I am certain there is an aquisition being worked on behind the scene. If you look at previous placing rns it is worded exactly the same as the recent one. So i expect aquisition rns to be out within 4 weeks maybe less
Easy to sing when your winning. Give it time
Fair points... all i'm trying to say is to look at a comparsion company and see if they use their twitter account better. but i'll have to leave it to others to pick a fair copy...
Revolut charge you a monthly fee . There are others out there that don’t.
Revolut are a long way ahead of us Kat.
We've still got quite a few hurdles to get over before we can start chanting.
Imagine investing in revolut however when it's Mcap was just 20m.
Exactly.
"...sees no value in...#
The idea that an rns isn't nec. but might be beneficial to the makrets, seeing as it cost only £couple of hunded, seems like a company that, for the same reason they never tweet anything except announcing rns', the value in pr, both in public profile and for the markets.
they literally have no use for twitter or facebook. it's a very orthodox and... 1970s attitude that those th want to know stuff will find it out for themselves!
not sure if folk would agree that Revolut is a fair comparison company but, look at their twitter account and it's buzzing. ours sits like liz truss' book in the bargain bins of a hospice charity shop.
You mean investors.
PS. If you go toe to toe with me I'll strip you another 4sre hole.
Funny how he is deflecting his huge qbt losses onto others. Shame he didn't take his own advice. His previous posts suggest he's about 65% down.
Parker - I have my doubts and am invested knowing the risks.
But is this firm's SP correct?
If this was on NASDAQ it would be 10 times as much at least!
2 prominent posters here look to be seriously top heavy & underwater.
Almost had my fingers burnt Monday, Be very careful.
AHS..................I know just it was never confirmed so I take the bit in the RNS as confirmation.
Normally if this was a oil or mining company issuing a RNS I would disect them. However I never do with GST main market CEO's tend to be straight not bent like Aim listed CEO's.
All we need is a positive update on this, they obviously are bound by the Fca at this time so are unable to say anything. 1 Rns saying this has progressed well and all bets are off. Stablecoin approval to Gst is priceless.
We've been happy that Lord W has been in position for a while now Billy.
So we have been asking if GST can or should have comfirmed if the Lord is now a CEO not NED. I think someone got a response that its not necessary. Well could this be taken as the official confirmation as well as CH.
"Angra Global
Angra Global was established in August 2023 following the combination of Angra Limited in the UK and PAYPT Finance Limited in Canada. The two businesses are now fully integrated, with the team being led by GST directors Lord Christopher Wellesley and Galvin Bai."
NEDs basically advise not run things.
Think about it how else are you going to buy 120 million shares in gst without bagging the sp? You've only mentioned 1 contract but say there are others without much specifics only that it's exceeded expectations.
The Lord would have negotiated the raise at a Good price.
In my mind it's either - 1. rushed raise for acquisition
2. Held back for deeper pockets to enter.
Actually had forgotten about the good Lord W - you can imagine the knowledge he's passing on about what's best to maximise growth - my opinion hasnt changed here it's just as strong. The Lord W is a massive catch for us indeed.
Massive, I agree.
They said in the RNS they are profitable. We know that Semnet was making money before and now it is making more.
I believe the reason for the raise was another acquisition that will help get the FCA approval over the line.
The only thing that makes me doubt GST is the current SP and lack of clarity on the GS20 Exchange figures!
Biggest buy signal remains...
LORD WELLESLEY. I doubt he is short of money and you wouldn't expect he'd be working if he didn't think he could add value to a business and make some serious £££.
The market can change its mind by one rns.
Massive we hope that all of the Ducks are being lined up?
But with the Sp at its current level the market are not convinced or overly excited at what is happening let’s hope they are wrong.
"Semnet has been successfully integrated into the Group's operations. In addition to providing significantly enhanced cybersecurity support to the Group's operations, Semnet has been successful in winning additional third-party business, including a US$36 million revenue contract with Ypsilon Technology Pte. Ltd. Semnet is trading ahead of the GST Board's expectations and the business is achieving significant profitable growth"
Lots of things are happening while we squabble they're busy making big business.
S&P added that USDT, which is issued by a non-U.S. entity, is not a permitted payment stablecoin under the proposed bill, meaning stateside entities will not be able to hold or transact in tether. As such, tether’s dominance could wane and users will likely switch to U.S.-issued stablecoins.
Can you imagine if Gst do what they have set out to do and get their stablecoins approved in the UK? It will be huge! Let's hope they get them through!!
