Goldgirl - all your posts are RAMPant conjecture.
Share options today oblique hint that Board have belief in future prospects, so mildly encouraging.
Millions have already been sent before the compound gets even into the clinic.
And we have such an advanced asset for 2 indications.
Imm will multibag
This is the bottom

TEK? Sorry to go off IMM.
They've just done their placing. Shares are churning. If they've churned then next bit of news or next bit of volume you might get a rise in the sp. No idea how much. If you are chasing 10% it might be there.
Yorkshirehussar - I wasn’t chastising you.
Just expressing genuine bewilderment at how anyone could believe TEK was one of the most promising AIM companies right now. Time will tell whether you’ve timed your entry perfectly, but that doesn’t make TEK any better as a company. It’s being appallingly mismanaged.
That's why I am in at the bottom. We will see and you can chastise me in a year's time lol.
Yorkshirehussar - "This and TEK are 2 of the most promising company's on AIM at present".
You ARE kidding about TEK, right? Have you seen how its share price is doing?
Gold Girl agree. This and TEK are 2 of the most promising company's on AIM at present . Have been looking at AVCT as well but the timing doesn't feel right at the moment. As and when the Lupas trial starts the SP will follow. Still lots of ifs and maybes but this could seriously re rate on the right news. For now let's keep our feet on the ground.
I agree goldgirl. It is the late stage nature of the assets that sets immupharma apart. This explains why the leverage to newsflow is so high, especially from this very lowly market cap. ATB
Goldgirl - agreed. "Bet" is the operative word in your post.
IMM remains a gamble, though for now at least it appears sufficiently funded.
Have late stage assets is better than start-up biotechs....as for latter harder to raise money and interest rates for borrowing money is so high.
IMM is a better bet unde4 the current economics

Consolidating 2.4-2.5.
Hopefully on next news surpass 3p

Yorkshirehussar - I'm just fine thanks.
Merely drawing attention to the fact that we're NOT nearly there with Lupuzor. Nor do we have a trial start date yet.
Things are looking more positive short term, but people still need to get their facts straight if they're to retain credibility.
Lordloadsoflolly. You get out of the wrong side of bed this morning ?
In any case, how would anyone - other than employees - know when the trial was about to start. It hasn't been announced.
Yorkshirehussar - then (s)he should have said so.
I think 5RINGS meant the start of the trial.
I think this will move big when people least expect it too.
So undervalued it's crazy 🤪
If anyone thinks we're "nearly there with Lupuzor", they really don't understand the whole process AT ALL.
Many investors will get left behind and have to pay a premium. We are nearly there with Lupuzor. Dosage ready, exquisite boimarkers, and a credible dance partner. I sense good news around the corner.
Wildbunch,
Exactly
Just because a patent application is published, it won't always be granted.
Between application dates and the 'granted' status many years Can go by ..
It's leaped on price on h& l from 2.41 to 2.51
Filing the patent ASAP is very important date wise:
What is a priority date and why does it is matter? A. Priority date refers to the earliest filing date in a family of patent applications. If the earliest-filed patent application for a particular invention was a provisional application, then the filing date of the provisional is your priority date.
Not sure 'they just need to file them.' See below.
It may be that they can do deals on the basis that the patents will be granted. Let's hope that the Lupus is proceeding whilst all this is going on. Would have thought that if it were not then it should have been the subject of an RNS already.

Published Patents
Published and granted patents look very similar, so they can easily be mistaken. Just because a patent application is published, it won't always be granted. Patent applications are published in order to make the public sphere aware of what is seeking patent protection. This means that, if the patent isn't actually granted to the work, the public can learn from the work anyway.
Worse than a running commentary on the gee gees.
