A arbitration intent was communicated to the company
No news since
Whether arbitration takes place or not does not matter
Something suddenly made the Georgian Govt sit up and take notice
Enough to consider arbitration
The company were made aware - as per Zaza coment's on it.
i will say it again
You do not fight over an empty box
Some shorter's seem to have grouped here today, feeling worried are we?
Its in a flat base trading pattern fellas, shorting is not a good idea, you could find trying to trade it between the two levels if your brave enough, its the only way to make money during a period like this, or stay for the ride.
As far as arbitration, is concerned I don't think it has been confirmed up until now.
Is the above right?
😁
Most people here, like a good beer,a good wine or a good aged cheese. The longer it quietly ferments and ages, the better it will be. Companies tend to keep quiet due to two reasons IMO- A) they are delaying on reporting bad news. That isn't the case here as in my experience the news always seems to leak. B) the company has really good news, but circumstances prevent them from reporting, this could be legal, operational or that the full extent isn't known, thus wouldn't be of long term benefit to release at this stage. I personally think that Zaza is biting his nails and just itching to let us know what's going on, but either it would harm the company (weaken negotiations) in arbitration, is tied by NDA(s) or a combo of both. As much as this is irrigating, we justnneed to be strong and over 99% of the shares are in calm hands that are waiting this out. This is why the low volume
are getting frustrated? they're getting paid to bring this home... we're the ones who are paying them to bring this home...
i imagine our frustration beats theirs into a cocked hat!
personally, i gave up reading this bb when the price of my pb buy-in 0.58 started to look like 'the good ol' days'.
i don't give a fu** about the integrity of the bod or how much they have invested here... if i want to share sympathy i'll call the samaritans... i just want this to rise so i can get my cash out and, hopefully, for the time spent, a bit of profit.
0.33 doesn't make that happen...
gla.
