the directors

I believe they thought making token monthly purchases over a set period would reduce the flack from shareholders. To be frank the job they are doing is so poor that no remuneration would be too much.If they really believe this company can survive they should be taking shares in lieu of salary. The catastrophic decisions made over recent times beggar belief and I expect they will move on to pastures new once there is no more money to be squeezed out of this company. This really is beyond incompetence.

They've paid up...don't want to miss out...

c'mon Barksy. if they really wouldn't want to miss out they would invest a lot more.
They are just doing it because they said they would, which had no impact on the market as it doesn't come from their hard or believe in this share.

"as date of this publication Adrian's broker were unable to complete the purchase of his DDPP for the month of December 2018"

yes, it will be completed in the week..but it's a bit painful that he seems to have problems every month. Also, it's their last purchase next month, I assume they will be repeating the exercise for 2019..

Ok thanks. Also confirmation of why this is the most ridiculous board ever assembled. Suckling fails to buy his shares AGAIN.

......question is do you want dilution to raise funds or sales?

This has been a right royal balls up since the Iskander dea in my opinionl & they are still looking for projects & opportunities to spend & commit cash they haven't got on...

What's the time frame to notify via a TR-1? I thought 2 days. So it might not have been KDNC then.. If however it does turn out to be KDNC that is my cue to exit immediately, as I'm sure it will be for a lot of others.

Spadger 42 totally agree with you; the assets are still there.BCN has a NPV of $1.25billion and that is a discounted figure for Sonora. only, EMH has NPV of $540m based on lithium price of $10000/t. In addition AOU,CLY and MMS- A$60m invested in iron ore- could be winners plus San Luis and JVs. KM said in webinar that KDNC's share of BCN and EMH was worth $130m..

As lord Sugar said - they can't give away Prosecco to a hen party. So how the hell can they run a company?
The incompetence of the board made any asset worthless.

ho yes l am the ones l kept l traded to make 5 or6% once or twice a week for the last 18months had to stop when the sp when to .14 not every week but most" l probably had or still hold more than you now , little tip when you leave a stock never sell all when its on the brink there is always a chance that if you trade what you leave in you could recover some of your loses. there is always a buyer who thinks he or she could be on a winner just a bit like us here lol , what hurts me is that some investor will lose money they have put bye for there retirement and these bods have stole it slowly they should be hold to account" love you shareknot & erico

The only tiny glimmer of hope is that the prats have been forced to buy shares with their own cash but even this compared to the salary and benefits they have creamed off isnt much..

There's definitely something going on. Things have been bizarre for quite some time between bcn and cadence!.

Hope it ends up positive in the long run as i've got tired of watching the sp drift away to nothing here.

RE: ADR share purchase
Tue 19:25
When I bought this share all those years ago I thought they would would bring much expertise in getting shares in early stage mining opportunities worth many times their initial value. Instead I now see a BOD which if they were honest would admit they are milking the last drops from the cash-cow which has been ourselves.
If they had any honour they would resign because if I did anything in life as badly as they have I would. In my opinion the beginning of the end was when they bought that crazy thing in Argentina years away from ever doing anything, when they had failed so miserably to give us any steer as to how they would ever deliver shareholder value.
They are thick-skinned cynical leeches who have ****ed our cash away !
