This is the elite taking back control of the information we're bombarded with. The "Link Tax", means only organisations with the deepest pockets controlled by the elite are able to propagate the internet with the information they want us to see. I've noticed Facebook, Twitter and Youtube have been doing a combination of filtering things people post using algorithms and demonetizing videos, removing videos and removing people. Now this "Link tax" is being implemented to allow them to take full control of the information flow... this allows them to swing votes back their way by denying information that goes against them.

RDR... it's been passed. This is the end to the Free flow of information, they know Mainstream Media is losing it's power, they can no longer control voters, they know the internet is taking over. So they're ending the internet as we know it. I'm telling you mate, Europe is going to turn very, very nasty and I think it's coming a lot quicker than I had previously thought.

Merchants of Grain: The Power and Profits of the Five Giant Companies at the Center of the World's Food Supply

This book is eye-opening.

"Merchants of Grain is a detailed and alluring account of five very secretive but very large companies that are in the center of the world's food supply: Cargill, Continental, Louis Dreyfus, Bunge, and Andre. All of these companies are as dominating today as they were 25-50-75-100 years ago.

Up until 10 years ago, all five were private (Bunge is now public)."

might also help insulate glen from any of Trumpies protectionist agenda if a large part of the company is usa based.

It'll be a big feather in glencore's cap they will have a big stake in the usa market with Grains
Meeting the world’s increasing need
The three most important crops in the world are grains: corn (maize), wheat and rice. They are also the backbone of Bunge’s agribusiness activities. As the global market continues to grow, particularly in developing countries, there is a widening mismatch between where crops are produced and where they are consumed. Complex geopolitics, extreme climate conditions and economic uncertainty mean trade in basic foodstuffs has never been more important.

It’s a big opportunity and Bunge is well placed to meet this growing need. With our integrated value chain we can make the right connections, linking farmers large and small to the global marketplace. We supply high-quality commodity products to end-customers - from entire nations to small livestock producers.

Mining giant Glencore’s interest in US grain trader Bunge was once again gaining traction in the City rumour mill as London’s metal and tobacco giants led a broad-based rebound on the FTSE 100.

Chatter in the City speculated that the race for Bunge is heating up with Glencore and US giant Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) put in the frame for a bid. Both have long been linked with a deal for Bunge but the rumour reheat speculated that a move for the $10bn-valued (£7.6bn) company could be nearer as Glencore resolves its dispute in the Democratic Republic of Congo. ADM approached Bunge over a tie-up earlier this year but talks stalled, while Glencore is now out of a standstill deal stopping it from making a bid. Glencore made an “informal” approach to Bunge last year.

As market sentiment recovered amid a brief pause in the war of words between the US and China, heavily weighted Glencore gained 2.7p to 374.4p. The wider index gave up most of its early 1.3pc gain to push up just 23.55 points to 7,627.40, a 0.3pc climb, as a global rebound ran out of steam during afternoon trading.

Glencore’s (GLEN) lawyers have been working overtime. Last week, in the space of three days, the commodities giant appeared to have settled two of its multiple headaches in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), home to two copper-cobalt mines at the centre of the FTSE 100 company's vision for long-term trends in metal markets.

First came a deal to plug a capital shortfall at the Katanga mine, via the conversion of $5.6bn (£4.3bn) of debt owed by DRC state miner Gécamines into $9bn of fresh equity. In exchange for the deal, Gécamines agreed to drop legal action that threatened to dissolve the joint venture and take control of its mining licences.

Two days later, Glencore said it would resume payments to Israeli billionaire Dan Gertler. In doing so, Mr Gertler agreed to drop a $3bn damages claim against royalties Glencore had failed to pay since the mining tycoon was added to a US sanctions list in December. The executive order against Mr Gertler alleges he amassed a fortune “through hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of opaque and corrupt mining and oil deals” through his close relationship with DRC president Joseph Kabila. Mr Gertler denies the charge.

The settlement, which Glencore has concluded is “the only viable option to avoid the material risk of seizure”, will be made possible by paying royalties owed to Mr Gertler’s associated companies in euros, rather than dollars. In addition to a €44m (£39m) outstanding payment, Glencore will pay Mr Gertler €10m per quarter this year, rising to €16.5m per quarter in 2019. In doing so, the company could find itself on a collision course with the Office of Foreign Assets Control – the US Treasury department responsible for enforcing economic sanctions abroad.

Peter Jones, of natural resource campaign group Global Witness, called Glencore’s settlement “a brash test of the resolve of US authorities to uphold their sanctions”. The group has previously investigated a 2009 loan made by Glencore to Mr Gertler, and Mr Gertler’s subsequent sale of his stakes in the Katanga and Mutanda mines to Glencore.

Lets call it as it is... the Hypocrisy of the leftists. I guarantee you if Obama or any other leftist US leader were to broker a deal with North Korea that Trump's just done, they would be in line for a Nobel Peace prize. And yes I know Obama's already had one for doing less than Trump just did with North Korea, but no doubt he'd be getting another one if it was him that did what Trump just did.

If Trump was the UK PM, he would tear the EU a new ar*ehole, all the hate he gets... but still he powers on. And if they didn't cave in the UK would be out of the EU a lot quicker, and making trade deals with the rest of the world.

Oh how satisfying it will be when he's elected for a second time, that will be confirmation that no matter how much mud the lefties throw at him, he still wins haha... I'll be sitting with my popcorn watching the reaction videos on youtube again hahaha

The Western world is starting to reject the leftism that's destroying our countries... one by one the countries are changing.
