I took a gamble on this at a low sp , I already said I never invested anything!....that's contradictory. Or a lie.
Good to hear from you el.toro. Sharing the report with me would not invalidate it - but would satisfy my curiosity and validate you as reliable source. I accept your views in this - but what about us meeting up one day for a pie and pint as I Jalpa was kind enough to do. Terry's on lemonade before 6pm - its a rule. Depends where you are of course and would not be in the immediate. So Jabil were aware the boiler was malfunctioning. They invested 8 million later so something must have influenced then. I phoned MCS and they wanted magian's boiler product numbers. We found Flow info eventually but they couldn't give me sold numbers or any complaint details. I have rung the testing facility before and got zero frim so won't bother again. the.buffalo did you finallt get a reply - What did you learn ?
No need to resort to isult and fluster popgesotheweasel.
Of course if a far cheaper, manufacturable and hence inherently more efficient Sterling cycle machine that entered volume production wasn't viable, then a Rankine cycle mCHP with a ridiculously unmanufacturable expensive unreliable scroll expander certainly wasn't economically viable. So, get your inferior mind off google, stop deluding yourself you know anything and get back to dodgy motors, your wifes tears, telling us you lost money and finding out who is shipping out the statements on the hard truth.
"What is now on the table is a fact finding mission to establish the truth and collect supporting evidence to charge any directors who breached their duties".... Get your own evidence. You start your own investigation. You start your own facebook page.
Better still, contact your old buddy Tony. Maybe you could meet him in The Garrick or Bucks and get the facts....
On the contrary, I took a gamble on this at a low sp , I already said I never invested anything!. Now FO
My point being , if there is cash a Rtocould be a turnaround do the sp....dream on.
Why would you lie, and fabricate the fact the boiler never existed...because the boiler never seen and doesn't exist.
That you cant see that, and were gullible enough to ever believe a boiler "could pay for itself" , gives you no right to accuse people are lying just because you cant reconcile your own stupidity for investing in this.
Tibbs tells it like it is. W'eve got one conceited @rsewipe on the forum whose needing to get his head so far up his own *rse to join the dots he is spewing us his own bile in the process. There are so many ridiculous statements in your last post I wouldn't know where to start . Go away lock yourself in your own mindset and write a sensationalist book or something - The Baxi proves not a jot the unviability of mCHP via ORC - The failure of Flow Products does bring some real evidence that the tech does not work in a business model to extract profit. Jayee1 has confirmed the pot is empty. What is now on the table is a fact finding mission to establish the truth and collect supporting evidence to charge any directors who breached their duties. Investors relied on written statements to fully tell the truth. Evidence must be found to contradict RNS's to establish fraud. We are not joining dots now we are collecting the dots. A parrot suffering from the verbals should even understand that ! As Terry tells ya - 'You buy a car from me you get a runner'!
Popgoestheweasel, I submitted a copy of the report to the Suffolk police. It clearly states that the boiler was not viable, and needed more time to resolve the numerous issues. Some of which were safety related.
Remember, Jabil was experiencing 100% failure. All this was noted after Tony Stiff stated that the boilers were in volume production, and were performing well.
The boilers were never in volume production and never generated anywhere near enough electricity to turn on a light bulb, let alone pay for themselves.
Jan and Don suggested further testing in employees homes to minimse bad press. I will not send anything to an anonymous poster on this chat board premium member or not.
You're another FKNG idiot. You kept spouting about the share price and buying on the drop.Nothing but sh*te.
Why would you lie, and fabricate the fact the boiler never existed
My point being , if there is cash a Rtocould be a turnaround do the sp
Your point being?
Yes flow was was selling shares ! And people bought those shares
How can it matter what the stated cost of the boiler was if it never worked and the core business of Flow was selling shares???
"I wanted Tony Stiff to sell me the business plan on a personal level, as if I was an institutional investor"...An institutional investor!!!! You only invested less than a six figure sum.
Fact is the boiler never appeared and fact is the scroll presented by Stiff was evidently unmanufacturable. The whole domestic mCHP scheme isn't viable as proven by Baxis far superior and rational offering. You cant see the facts as you are deep in it.
There are none as blind as those who refuse to see.
There you are are fretting about who people are, as you were when you were shilling and the gravy train was still rolling along.
Given you aren't doing anything about the losses you state you have, and but still post here , desperately trying to cloud the facts , is further proof your mind never was superior. As you well know, the truth is out. You just don't know who told it. Or why they did.
Did your wife give you forgiveness?
Does it matter what was stated ! Of course it matters , big difference between 15k and 1k .
10 or 15k . It was stated, it would cost the same as a high end product ?
Tony Stiff stated a lot of things.
Needless to say, the boiler was never seen. So what does it matter "what was stated"??
I saw the rant , about the game changing boiler that pays for itself, I must say I never bought in ! But the added , energy business ,and other , innovative products flow were involved in , was keeping me interested ! The energy was going well too. Still I didn’t buy shares , but kept watching👀. I did decided to purchase a few on the way down to .001 though and still hold them . Let’s hope things progress and some share holders get a return in their investment.
"tiddly om pom pom"
Tibbs will continue with this until the truth is out. As Jason Statham says in one of his movies -
" I always follow through"
The superior mind was guilty of complacency and preconception. Having tied a lot of money to the mast I wanted to believe in the ship and the journey, and a chunk of objectivity was sacrificed. Graham Wales in his early writing was in part an influence for me to up my investment. He is a poster I trust, and his wayward words at the end still had some plausability and may have led me to holding on with those million late shares.
When I was considering a much larger investment in the group two years ago, it was not just the boiler side but the whole business that I wanted to do due diligence on. That included the energy side and the battery. I was not an early investor who had the chance of a factory visit - was it back in 2012/2013. I wanted Tony Stiff to sell me the business plan on a personal level, as if I was an institutional investor. That meeting I wanted to take place in 2016 never happened and I do not think he wanted a personal meeting - it would have broken the mould and I was conceived as possibly dangerous as a writer, and yes I had broken the confidentiality of our phone calls.
My words on here are dissected, distorted, and ripped apart by jalpa the equaliser and Biff the bell end angry one (and Tibbs will not have a further word said against him). Talking about opinions which is all jalpa does is largely a waste of time - now the business is finished. There was a time for it - when there were possibilities.
Facts are what we need and reports not jalpa's jousting jelly brain getting overheated, get out the hankies out, or Biff's bellicose bouncer, trouser belt, strong arm, back of the throat " You betta watch yerserlf " Both separate themselves from me by not being shareholders - and one looks like an ex-employee and the other just wanting to bang to rights a completely corrupt scam as he openly states.
I still keep an open mind, but have put faith in el.torro being honest in his statements - it is a leap of faith for me and granted, his words do not constitute any evidence, but a gut feeling tells me he is likely to be telling the truth. I would hope el.torro, you would corroborate some of your statements to me via the premium service which Tibbs will join with a nod from you.
I would put a wager on who tm1978 is, and she is most probably female but not the past MD of flow products. I would need a whole post and a lotta time to discuss her.
jalpa now look, I have got this nice little runner - its yours for two quid and you get two workable bumpers - Terry has even t-cutted the two seats for ya but you've got to come down SOUTH, pick the thing up and we'll go for a run and I'll drive ya to Beachy Head and back. What do ya say ? Tibbs throws a lot in for two quid.
Just need those audited accounts now !
10 or 15k . It was stated, it would cost the same as a high end product ?
"many combi boiler can last 20 years" If they are well designed and manufactured. The point being combi boilers are economically viable as they reduce duty cycles. If you have constant demand for heat then a system boiler with a higher thermal efficiency may be a more economic solution.
How many mchp combi boilers would you fit if they existed and were £10-15k a pop? £1000 combi or £10k mCHP combi??? Why do you think Baxi jibbed in their Stirling based offering? Because the manufacturing cost has to be so low to make mCHP economically viable. It was marginal with fixed frequency cost optimised Stirling machines, and not viable with variable frequency requirements. Flow had not a chance in hell with a scroll based machine. This is why the Flow boiler never appeared and was a gravy train for the BoD. A story. A sham. No longer trading.I have been told the combi boiler never went any further than an RNS to raise cash. The normal boiler dint work so what chance a combi. No wonder wives are in tears. Probably tears of laughter.
Due diligence. Priceless. Belief you have a "superior mind" can get you in all sorts of bother.
"tiddly om pom pom"
Most often, combi boilers fail because of poor installation and maintenance. , many combi boiler can last 20 years
"and seeing the large loss burst into tears and I could only ask forgiveness"....forgiveness for being who/what you are? tears over the mistake she had made, or the mistake made with other peoples money? Bletchley contacts and superior brain indeed. And you are giving "street advice "....apparently the streets are tough places these days with all that county lines and stuff. Its ruthless out there I tell "yer"!
Its the "same old same old" because it the "same old" same 'old" that went on for ten years whilst you drivelled out the "same old same old" repetitive drivel about a "gamechanging" "technology platform" .... laughable **** plopping from your mouth on to the floor. "Same old same old" like Langbar.
"Flexibility" or "framing views" is irrelevant. Facts are facts. Incontrovertible being the word. Evidence is evidence. Either fear, medication, drowning in your wifes tears or too much "talking therapy" or perhaps you actually believe your own **** and your "same old same old" tactics in trying to muddy the waters work, but they dont anymore. Its over. The gravy train stopped a while ago. The party is over. Now time to tidy up,and pay the bill...suffer the hang over.
"My kids , are an hour in the bloody shower ! 100,000 btu 600 watts at 30,000".....well if there were more hours in the day and more days in the year, and you had more kids, maybe, just maybe the boiler could just about break even in 10 years Assuming it was 100% reliable. Combi Boiler!!! They didn't even have a half decent conventional boiler worthy of manufacture! It is shocking how inept and shambolic this was.
""and seeing the large loss burst into tears and I could only ask forgiveness"....still laughing now. The depths at which pond life will sink to for a bob or two!
Combi on demand! My kids , are an hour in the bloody shower ! 100,000 btu 600 watts at 30,000.
