Ceo and cfo bought
... could start the bounce back.
This still falling meaningfully today I see .. alas/ouch.. maybe best I sit and watch for a while longer before looking to add here now..
(This is a small range trading bet only and so i've done minimal research on this co.. so maybe i should even do some research :-) .. PS; Might the punchy selling by size holder/s here be down to them buying in here for future revenue growth in energy supply side of the business ....more than services provision side.. and they're now concerned about prospects on this side of business?
Very impressive interview imho..
Potentially a good long-term play here, seemingly (Which is less my focus as I'm more into a number of months holding range trading orientation rather the years holding, but I make some exceptions as I go)
I'll stick with my 350p+ range trading opportunity shout here .. although achieving it is pushed further out now.. and if this goes back into sub 250p range, I'd happily top up here.. it may easily not do, I'll guess (but, often, anything can happen whenever on AIM.. even at this the high quality end, seemingly)
Interview with Nigel Pocklington re: todays results:
https://youtu.be/6ougrNiAC8g
The results seemed decent/good to me - but I've not followed/analysed this remotely closely, and so may easily be off with that view -and I'm surprised at such a fall here this morning.
Maybe much of the buying that has underpinned this latest rally - and the fairly recent rally that was dumped hard into from 400 p ish too - is done by one or two players.. and them dumping their lot hard this morning has a big fall effect .. equivalently to them buying had a big rise effect..
My latest bet is small here - and still in profit at 270p .. just - and I'll happily sit on it and watch see.... but my recently offered 'trade' here with target of 350+... which looked like it was coming soon yesterday.. seems a poor shout all of a sudden now, alas
Generally, this seems a well run excellently balance sheeted and profitable company in a prospective sector.. yet the volatility here is pretty crazy.. I'm used of such in the many dodgy AIM Shares I play, but for such like here is salutary...
showing what an illiquid mess even the quality end of AIM is these days: sad
How do I manage to pick the shares that the market reacts insanely to?
Could do with a Nigel Pocklington running all my investments!!
A.
Maybe a chance to average down notsofastyou...
It kinda suits me if this falls back to 250p ish.. or below even..in truth ...as I didn't manage to get much back in here before it ran back up to 300p ish..ie I only got to small add a couple of times in the 260 to 290 range...
I'd very happily add some more under 260p.. and more again if this were to go back under 250p.. and etc on down.. hopefully for anyone with a higher average here such a fall doesn't happen, of course
Jinxed it
I've earlier today started back in here - for some range trading playing - and very hopefully it's - somewhat close to - a do over of my first go round in Oct / Nov 23...
Add here in the 250p to 300p range..... and hope for 350p + will be my bet this time round btw
Best wishes to all fellow players
DYOR & IMHO
Yes I wish I’d bought at the bottom instead of the top - oh well as long as it gets back I suppose
Looking GOOD here at the moment for a nice little rebound!
Are you posting on the correct page ???
Once mobilization of the rig is completed and rigged up at the well site, operations will start with retrieval of the kill string in the well, followed by drill out of plugs, cleanup of the wellbore, and change-out to completion fluid ahead of perforation of the first zone.

You mean they made those purchases because they were convinced the share price they were paying was too high?
You think a £2000 or a £5000 buy from someone who is on a £350,000 salary shows confidence? I think it shows the exact opposite.
I literally sold out this morning on those weak purchases, plus the fiasco with the placing. Good luck everyone holding.
Apologies, I see that the 57K is their total holding.
however, still glad to see a £5k buy from Will and a £2k buy from Nick.
Still shows confidence from the people who know the business the most that things are good.
Does 2.47*5000 = 57000?
You do the math... Oh maybe don't bother.

Will Whitehorn bought £57,000 worth
thats a good chunk.
A director buy is always good, however, if they are buying a few thousand pounds worth, a similar amount to a PI, then it is almost pointless.
13-Feb-24 12-Feb-24 Buy Nigel Pocklington 250.00 GBX 2,000 9,500
13-Feb-24 12-Feb-24 Buy Will Whitehorn 247.00 GBX 5,000 57,000
Insiders knew from the share price action from last week. Once again. PIs last to know.
