This Nullagine transaction looks an absolute beauty!
1. Doubling gold reserves to 2.8 million ounces
2. Potentially expedited processing of sulphide and refractory ore at significantly lower capital cost
3. Generation of an immediate $14m in upfront cash on a mining camp that would otherwise have been unused/underused given we only need 50 rooms for Blue Spec (now provided for!)
We know that this December quarter will still be a poor one due to the cutbacks on the main WGP pit to facilitate safe access to the higher grade ores, but it looks like all the dominoes are lining up nicely for significant improvement from the March 2024 quarter, and into the medium/long term future.
With the Haoma JV, NGP and WGP, we're well on the way to being the main hub and spoke producer in the East Pilbara - even if our journey to this point has been ugly and painful.
Diggit, He deserves your punishment - he obfuscated the poor reality of the situation.
Only have myself to blame djf for not top slicing @ $AUD 1.00+. DR was talking the talk but forgot to walk the walk imo. I do think improvements in grade from Haoma JV satellite deposits leading to increased Oz's produced will bring a rise later next year but possibly not substantially so until the horrendous AISC is massively reduced, the totally bonkers hedge price is obliterated and current debt levels reduced. Not much really went to plan after the actual plant construction on time within budget cost phase. Then he lied. It makes me happy to keep punishing DR in my head 😂. ATB. :o).
It's good to have some exposure to gold apparently. Just not sure Calidus is the vehicle sadly. Bottom drawer now and needing around .30 to break-even. I needed cash to keep afloat during lockdown so took good profits between .65 and 1.00 before buying it all back in at .35 once business picked up. I guess it's be patient or take the hit.
Every RNS now leaves me and seemingly Mr Market distinctly underwhelmed. What with revised plans having been necessary, including cancellation of the intended Pirra spin off, kicking Blue Spec development into the distance and DR's particularly obnoxious and nauseating spin (lies) just leave me cold to the prospects of seeing $AUD 1.07 again in the next few years. 5 years possibly. I think my investment has broke even @ 20c closing price a couple of times but no more. I used to quite like DR yabbering away. I could throttle him now 😂. Anyway if the old diggit body holds out i'll still be invested there and here for better times. :o).
For lots of AIM shares now. People buy and sell but more to the sell side as they fear holding over a weekend for fear of a necessary inbound cash raise. Buy a good one, sell into profit, buy a duffer and screwed. Not like boringly ridiculous do nothing KRS. Lots of things that used to be reliable are no longer so. All change. TCA. :o).
Diggit1gold
its the same in 95% of my watchlist over the past 3 years, probably nearer 5
obviously,world problems,making it worse.
the other 5%,is just a short term blip.
you just have to look at pfc/hzm,of late, even the big guns, are struggling.(or sgz)
depression?times a good healer,i should know
All invested including myself. This company is the worst i've ever known for a lack of comms delivered despite vowing to improve their previously cr*p showing on that front. Shirley something is worth an RNS, unless of course nowt has happened which in that case would be contrary to previous distant in the past comms to us mere pi's. Unfortunately i'm drinking early today to kill the pain of severe loss. Don't judge. That i still go on is truly amazing. I'll never be the same person again and i am told by the health experts/professionals that to keep to old routines is good so i moan and vocalise my opinions more than ever. I can live with having that outlet. Oops 😂. :o).
Hi Diggit
Thanks for your honesty, expect it’s hit a few nerves out there, in many of the investors holdings!
Still, hopefully, we have up to 60 years to get it put right here!🥴
PC
I'm only 5% down here in my investment/trading a/c due to collecting a few in the real depths @ 2p on ave, but much deeper down in my SIPP a/c. Nothing much happens here until it happens (possibly). Just looked at my trading a/c there and the other 7 culprits are all down by (largest % loss to smallest % loss) 22.3%, 18.7%, 14.3%, 13.8%, 11.5%, 10.3% and 9.0%. KRS the best performing dance act currently 🤣. Need another bagger or 2. ATB. :o).
Hi Chesh. I hope all's well with you!
I'm hoping for 3rd time lucky here, what with DVRG and the latest shenanigans at HE1 (although we live in hope there!).
All the very best,
FG
Hey Forrest.......!
Mr. Grosso's increased holdings haven't excited the market eh..........! :(
All the best (what does he know.......? what are his intentions......? :()
Good point, unfortunately only he knows the end game, we can only speculate!
So……… he obviously still sees potential here; he could be taking up a very long term position or has connections to other businesses that would like a piece of the action, with a seat on our very small board!
PC
PC - "end game" - are you implying 'buy out'?
As usual, the question is. Why is he accumulating?
Hopefully, we'll find out sooner, rather than later
GLA
Slowly accumulating!
15-16-17…………end game?

I wonder what prices farmers have locked in with Keras in Utah ???
From Sky news ...
https://news.sky.com/story/bank-of-england-governor-dismisses-prospect-of-interest-rate-cuts-13012899
"He said anxiety about the cost and availability of key inputs like fertiliser meant farmers had "locked in higher prices" by agreeing higher prices on long-term supply deals that were yet to fall away."
Can anyone else get a quote for 4p (either way)......?
cos I can't on IG, and trades going though at that value, latest 100k, recently........! :)
All the best (any guesses.........? :()
Kershner Grosso's investment philosophy is very much aligned with Keras's growth strategy in the US and the relationship is expected to provide access to new markets and opportunities throughout North America.
The above is from the interims announcement, which, if true, means he has contacts that could be interested in our products. But surely he can’t buy if he has inside information.
I can’t find the announcement or interview but didn’t Gavin say somewhere that they were making enough money to start paying back directors loans?
Markyess. I know nothing, but the organic liquid fertilizer market sounds like it comes with high premiums. The next tranche to Shawn Helda is definitely a concern but I'm assuming that it is impossible for us not to have made a decent sized profit with the current price of Rock Phosphate.
The last RNS indicated that we might not hear anything until the end of the Financial Year, so I was surprised to see today's purchase.
ATB, FG
Grosso?
No, not big enough. :-D
I'd quite like to see and hear some news that gives confidence we're going to be able to pay the next tranche to Shawn Helda at a minimum, building a meaningful, self sustaining business as a premium.
All quiet at Togo (so highlights that the slow progress was not our fault as their national press recently inferred) and simply embarrassing on the lack of news from Diamond Creek.
I'm a sizable holder (feeling trapped, now, if you like) and I can't reconcile how Grosso has the confidence to keep loading up to the extent he does, when the rest of us are being treated like mushrooms. He's a smart man and a smart investor. What does he know, what has he been told?
Good to see a decent sized buy.
Might the next RNS come sooner, rather than later?
GLA
OK….. yes I’m bored, waiting for the Utah season to end; but instead, decided to do a search on Togo in Africa Business + found this little snippet from June!
“The government wanted to develop this strategic asset, but its operator, the British company Keras Resources, was making slow progress on the site. Togo, therefore, took over Nayéga from Keras in May and handed it over to STM.”
Not quite sure “slow progress “ is telling the full story here, but it’s what it is, delay, delay and still a delay even after the handover!
Say no more!
PC
Not you, Mr Articulate - it’s the others.
I'm sorry. :-(
