Apologies for my stupidity but if HEMO choose to relist elsewhere, how does that work for current shareholders? A transfer or sorts or liquidation and rebuy?
I don't expect anything in the results that I don't know already, but I do expect something (via a RNS) prior to that. The results RNS only take us up to December 2023 anyway.
Yesterday, I thought the link that Haywain passed to us via JHFH was very uplifting though. It gives me hope. Although December is a long way off. I suspect there will be a decent surge past 2p way before that.
Dhub ... Please look at past history. The results don't have any impact on share price and usually it goes down since people's expectations are big news is going to be announced. Vlad has stated in his video he doesnt announce things to ramp the share price (which we know is far from the truth) but its truly shocking we have had no updates for over 2 months and then we are told by hemo that they want investors to make money. This has got to be the worst performing stock on the market and all down to one person and his false expectations ... trials in 2023 and all that.
So we are due a final results RNS in a maximum of 20 days from now. I would have thought we would get another RNS prior to that surely for either CAR-T, CBR a JV or perhaps a funding update. Or is this just wishful thinking on my behalf?
Good churn yesterday so I suspect soon we see a good run up
I see the same resident dynamic duos are at it again the same old repetitive scaremongering.. ffs it's beyond a joke. Or maybe its 1 person with 2 ID's & doing your own Q&A's now lol ffs..
Let the company get on with starting the trials, all will be done in stages happy to wait to see the outcome of first 3 candidates..
I'm not selling any of my shares simple its all coming together now...
I'm holding 4 gold......
Do I understand correctly that Phase1 will ultimately involve 18 patients, and right now they have enough cash to cover 3? That would mean they need 5xcash recently raised to do that. Have I read that correctly? Obviously if the first 3 is proven to be encouraging that non dilutive funding is possible, but not wholly. Plus they need day to day cash.
Phase 1 requires around $25m if I have understood this correctly.
"So expensive is the process of creating individual CAR-T treatments, that cash raised in February may be enough to dose three patients.
Hemogenyx will look to further non-dilutive funding to assess a cohort of around 18 AML sufferers, which will take it to the phase II stage of the clinical evaluation."
Wonder if Vlad will consider leaving LSE to obtain better funding. Seems companies are considering it an option at the moment. Would make sense for hemo.
Wow! Great find Haywain.
As those of us who are here to support a company finding cures for terrible diseases such as claimed my beautiful sister recently and also making investors willing to risk their money enormous profits then this article tells it as it is.
The upside is truly phenomenal and is happening now. Personally taking ever y opportunity to buy more like into a monthly unit trust at these prices cause when it turns on news as the article rightly says the upside is going to be dramatic. Good luck all.
If no deal soon this will continue to drift. That raise by Q4 will be in part gone. What then?
Vlad needs to pull a rabbit out of a hat.
It's a real tricky one.
HT & all
We assume & hope Vlad backed by Prevail are currently seeking / discussing future pharma deals / partnerships to toss a big bag of dosh in , as per the article & interviews .
Cant argue with that.
The question is though, will our funds last to December?
Haywain & all
Great article , thanks for posting dude . 👍👍
These parts as many stand out for sure …
Upfront payments, usually a good litmus test of 'real' interest from these titans of the world of drugs, have been eye-watering; in some cases up to $100 million.
Hemogenyx will look to further non-dilutive funding to assess a cohort of around 18 AML sufferers, which will take it to the phase II stage of the clinical evaluation.
‘This is key, as it is the point that big pharma has weighed into the sector with the deals mentioned above.’
& this part is also mouth watering on CBR etc
"We are talking to institutions and agencies," Sandler says. "There is a lot of interest and we are moving these conversations along."
The Ice Age-like big freeze across the small-cap market in the UK means none of company's potential has been captured in the current share price, which values Hemogenyx at a bargain basement £21 million.
If we accept this is a cyclical anomaly, the rebound could be dramatic - not just for the sector, but individual stocks such as Hemogenyx.
Let’s see what next few months bring …for all invested .
The other thing to remember is that if all goes to plan by Dec and the results are good and CBR is funded, this won't be 1.6p a share, it is more likely to be well north of 20p based on how other pharma companies have done deals on positive results ($1bn MCAP +)
Best to just switch off and hope that the science eventually prevails (no pun intended) !!!
I think you are right HT. some of the herd move on - things take time in Pharma. But I cant see any reason why they wont return in significant numbers over the coming months. While dates in that article cant be considered a given it does shed an interesting perspective on what we might expect before year end.
Really quite an excellent article that. Intelligently written and positive to hemo. I needed that to lift my spirits, takes my mind off the crap sp.
Many positives, 2 or 3 results hopefully by Dec, more testing after would be by non-dilutive means, lots of interested parties in discussions about developing CBR. All sounds amazing to me. Happy to wait it out...
Have to say I’m very happy Vlad has moved away from Burton and TMS towards Proactive. A very good update !
What do you expect!!!...2 months after CH lifted and still no news.... everything just drags on so slow with hemogenyx tat shareholders get fed up and move on. At this price no shareholder is showing a profit
😳
Just so much selling - I don't understand at all :(
Unfortunately, it’s still not stopping many muppets selling well under 2p. It’s certainly unfathomable to me 🤷😳
Now if that doesn't reassure MrI (and anyone considering investing in Hemo), not easy to see what would!
It wasnt me who found it - Forwarded on by a certain poster who is currently absent from the chat forum - But thought I would share
