bigones in March this year
I have made over 30,000 dollars in this stock . Guess what ,you are a loser ! I will still buy low ,while you will say I don't know what I'm doing. I like my returns !
omg
i made more than that in my time
started posting last few months
you are the best bigones
enjoy your current loss position
What ? I doubt the time frame never ever said never, or I wouldn't own shares!I just correctly said drilling maybe not this year. Also have preached buy below 20 cents. I said buy and hold was a bas strategy. All those things happened and drilling keeps moving closer to the rainy season. Go back reread
BO: Goodness - Is this the pot calling the kettle black!. Lets see - you have gone from the Beetaloo will NEVER EVER be explored, the Moratorium will NEVER BE LIFTED to there will NEVER BE ANY DRILLING THIS YEAR to NO DRILLING THIS MONTH NOR BY JULY 1st. What about the rest of July? - Do you care to make another negative prediction? Obviously you don't have the capacity to understand what Origin/Falcon have been battling against the last years with the NT. Not only was I 'wrong' but POQ and Origin were 'wrong' also. If you want to throw that back at us that's ok. I just bring to the board what I hear and am told - you are certainly free to put me on ignore - I'm OK with that.
Based on all your previous negative crap and predictions it looks like I am a lot more in tune and on target than you ever were. Maybe you need to pay attention to what some of us on this board try to tell you - you might learn something :^)
As Origin789 just said - every board needs a little negativity. I'm good with that and won't ever put you on ignore. You certainly do add another dimension to the board. It does seem you are staying out of the cupboard - Good for you.
Cheers!
It's good to have some negativity and Bigones certainly does his bit in bringing this to this board.. the pantomime villain of the chat room.
bigones,
For a poster that indicates they "have no opinion", you certainly comment a lot with a negative note. Guess you know better than Origin on what the timeline will actually be. Of course, this would indicate that the Origin guys are totally out of the loop with the regulatory authorities and political deals and promises. Must be nice to insightful.
or maybe they will make the no-go zones more comprehensive after the comment period ends next Friday, showing that they are listening to the concerns of Territorians??? What I think they'll do at least.
While it seems, and it has, been excruciating slow going the last few weeks, I think the NTG has played it pretty well. I am still confident we (and Santos) will be drilling before the end of July. I also think once we get going, everything will start moving at a much faster clip.
Otd2000, We probably won't see the final EMP for the drilling and fracking stage for another week or two, but that is not any kind of delay -- as the EMP now approved for the civil works program will allow the well pad, access road and site layout to be completed which will start next week for sure. It will take a couple of weeks to have the access and well pad completed in time for the Ensign 963 rig to mobilise on site, so the final EMP can take another week or two for final approval without slowing down this years drilling plans any further than it already has been.
The NT Government has played this out fairly well IMO -- as approving the civil works EMP before the fracking EMP has given clear notice to all Territorians, including the lying LTG paid shills, that the drilling and fracking is going ahead. Letting a week or two go by before the final EMP's are approved will make the government look good -- as they will appear to be doing their due diligence on the final EMP's. However, there is no way that the NT Gov't would issue the civil works EMP if they weren't already completely on board with the final EMP's being issued.
The lying LTG shills are now trying to scare the public with statements that 50% of the Territory is at risk -- which is absolute crap -- as prospective shale gas zones in the Territory don't cover even 10% of the entire NT. The NT government has made a mistake I believe in not making the NO GO fracking zones much more comprehensive -- as it wouldn't have impacted any of the remote key areas like the Beetaloo, but would have taken one of the lying tactics away from fanatics like Naomi Hogan....
Thanks Origin789, I feel like the markets waiting for something definitive. We need the EMP approved and we need a revised drilling schedule to drum up any volume. The placement seems to have really taking the life out of the stock the last few weeks. I’m still hoping for the EMP on Monday.

Matthew Doman wants to move forward with exploration APPEA external affairs director Matthew Doman said the priority now was to move forward with gas exploration that will benefit the Territory and provide jobs and investment. The Government yesterday announced it had finalised its code of practice for frackers, meaning exploration could begin almost immediately. The code is a critical component of implementing the recommendations of the Scientific Inquiry into Hydraulic Fracturing in the Northern Territory, and addresses the recommendations of the inquiry which were required for exploration to recommence. The codes were developed by a technical working group including the Government’s regulatory inspectors and engineers working closely with CSIRO scientific staff. “The codes now represent some of the most comprehensive and rigorous regulations in the world,” Mr Doman said. “They set enforceable standards for a range of activities including well operations, surface activities, and water management. “Further exploration and potential development of the NT’s onshore oil and gas resources, including those contained in shale and tight formations, will improve the Northern Territory’s long-term energy security, provide a reliable gas feedstock for new industrial development. “After almost three years of activity lost to the moratorium and its resolution, the industry hopes to start exploration as soon as possible.” Environment Minister Eva Lawler Environment Minister Eva Lawler said onshore gas exploration was expected to begin in the Territory within days after the NT Government signed off on environmental management plans for Santos and Origin. Ms Lawler said the Government has signed off on two Environmental Management Plans from Santos for a well site in Tanumbirini and Origin Energy for a site in Kyalla last Thursday. “Two of those plans are specifically around civils and allow those companies onto the Beetaloo to start the work for exploration,” Ms Lawler said. Department of Environment and Natural Resources executive director Chris Shaw said they were due to start the work there in the coming days, if not weeks.
