Wasn't the cancelation of all deferred shares approved in the 2020 AGM? Maybe I'm missing something. Anyway, I understand they have no rights and there isn't a mechanism to change them for ordinary shares.
I don't have a crystal ball, but I prefer to be invested in a company with an outstanding performance over peers, despite the SP is not yet reflecting it. The SP has the negative impact of what it did in 2022 when it skyrocketed with the lift of the ban. I am hoping that a very good RNS with H2 results will trigger a rip in the SP, at least over 30p.
Thanks
Can anyone guide me as to when are the results published please?
Just wait until we get are full year results, So net income in 2020 was -53.149m 2021 = -6.239 but going by the interim results in September 2022 I expect a year end net income of +20m , an absolute massive turnaround and a I can see why the debt is easily reduced.
Fracking are massive shale reserves is stiill a big possibility in the Gainsborough Trough . We are massively undervalued now and with a planned oil increase’s near- term and are geothermal projects staring H1 this year give’s me even more reasons to keep building stock.
News coming soon. Dyor and buy , Gla.
We should have an update anytime now with the green heat network fund and all the new drilling license application’s,
High oil prices see the companies revenue very healthy indeed.. share price should start to reflect this very soon imo, Atb.
Looks like british bulls messed with their timing. They said buy when traders should've sold, and now their saying sell when traders should probably buy, just before an update...
I guess they could be delibrately misinforming us. Who knows?
Anyway, it's good to see that Kerogen Capital is now based in London,
which means that the Hong Kongers holding the stock can visit go Igas production sites for themselves,
and maybe convince other dissidents to come over and invest.
If these Hong Kongers eventually own a large section of UK energy production capacity,
perhaps they could have a positive effect on swaying govt net zero policy to something more realistic.
Yes. All good, all cool. If any of these superb news will reflect in sp.
What if not?
So undervalued, making exceptional profits at current oil prices with more boepd to come along with geothermal
Total production published today by the NSTA exceeded 2250 boepd per my calculations, in line with the FY22 guidance. It is the highest production for 2021 and 2022. The monthly revenue should have been above £6m, and December is expected to be even better.
Looks likely that there's going to be an RNS update in a few days,
so based on previous candlestick patterns,
short term swing traders should go long for about a week or more.
Buy tomorrow, go long & maybe sell at around 25.50.
Looks achievable in the next couple of weeks.
You'll get a 1:4.50 risk to reward or better at 18.18% breakeven win rate.
I’ll have a word with him, igas as we know has many times more potential in value. News on the Green heat network fund’s from the govt is expected anytime now and it should be accepted as geothermal solar and wind is the ready it was set up.
Get this agreement done and we will see geothermal drilling straight away and the sp go back above £1.00 pounds a shay easily. Eve will want to be a part of the uk ‘ geothermal program and IGAS is number 1 choice for the likes of SSE and other major domestic energy companies like SSE . Massive , massive potential for investors here and that’s why I’m holding £40 grands worth.
There’s not much stock available so when news come it’ll be a huge squeeze believe me.
Need I say more.
Very stong buy imho.
It's tends to be shot down a bit now and again b/c some traders are using EBITA models that have lower fair value (20s to 30s) than the majority of other models (30s to 40s). Fair value models depend on the assumptions they put in. In April, this will really move b/c a big earnings discrepancy will be like throwing a wrench into their computing machines. Also, costs maybe substantially under what they expected. One more RNS update or bit of positive news, then I'd probably say strong buy. At the moment it seems to be in a short-term swing trade holding pattern, so I will say to investors to hold their powder for now.

In future, if I mention "feck", I will be referring to: "Efficacy; force; value; return".
An Igas investment certainly has those for some investors & swing traders,
who have been lucky enough to have had spare cash to take opportunities during dips.
Interestingly, Father Jack's fav word might be applicable to investment markets.
"Feck" is a form of "effeck", which is in turn the Scots cognate of the modern English word effect. However, this Scots noun has additional significance:
Efficacy; force; value; return
Amount; quantity (or a large amount/quantity)
The greater or larger part (when used with a definite article)
rom the first sense can be derived "feckless", meaning witless, weak, or ineffective. "Feckless" remains a part of Modern English and Scottish English, and appears in a number of Scottish adages:
"Feckless folk are aye fain o ane anither."
"Feckless fools should keep canny tongues."
In his 1881 short story Thrawn Janet, Robert Louis Stevenson invokes the second sense of "feck" as cited above:
"He had a feck o' books wi' him—mair than had ever been seen before in a' that presbytery..."
Robert Burns uses the third sense of "feck" in the final stanza of his 1792 poem "Kellyburn Braes":
I hae been a Devil the feck o' my life,
Hey, and the rue grows bonie wi' thyme;
"But ne'er was in hell till I met wi' a wife,"
And the thyme it is wither'd, and rue is in prime.

Jeez, they flagged my potty mouth! Better clean up my language a bit, stop acting like Jack in "Father Ted".
I will test Father Jack's most eloquent statements anyway, just for the hell of it: "Drink! Feck! Girls!"
If there were any issue with "Group A streptococcal infection", then the nurses couldn't go on strike.
If you compare 2017-18 to 2022-23, it looks like some of the NHS are just trying to stir things up and stay relevant.
Looks like there's no real issue to speak of of the govt site, in fact much lower rates, so no iGAS lockdowns, I'm afraid - Molehill Mountain. Bit of a pain in the **** that "iGAS" keeps popping up on twitter & so on, when I'm searching hashtags...

I smell 200%.
I like the fragrance.
deltalo: I see that Buffet is sniffing around the other stock you follow.
Do us a favour and get him to put a few billion into UK geothermal operations.
Igas could also potentially lend their expertise to partners offshore, on abandoned rigs...
Yeah, I know... Just seeing if investors are paying attention, and they are. Happy days!
Maybe wrong but moved some profit out if Boil and into here.
Shorters listen, here’s a song for you all, Enjoy and take note.
It’s time now as we all know.

Glentworth project 200 boepd @81 a barrel additional income = £6 million less opex plus geothermal , vastly undervalued share in my opinion
WooHooo! :))))
