A couple of new agreements announced this month; 15 years and 50 years respectively. Long term future looking good
Out today - usual combination of bullish commentary together with numbers that communicate a more 'steady as she goes' picture. Still seems that everything is moving in the right direction.
7% rise today...is there any news afoot?
What are the charts (stars?) saying to us today? It's all double doji to me, as unfortuately i know nothing about candlesticks, Roman or otherwise. Please forgive my glibness, which is a poor reflection on me , not on you, "Stargazer".
Strange nom de plume BTW!
Sector bull ish pivot break and GPH, bull ish break above Japanese candlestick doji, high of 259. The doji, candlestick on 29/11/23, was accompanied by heavy volume, making the break above the high significant. Also the RSI(relative strength index), appears to be crossing above 50 today, which is bullish , because similar RSI , crossing 50, have been good buy points.
Nice breakout to post-covid high, targetting £3.25-3.50..
Good update. All positive
Yes agreed. The Sixth Street deal was needed at the time, but very expensive debt, very pleased to read this today.
Massive news today-i've added
-allows them to do puerto rico without an eq raise/loan from turkish holdco -means rating agencies and sophisticated inv firms have crawled over the biz - gives signal to potential buyers that the company is IG - allows better position to negotiate with US ports looking to outsource - shd Massively reduce disc rate as this debt is such a big chunk of group funding - Allows them to complete Puerto Rico itself is a huge boost to dcf -deal should be signed imminently now they have the funding for their equity component
Apart from that...not a "game changer" :)
Where are the reports from?
If reports believed!
The potential for higher profits and cash flow is stronger now compared to pre-pandemic times when the rating was 475p. Don't miss out on this excellent opportunity.
It's remarkable how this company has progressed since my initial post in August 2022, when the stock price stood at £0.91. Currently, it has surged to £2.03, indicating strong support from investors.
I am curious if someone is considering a bid, similar to last summer.
Global Ports Holding (GPH) has been granted the status of preferred bidder for the development of the Alicante Cruise Port. This achievement positions GPH as the leading contender for the project, which aims to enhance the port's facilities and attract more cruise ships.
Encouraging a Greater Sense of Positivity in Puerto Rico
Feels very technical, short players targeting 30% downside from recent peak, looks like they,re covering now if that was the case. Nothing in recent trading statement or AGM results to suggest a significant deterioration in operations, thin float, nervous hands, profit takers, probably scrambling back in now..
Very strange SP moves, both why it rose so quickly and now the opposite. Thin volume both ways I guess. Oh well, still think holding for the long term will pay off. Though what do I know!
Looks like a bit of profit taking today. Hopefully nothing more
Perhaps they might be thinking of paying a dividend again?
I think there is now confidence debt can be managed as volumes and ebitda rebound and grow meaning the fundamentally strong commercial position in a growing market starts to become the story. That’s my theory - but with markets these days who knows!
What's driving the SP rise do you think?
Nice to see 250 but still lots of room to grow. Market Cap still small.

Good move
Not bad going since my first post here in August 2022 when the SP was £0,91. Now £2.03. Someone likes this company.
