Maddog38. Are you a shareholder and if you are why?
Des/ what world do you live in do you really beleave this share is worth 32.2 p look again and take out the desimal point and move it back towards the 3 and you might just have it right,
all these kind of share are to con the punter and give the directors a life time income I should no the score but I was a little bit slow in learning the game I have been in 4 of these so called money makers every one are now the same as this one K/m reinvented this one in amapa knowing that it would take years to pull off and give him and his pals another 10 years of income from the punters , it is called legal conning and you have been coned just like the rest of us.
Mr Cautious. Why are you posting negative posts? Are you a shareholder? And if you are why?
It isnt overly difficult to find artickles in things like Zacks blog that have said this is red-hot, but sensible or experienced people dont pay more than passing interest to these...
...if you want a share price prediction go & read one of the many research notes you put so much store by ... I don't do them, don't have any trust in them & never have I've told you my plans for the shares I currently hold on an IF .....
Aren't they talking like the DFS is well under way?
Where I thought we were waiting for a JV partner to pay for it, and get it started.
:-)
Bannor. But you do think- despite your constant negative posts - that the share price is more likely to go above 20p than lose value?
& I'll say again IF the SP reaches 20p depending on the reasons for it I may start selling ... If & once I'm out I'll stop posting.
Bannor. I'll try again. You do think the share price will increase, for whatever reason, above 20p and the reward substantially outweighs the risk which cannot more than 4p per share?
....no I said I'm holding on for Amapa which still currently carries risks .... if that fails I'll probably cruystaliae my losses here for whatever I can get & IF the SP gets to 20p plus I'll sell qs I choose.... is that clearer .... of course I could say I'll wait for it to reach the director options instead but they've never previously got anywhere near any of those either ....
Bannor. To sum up your view of KDNC- you believe that the company is substantially undervalued and you might sell when the share price is 20p but you do think it could be higher than 20p.
Do follow this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2mSj0tGegSQ and listen for about 10 minutes.
I don't post on boards I don't hold & don't post on all the boards I do so Yes - unfortunately for you I'm still a shareholder @ depresseddegsie .... I was holding for Sonora (& many other failures!) & am now hanging on with a 15p average for the outcome of Amapa so I've got many 100's K shares to sell from 20p upwards as I choose .... hope that adequately explains my position for you cos you ain't getting anything else ... until I'm out I'll post what I like .... Now where's that Gilby report valuing us at that equivalent of over £100 per share I could do with a laugh 😂

Bannor. Are you still a shareholder and if you are why?
PMSL ... I don't get why anyone puts any faith or value in any valuations the likes of WHI & Edison who provide a rose tinted SP based on projects coming to a successful conclusion.... KDNC (& previously REM) have never EVER got close to any of the previous valuations for precisely the reason that it is all speculative .... we've previously had calculations based on various 'projects' that are now potentially worthless or failed completely.... the market values is at little more than the sun of our direct holdings in other companies for exactly that reason - until an asset is funded, built & producing it either costs money or carries risk.
None of this helped of course by the historic performance & activities of our BoD who've provided the thick end of failure, dilution and a dwindling SP whilst proclaiming success which no investor has benefitted from .... YANGI valued by them at $200M Sonora valued by them at $200M .... BCN, CLY, AOU etc etc etc the list goes on
EMH might provide a jolt pending the DFS & Amapa might provide an exit fingers crossed & I hope otherwise I can only see further debt & dilution from our Lenigas linked & appointed BoD.
...Now that's a rant Jimb2 but at least it's directly linked to, at & associated to KDNC.
Degs , I tend to agree, unfortunately small mining cap shares have been hit hard on the back of interest rates going up. Sentiment is starting to change. ATB

Amapá stake worth more than Cadence
Our risk-adjusted (for its stage of development) valuation of the 5.2Mtpa Amapá iron ore project in Brazil is US$154m/£122m (Cadence share £37m, or 21p/share). This is based on an unrisked valuation US$978m (NPV, 100% basis, 10% discount rate). This project, of which Cadence own 30%, is at pre-feasibility study (PFS) stage, but importantly is potentially a brownfield refurbishment and restart rather than a greenfield iron ore mine. Our valuation is similar to the PFS NPV10 of US$932m and allows for significant capital reconstruction and refurbishment. Cadence has multiple paths to creating additional value at Amapá by continuing to build its stake (it has first right of refusal up to 49%) and continuing to de-risk towards full bankable feasibility study (BFS) status, which should be relatively straightforward
given its history as an operating mine.
W H Ireland
Valuation: A significant discount to sum of the parts
Cadence is an AIM-listed, mining-focused investment company with a portfolio of minority stakes in mining projects. The current value of its major listed equity is equivalent to 81% of its market value. These holdings include 6.5% of European Metals Holdings, 1.9% of Hastings Technology Metals and 8.7% of Evergreen Lithium. We calculate a base-case sum-of-the-parts (SOTP) valuation for Cadence’s portfolio at 32.2p/share, with a high-case valuation of 57.1p/share as Amapá is de-risked through progressing to full BFS and Sonora progresses towards production. The market appears to be placing very little value on these assets, but we see both of these catalysts emerging in time (and a JV partner in Amapá at the project level is the most likely potential catalyst in the nearer term). Risks include further project delays, political uncertainty in Mexico and broader commodity price cycle risks.
Anyone else of the 985 views noticed that that the recent kdnc video on twatter blocks and only accounts that they follow have replys or mentions .
How very odd.. Lets stop anyone being negative.. Well done BOD.. Scaredy Cats
You still do,
Crikey & I thought I used to rant incessantly 🤣
You have to wonder if the best way forward is to just buy from the Chinese giants they have disrupted the auto industry in battery development and are benefiting from years of R&D that the incumbent are just embarking on. They have production mastered and are reducing costs - that's hard to compete against if you want to remain in business - You only have to look at Tesla who are using BYD and CATL batteries.
The latest on M3P:
https://www.teslarati.com/catl-developing-validating-m3p-batteries-tesla-report/
The point I'm making is Tesla can produce their own batteries and have invested greatly over the years - I think their strength is in the technology in manufacturing and their platform so leave the batteries to the Chinese.
Worth a look, shows how Tesla have disrupted the manufacturing process to build cheaper EV's

If only Sonora had the go ahead, who knows what Ganfeng would be hitting on production figures, maybe producing batteries also - maybe others doing so in Sonora - The US doing deals with Chile on Lithium that might well have been from Sonora.
It's almost like screwing up investment in Saudi oil the UK did in 1932 - except the Mexicans are screwing up their own resources at a critical time - why are the US looking towards Chile? they know what's coming!

treasury secretary janet yellen said the us is likely to increase mineral imports from chile. “i can’t tell you numbers but i imagine that we will be expanding substantially our purchases from chile,” she told reporters saturday after visiting an albemarle corp. lithium processing facility in the northern city of anto***asta. “we’ve been talking about that throughout the trip.”
that must be hurting the mexicans after the clown show of the last two to three years and considering they will have two of the worlds leading ev manufacturers with plants on mexican soil!
byd americas chief says mexico plant by year end, but no plans for exports to usa (plant not in northern states)

still mexico and brazil have a combined population of circa that of the usa and no real penetration of ev's
