that's a call to a FRRRAAAALLLYYY
there will be one this Friday
News is going to accelerate big time in the minute.
I think our faith in Zaza is just about to be rewarded.
We're probably going to be watching the other companies websites to glean even more info fairly soon.
I appreciate there is always a chance something could go wrong, however good Frr try to play this........
But with these latest rns's.......the pieces are falling into place,
Zaza's predictions may just be on time,
All looking very positive to me.
Free, I guess yes, you can call it good news, however, as you know, been here a long time and there has been great news for years, but the SP never reflects it. The waiting game is ongoing... Christmas Presents, 2020 maybe? Yes Im encouraged, however, no point painting it as anything other than a Pre site check loan agreement. They may do the site inspection and then there descision may change... Who knows!! Lets wait a while longer...
I thought you said some LTH were too highly strung and pounce on negatives too quick Freeatlast? lols ;)
Crawl back under your stone prick
That's right.
They've told us what they can for now.
Great news though.... isn't it Kipper. We're all pleased as punch.... aren't we !
The Term Sheet is not a commitment letter, nor a commitment to providing financing to the Company.
A term sheet is a document which sets out certain terms of a transaction agreed in principle between parties, and is typically negotiated and signed at the beginning of a transaction. Term sheets evidence serious intent, but generally are not legally binding.
Great point KTB. Indeed "You cant go and borrow money without proving where the money is going to come from". That point you made is why this is such good news. I am sure as soon as the NDA is relinquished we will also know. Glad to see even you realise this is great news.
I'd imagine as part of them undertaking Due Diligence, that an NDA would have to be in effect.
I'm as frustrated as anybody on here, that we haven't had more info surrounding the drills. But, I do take solace in the fact no one just hands out $60m.
We have also had initial flow-rates from each of the drilled wells, and confirmation that Eldari B has subsequently become one of the stars of the show for FRR.
it's a valid(ish) point though, would the loan company also have signed an NDA as they will have had to have been given access to information under NDA
Because material information, is still covered under NDA's with 2 Majors.
It's in the RNS's.
