RE: After Inferred to Indicated.......

HI Bricks,

a lapse in the time between a threshold being crossed, and the threshold being notified via published TR1 can happen due to admin logistics - the company secretary is in Aus, AIM is in the UK and so on. However, this lapse seems excessive and during that period it is conceivable that someone or some entity could have taken advantage of that price sensitive knowledge.

The exec were and still are quiet on the extent to which we had a very large new cornerstone investor in the placing, which I find strange as it is clearly newsworthy. A new presentation came out with a twitter logo to show how they can be reached - and I would have expected their first tweet to be something about a new cornerstone investor, welcoming them on board , unless of course, they were not welcome! but as we all know, they have yet to use that social media platform despite having an account @LtdEuropa. Yawn.

The sooner we move the company to the UK the better IMO along with company AGM's. One thing for sure, in order to vote out an Exec at an AGM (re-election) or EGM (de-selection) unless each exec gets DB on side, then each is likely to be toast. My opinion FWIW - MC is probably safe - he is the crown jewel in the exec, and I am sure DB will feel the pulse of the retail PI's on this matter, as we are the ones who can drive the price upwards when we have good sentiment, and down when we have poor sentiment. I don't think BZT will have helped LR's cause either.

However, a set of key questions is how many shares did Deutsche Balaton and chums take in the placing, how many shares did they own prior to the placing, and were they buying more shares between the placing and the announcement? The answers are important and would be of interest to retail PI and the FCA IMO. We saw multiple 100m buys, multiple 66.67m buys and other large denominations (all for peanuts) and these were called out on this board - during the period between 5th April and last Thursday's announcement.

As for upside, well we've been played IMO - but the SP is now more likely to the upside. This new mob have form on heavily increasing shareholding post initial announcement (good news), but they have been accused of manipulation to artificially depress the share price of a company called Biofrontera, in the USA to make a takeover seem attractively priced (bad news). So who knows what happened, purely conjecture. The EUZ exec went pretty much to ground IMO during the SP collapse, and some blamed that SP collapse on retail P.I. I am still fuming.

All I know is that the share price collapse feels like someone taking candy from a baby for some.

All IMO. DYOR. GLA.

I also find the time lapsed between reaching the threshold and publishing the DB TR1 rather excessive.
Maybe LR was quiet on purpose ?? Just a thought.....
Date on which threshold was reached. 05/04/2019.
Date on which Issuer notified. 10/04/2019

Oiltap. I am also quietly stunned that LR has not said anything about the 1st Institutionalized Investor DB coming on board. If you recall in previous interviews he always said that he wanted institutional investors and now that they are on board....deathly silence. I still think something is going down and I tend to agree that we have somehow been played.....But since they are officially now on board ...I fail to see any downside...whether its takeover or not...its all goodly dandy ....Do you perhaps see any downside in buying more ?

Bricks, what LR has failed to communicate effectively IMO is that the $110m NPV is just one scenario. A prudent one at that.

LR posted a 10mt at 10% ZnEq scenario on linkedin when he was at PDAC - but then did not explain what this scenario actually meant in terms of numbers. (massive uplift is the answer)

And both those scenarios are within the existing 16mt JORC 2012.

Yet Toral remains open at depth, and along strike. This could end up being much larger that CAML's SASA. And where are our Exec in explaining these implications to the market? Hello anyone at home?

When the TR1 was announced you would also have thought that LR would say ' dear market, we now have a massive cornerstone investor'. I have not heard a bean.

Makes you wonder what is happening in the background. Shake up coming?

IMO.

@ Gizzard. When the SS was released there were 5,574,876,317 shares in Issue.
We now know the NPV is $110m @16mt. This being the case we cannot settle for anything less in a buyout scenario. This in effect is 0.019 $ per share

I somehow think that DB could be acting as a broker and definitely there is another player buying in the background....Some of my logic......
If NPV for Toral is $110m now on 16mt why spend $110M when you can spend less than $5m and buy out the whole of EUZ ? Now in order to do this you need to be smart and have a clear strategy and I think we are seeing the start of it being played out. Don't be at all surprised to see another few TR1's next week ....But whatever happens I am far more confident now with my investment than at any stage previously Good luck guys and Happy Easter !!

What we don’t want is them acquiring us on the cheap but at a reasonable price, I’m hoping the sp we react accordingly and start to increase given what’s happening. Certainly interesting times ahead if the market gets a sniff of a takeover then watch this space might have to add on Tuesday.

Hi Bricks, it looks like DB and chums buy in, then continue to increase their share, are then sometimes on the receiving end of a bid for the company they targeted, sometimes they do the acquiring, and sometimes they are joined by equally large forces in increasing ownership.

This is step one for DB and EUZ IMO. I think DB are more akin to activist PE guys - who behind the scenes will shake things up. They have a large share in a decent portfolio of mining companies. They also have mining due diligence experience on tap to help them.

I can also see them pushing to change some of the Exec. It's all about the asset. If retail PI's had not panicked, and the exec had not had that cock up on the SS numbers, with little or no explanation of them following the NPV release (explaining it's just one prudent model only and that there is huge upside!) then we would be £10m+ now (we were £8m+). Instead we have just given a large chunk of the company to a Private Equity company for peanuts. If that is not a reason to shake up the EUZ exec I don't know what is. DB will undoubtedly have someone who can step in.

I think you may well be right on the eventual takeover scenario. I did not think it a few days back.

Announcement I can see this moving very quickly with German due diligence etc, I think this will take an unexpected but positive turn later this summer 2019. Just my thoughts but we all appreciate German thinking :-)
