put out a negative RNS to induce people to sell ... especially before Christmas ... when PIs might be inclined to sell everything for washers rather than see shares become worthless .... I've seen this before with this company ... but I bought into it because of the value of the IP ..... read all the RNS and then go back to IEH RNS .... I'm holding ..... and waiting for the IP to be monetized and for my cut of that

After all that Mel made money on it!
41.25M @12. Pm
How does it feel to sell 41 million shares?
IMO The IEH Board agreed to the take over of IEH when MEL provided the loan
How else could IEH sign Contracts (even days before selling the Company) when the were running out of money. You do not buy from a Company that has no money unless they have rock solid guarantees of the Company viability.
If anyone finds the name of the lawyers please publish.
I have contacted the Stock Exchange and various other regulatory bodies, no one was interested, seems as though tjere is no regulation and Companies can do what they want at the detriment of the Shareholders
Good morning Jessel, I have tried to find out others involved with the rip off to no avail..I know there was a legal angle
looking in to it...heard no more..like you say needs more lambs to the slaughter to come forward for a stronger claim!!
.... thgy ripped off all the shareholders and tried to move on with a new name.
.... and now they are blaming investers trying to recoup some losses for the final demise!
One might ask why DrDaz's research can't uncover this? "Intelligent Energy is a fuel cell engineering business built on 30 years of PEM fuel cell development. Following acquisition by Meditor Energy, part of the Meditor Group, in October 2017 it is now undergoing a period of increased investment and expansion of its product offering." Current news from the company's web site.
Post evidence IEH was listed on AIM.

this one features Henri Winand's work too. The main reason for buying into this was the value of the IP. If the IP is ever worth what it was valued at, it'll take dilution on a massive scale for even those who bought in years ago to make money. HSBC just bought into this. Not a mega huge investment but 2 point something million shares I think. Others have been selling but if you own shares in this, you should really look at the value of the IP or old chat boards covering deals done on HFC IP. Constant new news about new catalysts for producing hydrogen more cheaply. Google it. IEH are still producing new products and have just inked a deal to work with an Australian outfit ... will post links ...
RNS
GOOD NEWS COMING 👍
The tick up seemed to coincide with a 1 trade
Wonder if their legal problems got solved? Nothing on Twitter or RNS yet.
Morning all.....if anyone is on the case re-letter of claim and any collusion between the IEH board and MEL
I am sure all those who lost would be grateful of any update as to me...THIS WAS A BLATANT STITCH UP.
Yes I know you pay your money and take your chance.....we had no chance!!!
Hoping to contact the Solicitors to see if they are questioning the whole demise of IEH, IMO there was collusion between the IEH Board and MEL at the detriment of the Share Holders. If I had the money I would do it myself.
In answer to your question I hold out no hope of ever getting any redress, its a pity there is no body to regulate the actions of these Companies.
