I can open the press releases and still just says .... Liberator acquisition .... hopefully news soon on the IPO cos the suspense is killing me.
Just tried to access 'media' does not open? All other areas come up so maybe being worked on. March IPO would be good
If interested from interactive investor. My shares are no longer in my portfolio.... Thank you for your secure message dated 6 March 2017. for news .... so excited at the double barrel situation coming our way ..... I find myself checking the GWIK & i3 websites now more often than is healthy lol
Same from Halifax...will keep you informed etc.take no action at this time hey ho
Thank you for your reply. Indeed my portfolio shows the amount of shares. TD are no tin bucket broker so I await next moves. Thanks again miker444
busta, sounds like they are just being transparent in keeping you in the loop as to everything that is going on. I have experienced de-listings before, unfortunately, but my shareholder account remains the same as in it shows Gwik and the holdings irrespective of the sp price going to zero and will automatically be converted by the broker / nominee when they are instructed. atb
It says in my email no action to be taken. I presume it will show as nothing till i3 and Cora gold Both IPO and then both shares will show up in our accounts.
I have had a corporate action notice regarding the delsiting on my TD investment site . I have read it through but my question is is there anything I need to do right now as it just appears to be advisory ?
Boom I think as fund raising is in the region of $45m and early days without oil production my prediction and that's all it can be mate is MarCap in the region of £50m. That's where I think we can get multi-bags a bit later when oil is produced and RNS MarCap stating $400m or so on $50 a barrel is achieved and yes as you say because of that the lower the i3 list mcap the better. atb
Sorry cite = xcite
Morning all..Bentley fits the bill ...this from cite.. *Bentley is a ready to go development project *Systematic appraisal has led to a de-risked and optimised development plan *Straightforward recovery mechanism provides good certainty on production volumes *A total of 142 Km of reservoir section and 540,000blpd facilities capacity are key elements in delivering 267.3MMstb 2P reserves over FPD and SPD *Simplification of the development concept and infield assets with use of multi-lateral wells delivers oil at $30/bbl All bodes well for the future..but let's get this ipo done first guys. Cheers mateys
My unsubstantiated thinking was possibly Bentley as that is currently going through the liquidators to an unnamed 'party'.
Orlando oil field? Iona Energy never did conclude the sale. No idea what the legal implications are of selling an asset to your next new business while in administration. Neill Carson probably no longer has much say. A new company with funding and no debt is extremely attractive just now in o&g. Liberator + Orlando and i3energy could be looking at some serious numbers. Orlando could be funded from liberator profits.
Thanks mike. Wasn't too sure. Wonder if i3 are closing in on other targets...
Ok,my mistake,I apologise. I knew it was close. Still don't see why it matters.
And not sure what that has to do anything to be honest.
No I didn't why?
I don't think anyone is trying to be funny here. That was a confusing rns for me,I do try and understand them, honest. Add in ISA complications and yeah it's a difficult one to fathom out. Just people geniounly worried about their investment. Hope it works out well for all of us. Peace and love
For me the de-risk is Cora which will probably be a value sp re-list (equivalent!) circa 0.01, a tenth of the real book cost of whatever each person paid out. So letting that run for probably a year may well get back to the 0.1p and break even of total investment outlay. Amanda has a knack of getting these small caps moving to perform well, she will want it to for Paternosters sake. atb
Royboy ..... please don't tarnish me with the same brush as some of the posters on here that don't even bother to read the RNS's and ask others for info ..... I was not trying to be funny at all ..... it was a genuine question to Miker as I didn't understand his holding/expectations.
It is nice to see an active bb, while we have it.
I will run my posts past a nomad next time lol people should chill more if they are genuinely invested they should multi-bag if they hold just a few months. atb
I'm totally confused, which doesn't take much, so will just wait and see what unfolds.
